Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Terrible service. You must check out before 8 AM. The staff knock on your door in the morning with great annoyance and also make phone calls. A deposit was deducted because I checked out at 9 AM. The worst hotel service ever. I advise against booking with them. I am very upset.
The booking and check-in system offers a discounted deposit for my departure before 9 AM, as well as discounts for the cleaning staff and the information desk staff.

The A/C is not cold enough and we cannot adjust the temperature. No mirror beside the one in the bathroom.

When you want overnight you must to pay RM30. and the second night is free.. but that is reasonable and affordable .Overall is okay. I love this unit duplex .😘♥️

Reviewed May 10, 2026The place was good. Only some suggestions. The instructions for parking . It takes around 1 hour to find the correct parking lot. Because it's my 1st time at this place. Please make it more effective for your instructions. Your sharing photo cannot zoom in for bigger as we can read correctly. Please change the file to make it easy to zoom and read all the signage. 2nd was after getting in the level as me at lavel 13. Please info correctly the place was at the right side and open up the door to find it. It's because the place was at another door and it made me blank to find it. Please make it more difficult and it's important for new travelers. 3rd . Some switches were blocked to find such light and important for sealing fans and aircon . I'm looking all around to find it. It's blocked by the bed. Please note that's and remark or out one signage to make it easy to find it. Others were nothing. Thanks

The sofa is in a very worn and uncomfortable condition. I would recommend that the owner consider replacing it with a new sofa to enhance overall comfort and livability.
