I enjoyed an amazing stay with simply NO complaints. Do NOT hesitate to book as, the standard is HIGH. The host Hans is professional, respectful and caters for all your needs once you arrived. I was greeted warmly on arrival and at anytime, all of my WhatsApp messages were responded swiftly. He's very easy going and above all, professional. The studio is clean and well equipped. All was simply perfect! I am definitely going to book AGAIN (very soon) 😉 Go ahead guys as you will enjoy a very cosy time over there.

Monolocale pulito, con tutto il necessario per cucinare piatti veloci. Posizione a qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia pubblica e a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro di flic en flac. Vicino alla struttura si teova un supermercato e dri ristorantini. Molto gentile e disponibile l'host.

We especially loved the location. Everything we needed was within walking distance, especially the beautiful beach, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants.

The property was clean and exactly as pictured. Host Hans was very friendly and attentive, and the tips he provided upon arrival were very useful.

Appartement très propre et bien localisé

The location was nice, the apartament was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very kind.

We expected to have a room with a balcony and we got a room on the ground floor with windows looking out on a street. But we didn’t really mind just for a few days.

Апартаменты находятся в трёхэтажном здании, на каждом этаже по 2 комнаты, есть необходимый минимум.Здание на очень тихой улице. Всегда есть холодная и горячая вода . До пляжа 4 минуты, пляж самый приятный на всем Флик-ан-Флак, рядом с рестораном Zub express находится остановка с которой можно доехать до многих точек острова, до Каскавель идет любой автобус.Хозяин очень ответственный и заботливый, всегда очень быстро отвечает, прислан много информации по достопримечательностям, ресторанам, магазинам, помогал заказывать такси.

Для меня было мало места на вешалке для одежды

5 minutes walk to the ocean shore. the apartment is clean and has new furniture. Hans is friendly and recommended the best cafes and places to visit.

Le lieu était propre et confortable.

Le manque d’isolation sonore. On entendait tout ce qu’il se passait à l’extérieur de l’appartement (les gens qui entrent et qui sortent de la résidence, les pas et les bruits dans les couloirs)

As guests we have to clean our own room & wash our towels, cleaning facilities, washing machine were provided. You go on a holiday for relaxation to get out of the busy life, and then you have to be cleaning and doing washing on a vacation. Not acceptable.

La persona que se encarga de las habitaciones es maravillosa, nos ayudó en todo . Muy bien ubicado y limpio

Muy mal aislado , se escucha todo , todo es todo, niños adultos amorosos , la lavadora está abajo y aunque no se podía poner hasta las 19 , había gente con muy poca educación que lo ponía a las 22 de la noche la lavadora, la puerta de entrada se escuchaba cada vez que alguien entraba y salía y nos despertaba , las almohadas eran super incomodas , muy dura , te destrozaba el cuello. Para mí era muy importante el ruido y me hubiera gustado saberlo.

Everything was perfect about our stay. The studio is very clean and comfortable for a short couple stay. We stayed 5 days to get to know the west side of the island and it was very pleasant stay. The owner is very friendly and was kind to share with us all the nearby places of interest upon our arrival. To reach the public beach is only a 5 minutes walk. There’s a small supermarket nearby with everything you’d need and also a very good Indian/Chinese restaurant.

Ubytovanie a fotografie zodpovedali presne popisu, s ubytovateľom sme komunikovali cez WhatsApp, Všetky naše požiadavky vyriešil operatívne k našej najvyššej spokojnosti. Pri uvítaní nám odovzdal kľúče, všetko vysvetlil, poskytol základné informácie o mieste - pláž, obchod, reštaurácia, ktoré boli v blízkosti studia - 3 až 5 min. Ubytovanie bolo v tichej oblasti a apartmán bol veľmi čistý.

Nemám čo negatívne povedať o ubytovaní či ubytovateľovi.

Beds were slightly firm for our liking with unusually thick pillows.

Super schönes,, kleines Apartment mit Balkon. Der Weg zm Strand ist zu Fuß in unter 5 min. zu machen. Der Chef ist super nett.

Nur eine kleine mini Kritik. Ein etwas bequemerer Stuhl für das Zimmer wäre perfekt.

Bardzo sympatyczny i kontaktowy gospodarz - osobiście powitał, czekał na przyjazd chociaż byliśmy spóźnieni. Bez problemu zgodził się późny check out, pomógł z wynajęciem taxi. Czysto, wygodnie, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka. Duży i wygodny taras. Dobre wifi, telewizor ze smart tv. Spokojna okolica, blisko na plażę i niedaleko do centrum.

Jedyny minus - brak choćby małej szafy na rzeczy, jedna komoda plus wieszak to trochę za mało. Ale plusów jest znacznie więcej, dlatego polecam.

Location was practical and the washer was easily available to use.

There was a humidity smell that was unpleasant

The studio was perfect for our 12 nights stay. We had a balcony and private parking in front of the building. Everything was clean and functional. The facilities are brand new. The location was good. It’s literally 2 min walking from the beach. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The host was super nice and friendly and let us do a late checkout as well. Recommended if you wanna relax in your vacation.

Das Appartement ist hübsch mit Balkon, relativ neu. Es gibt eine kleine Kochgelegenheit, aber eingeschränkt. Der schöne Strand von Flic en Flac ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Möchte man ins Carrefour (grösserer Einkaufsladen) gehen oder eine Bäckerei aufsuchen, muss man den Bus ins Zentrum nehmen, 4 Stationen. Hans der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Am Abend gibt es wenig Ausgangsmöglichkeiten und Musik, ausser Freitag und Sonntag.

Very fast and convenient communication with the owner of the house. Good apartment with a nice balcony. The washing machine was a real plus.

A cleaner blanket would be good.

Everything was great! The location is very convenient – just a short walk to the beach. The place was super clean, and I especially loved the huge balcony and the sunset views.

Apartment is new and modern. The location is great-short walking distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurants.

Well, all went just great, the room was on the ground floor, the room was super comfy, with ensuite bathroom and even a little outside sitting area where you can smoke and chill. 2 mints walking to shops, eateries and eventually beach. You need to try camarons in nearby Zub Express restaurant, it was delicious.

Well, nothing really, just a bit of walking to the downtown, which takes max 15 mints. And one more thing, I'm sorry Hans, I found a shower gel, provided by you, in my bag when I came back home, which was not intended, just grabbed with other stuff. I am sorry, I can DHL it from Kazakhstan )

Clean , modern apartment couple of roads back from flic&flac beach. Had most items you require for stay including washing machine

If anything then slightly out of the centre but I’m looking for excuses now.

Homeless dogs on the street - but it is, of course, not a problem of the flat. Especially, in Flic en Flac there are a lot of dogs.

We had ear plugs so we kept the AC on through the night and the noise didn't disturb too much though it was right next to the bed.

Great location! Just a few blocks away from the beach and close to a couple of great restaurants.

Area was lit poorly so you just had to be careful walking back at night.

The location was really good and the host was really good and helpful. Tip - if possible don’t opt for taxis or private vehicle rather go for renting the car or scooty if you have the international license. If not then the public transport would be really good because travel is quite expensive there if you are going on your own without packages.

Everything about the proper was really good. Go for it without second thoughts.

The apartment is nicely located near the beach,just a few minutes walk to the beach. It is also safe and it is a self catering apartment The owner is quite helpful, he recommended places to check out and assisted with a chauffeur from and to the airport

Close to the beach and all restaurants, shops and amenities. This apartment has its own washing machine downstairs. The balcony is a nice touch.

Hans was so helpful, we are grateful to him how he made our stay as comfortable as possible and saved us from unpleasant situation when our taxi driver was late. The apartment is comfy and has everything you may need. 5 mins walk to the beach, 15 mins walk to a much nicer beach spot near La Piroque.

Nice and clean, very good location.

A bit small and not much natural light

The studio was a good size, comfortable and very clean. Everything is high spec and a nice place to come back to after a long day in the heat. It is only a few mins walk to flic en flac beach which is stunning, and there are restaurants close by. I ate most of my dinners at Zub express which is a restaurant only 3 mins walk from the apartment. The host was also polite and helpful. There is a communal iron for clothes and a washing machine that you can use for free which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

The only negative would be that there are no black out blinds but again, not really an issue if you have an eye mask.

The mattress could be a bit softer.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Mauritius - don’t look any further! This is the perfect place! Loved everything about it, super nice apartment, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants close by. The apartment has got everything you need, I loved the balcony and it was super handy to have a washing machine as well since I was staying for a longer period. The owner is so incredibly kind and always available to answer questions and very helpful. 10000 % recommended

The studio is modern and neat with all the essentials for a single person or couple. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Hans, the host is very responsive and ready to assist.

My only concern was that the gas bottle connected to the stove is kept outside in the open - without any covering or protection from weather elements. It's also in the smoking area which is a safety concern. Also ran out of gas for cooking during the stay. The host did offer to come through and replace it. But it would help if there's spare gas bottles in the apartment.

Hans was friendly and helpful . Room was well equipped for us to cook meals . Very clean , also there was a washing machine which was great . Close to the beaches and a nice Indian restaurant nearby as well as other restaurants and supermarkets .

Compact with all essentials. Hot water, aircon and very close to the beach. The host was very pleasant and always available to assist.

Please provide an iron and ironing board. Fit a wardrobe and platform to put bags.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin. I’d recommend more pillows.

The property was easy to find and relatively new. The area is spacious with everything required to prepare your own meals as well as good wi-fi. The owner are next level friendly and helpful.

Information on where to buy food, restaurants and how to get to the beach would be helpful.

Great host giving lots of advice and responding promptly to any request. Nice big terrace. The flat is a walking distance to the beach. It has all necessary amenities and very convenient front carpark. The place is perfect for one or two people. My studio was on floor 2.

The apartment was super clean and nice. There is free parking. The beach and the restaurant area is super close, about 5 minutes walk. The owner is very nice and helps you and gives a lot of tips! I would repeat!
