Reviewed Sep 17, 2026It was clean and the owner upgraded my stay during check in. Good location nearby to many attractions and value for money.
It was quite noisy maybe due to the location by the road side. A certain space of the parking lot was used by motorists to park their motorbikes and the sound that they make was quite unpleasant, which was unrelated to the unit that I rented but the management of the apartment should do something about it. I’ve stayed in many rented units and has never take more than 1 day for the owners to return my deposit, however the requirement by this owner to return my deposit within 14 days is ridiculous. I really hope they should really change this.

Ne correspond pas du tout aux photos. Nous avons eu de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. L'emplacement n’est pas idéal et la résidence n'en parlons pas. Comme l’impression d'être dans une cité. Je ne recommande pas du tout !

房子墙壁都很糟糕，局部的油漆，让我们感到很不愉快，肮脏的感觉，需要付定金，定金不是退房后三天就退款给你，说14天工作日，我不止过了14天工作日，我还超过这个时间一直催促，才收到定金退回，真的真的太烦太烦了，你要一直去追，KEEN的maganement 真的太糟糕了，这点完全不能认同，一周的时间都已经搓搓有余，他还拖到超过14天工作日（周六日根本不算，假期不算！）厨房连一条桌布都没有， 没有tissue 就算了，连桌布也不提供，床褥都已经软榻。地上也很脏。

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Good location with numerous food options and mini-marts. Walkable to Imago shopping mall via the overhead pedestrian bridge. Unit is generally clean and tidy. Simple self check-in check-out. Shower pressure is strong and water heater working fine. Unit was clean and tidy upon check-in.
Astro cable TV isn't working, probably due to building cabling issue. Although there's an aircon unit in living room area but labelled as Not-in-use, and we were told to use the aircon at the dining area only. The fan at living room is also disabled, not sure why. The bathroom towel hanger is not functioning as the screws came off. 3 out of 4 pillows provided are those semi-hard foam type, while the remaining pillow is synthetic-filled soft pillow. There is no longer any security access to ground floor lift lobby as anyone can open glass doors without using access cards.

Upstairs neighbour are so noisy. Dragging the chair throughout the night and stomping their feet when walking. The cleanliness on the hallway is so bad plus, the rubbish bins are not cleared everyday. There's trash all over the hall
