Fantastic apartment with all the amenities inside & out. Comfy beds, clean & quiet!!

Great accommodation. Very cozy and luxurious. Very private. Loved the atmosphere. Close to shops and close to town and restaurants. Great hostess. Highly recommend staying here.

Location - close enough to everything but far enough to enjoy the quiet. Comfortable bed to sleep in. Copy place to stay with everything in the kitchen that maybe needed to cook. Continental breakfast os a bonus to start the day

Only issue which wasn't a major was finding the light switches but had been advised that they maybe hiding behind curtains etc

Lovely modern place to stay. Quiet, clean and warm on a winters night.(Heat pump was left on for us) beds are comfortable with warm blankets.

Luxurious yet comfy. Layout was lovely and easy access to everything. Easy walk to food places and supermarket. Will definitely stay again

Place was top notch. Nice and clean. Very stylish but comfortable at the same time. Close to CBD. Eating places and supermarket 5 minute walk down the road. Hostess was easy to make contact with and very obliging. Totally perfect for my needs. Very private. Highly recommend. Look forward to my next stay.

It was spacious and immaculately clean.

No outlook/view.

Our room had everything we needed for the 3 of us, and we were very comfortable. Communication from Sally was great and we had easy to follow instructions. Close to town.

Only small things. Would have loved a little oven but did have an electric frypan and airfryer. There is a large gap at the top of the bathroom door so a little noisy and lets smells travel into the room :)

Excellent stay - lovely to have a warm room to arrive at. Plenty of room. Very comfy bed, great shower, very good kitchen facilities. Quiet and peaceful even though it's next to the road. Small things make a big difference such as a good size shelf for shampoo etc in the shower. Good instructions with the plug in convection ring which was super fast and so practical when you just want to poach an egg. I really appreciated having gluten free bread available for breakfast plus a range of cereals. Thanks for the great stay!

Modern Wall is a clean , comfortable , well located property. Our host has put a lot of thought into making her guests comfortable. She is kind and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful, cozy apartment. My wife and I came here to take part in the Hobbiton Marathon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt like true Kiwis. Comfortable bed, quiet area. Plenty of space.

The breakfast isn't the most filling — cereal, muesli, toast with jam or peanut butter. It would be nice if there were sausage or eggs for breakfast. The location is also quite far from the city center. But that's not a problem, as there's a city bus service.

Really nice, clean and comfortable accommodation. Loved everything from the beds, kitchen, TV and shower! Perfect for a family of 4. Close to a Cafe and some restaurants and a supermarket but still very quiet. Very spacious as well. Beds are very comfy!

Clean and private, modem and comfy. Amazing attention to detail. Easy to access, great location. They have thought of everything that is needed when staying away from home. It's our favorite place to stay In the Waikato.

The only improvement would be a bigger bed. The Bed is comfortable just a little small for 2 Adults use to a bigger bed.

Lovely, well equipped, clean and quiet

The master bed was very comfortable and the unit was incredibly clean. This is in a residential area (its the bottom unit of a house) which I wasn't quite expecting - but there are shops and a few restaurant options within walking distance which was super helpful.

The breakfast was a little disappointing - we ended up just getting our own. But I appreciated the milk in the fridge.

Although we were overall satisfied with our stay, we were a little disappointed by the breakfast offering. Toast was kept in the freezer, and the fridge contained ground coffee, milk, and spreads, with cereal in the cupboard. We would have appreciated at least a few basics like some ham, sliced cheese, or yogurt in the fridge for breakfast.

Really liked this place. A fun layout with the bedroom tucked around the corner and a bathroom accessible from two sides! Tastefully decorated and well equipped with toiletries, a good choice of breakfast (cereals, milk, different breads, jams, marmite, butter), Sky tv, and a bbq outside on the private patio. Would have been nice to stay longer!

Communication before entering was clear, so access was just as was explained and easy. Off street parking was great, eased my mind. The Modern Wall is beautiful as soon as you enter the courtyard and very private. The unit is perfect, so well put together. It had everything, I didn’t need to leave. I made myself a nice dinner, enjoyed some tv and I loved the blanket on the bed, I want to buy one and if I ever got rich, I’d buy one for everyone I love.

We are used to a super king bed but the Queen was actually very comfortable

Modern wall is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to self cater. Spotlessly clean with really comfortable bed, couches and a great shower. A nice outdoor area with a bbq and seating is an added bonus. The breakfast provisions were excellent and even had GF bread.

Shops a short walk away. Nice and quiet. Lovely outside area also.

We just stayed for one night for a sporting event and the owner Sally was very accommodating, adding an extra bed when we had a last minute change of plans. The room was quite large and worked well for myself, my hubby and 2 teenage sons. It was nice having the private outdoor area as well, especially in the warm weather. Very clean and close to many restaurants, supermarket and Cambridge town. We would stay again.

The location was perfect for us as transport to the event we were attending was collecting nearby. The accommodation was clean and well set up. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the faculties more. Would definitely satay there again.

Perfect for work around the corner, equipped with everything you would need, and very good condition.

The apartment was fabulous, it even had out door space, designated parking and plenty of cooking equipment ( not that we used it). Nice touches were bread in the freezer, cereals and spreads.
