Toleit and the room more of ants. I think the sofa can change the new one. The Refrigerator too small. Air cond of dining room was leaking.

the location was convenient and the property itself has good potential.

unfortunately, the house was not as clean as expected. the sink pipe was leaking badly and caused water to overflow, which was very inconvenient during my stay. there was also a bad smell coming from the sink/drain. on top of that, the admin response was extremely slow, sometimes taking 2–3 hours to reply to messages. i was also disappointed that the admin accused me of smoking in the property without proper reason, which felt unnecessary and unfair. the parking area was also quite far from the lift, making it inconvenient to carry luggage.

Everything was Great , and well decorated you feel like home. close to a mall walkable distance and well serviced location.. you will also have the feeling of good quality furniture.

Toilet is only one shared for two rooms. but its well designed and have direct door access to the main room.

We have stayed here several times and this was the cleanest apartment we have had so far. We really like the location, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the pool is great. Watching the planes fly overhead from the pool is always a highlight for us. We would happily stay here again.

Beware, this is a scam. I was charged $672.67 for the five nights I booked. I wasn't sent any check-in instructions, and the property didn't respond. Booking.com confirmed they would refund my money within 7-10 business days. This never happened. I believe this is a group trying to defraud travelers. Perhaps Booking.com and the owners of these apartments are connected, trying to defraud travelers.

Clean and spacious accommodation. Rooftop pool was very large.

The light in the bedroom was not good, no mineral to drink, the bathroom lock door got stuck..i was trap in the bathroom for hours..the towel also dirty...water leaking in the bathroom..not safe..pls do a maintenance n check every small details for safety

The location is relatively close to Gleneagles Hospital KK, but it is situated on the opposite side of the road, so you need to use a pedestrian bridge to cross. This can be inconvenient, especially if you are carrying luggage or traveling with elderly companions.

The key collection process is also not very convenient, as guests are required to walk quite a distance to access the keybox. Additionally, guests are required to provide a copy of their ID for verification. This raises concerns about personal data privacy, as there was no clear explanation on how the ID copies are stored, handled, or disposed of, especially when involving third parties. Guests are also required to pay a RM200 deposit, which will only be refunded after 3 days. This policy is not very guest-friendly.

Very clean spacious apartment. Very useful facilities and everything was in working condition. Easy to find food and central location to travel around.

From the view outside we could see, what we learned as, illegal settlers which was not great to look at. Additionally, the shared facilities like the lift lobby and walkways are not in great shape either. However there was no such problem with the room itself which I'm happy about.

The location is very strategic, opposite to one of the main mall in the city. There are also a few 24-hours convenient stores nearby. The rooms are clean and complete with iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

I booked through booking. com. The final price wasn't shown until I reached the payment stage.

I was stucked in the elevator due to some maintenance issue. They got my room wrong at the first place. The Parking was far from the building I stayed and I have to back n forth due to wrong key given. My room doorlock was broken and I got trapped in my room too. It was bad experiences

I have mixed feelings about our 2-night stay. On the positive side, the host and the staff (Flora) were very accommodating. They were lenient and trusting, even allowing me to pay in cash when my card had issues. I truly appreciated their flexibility.

However, the stay itself was quite frustrating for the price we paid. 1. The bedroom window latch was broken/cracked and couldn't close tightly. This was a major safety concern for us. I even had to move a table in front of the window for security because I was scared someone could enter. 2. The assigned parking for this room is in Tower 3, while the unit is in Tower 1. It is far too far from the lift, especially when traveling with family. 3. The washing machine - We were excited to use it, but the machine failed and our clothes got stuck inside. The door wouldn't open and it was very stressful. The host mentioned a 'Do Not Use' note, but there was absolutely nothing there when we checked in. 4. There were cigarette butts left outside one of the rooms. It was a real eyesore and made the place feel unkept and unpleasant to look at. For a RM200 deposit and the nightly rate, the experience was not worth it. I’m sharing this so these issues can be fixed for future guests. It has the potential to be a nice place, but right now, it needs a lot of work.

The vibe and decorations are great. Very suitable if you want to have a romantic stay over with your partner.

The unit is kind of deteriorating. I have booked this exact unit two years ago, and the condition of the unit is becoming worse. Broken doorknob, unusable bidet, deteriorating sofa, unclean refrigerator, cheap kitchen utensils, etc.

The staff was friendly when they brought towels or tissues.

Even if the Imago shopping mall was in front, my mother, who had leg pain, couldn't go because she had to cross the land bridge because it was on the other side, there were too many ants and cockroaches, and the windows didn't close, so bugs came in at night and there was no microwave, so I couldn't heat the food, and the pot and frying pan were all coated off, so I couldn't use them. The price was not cheap, but it was really bad for the amount. When I received the deposit, the owner said he had never received it, so I took a picture of the account transfer and sent it to me, and I accepted it then, and the money was received the day after check-out. For this amount, I will never go to this house next time

The location is good as there are some deliscious restaurants at the bottom level of Sutera Avenue.

Extremely over priced!!!! We got caught out with a booking.com apartment at Imago Lofts as they had black mold and were unsafe in electrical and DISGUSTING. So I looked up Sutera Avenue and within an hour it had doubled in price. this apartment also wasn’t nice but at least it didn’t have black mold. The lift stopped working one day so we used the stairs everyday in fear of getting caught out.
