There were no clothes hooks or hangers in the bathroom, which would have been useful for hanging clothes or towels.

The iron needs to be replace as it is not safe to be used. By providing the towel hanger inside the toilet would be great. The wifi connection not so good as I cannot connected with the wifi when go inside the master room.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Love the location, layout and cleanliness! Host was friendly and extremely helpful. Beds were clean & comfortable. Enjoyed my stay and wanted to extend another night because it was so comfortable.
Place could use some additional facilities like a microwave, water cooler and hanging pegs in the bathroom. Some of the bulbs were out making certain areas of the house darker then need be.

feels like we are doing wrong, have to sneak in the house... was not told before we book. Its very hard as we stay with 5 people, everytime in and out of the place was asked many times and being interrogated by the guards. Stove cannot be use (on and off)

Reviewed Jul 9, 2025Spacious apartment at 37th fl. All the bedrooms have aircond. Dining and living room have 2 big aircond. Wow.. we really enjoy ourselves here. Decorations nice, modern and simple. Recommended homestay.

Was informed after booking that the apartment was actually not airbnb friendly. had to do as what told by the host to not get "caught". although we dont have any issues to check in with the guards, it would be really helpful to know before we confirm our booking. felt a bit scared tbh since we felt like have to snuck in

To pass in and out thru guard is a little bit hassle . they are strict... was given visitor card every time when going out even we said we will park at owner parking... and to enter you has to scan qrcode sent @ your phone If come with 2 cars this condo is not a choice as only 1 car is allowed

Reviewed Feb 10, 2025For those who seek privacy, this is a perfect place! Comfortable beds, large Master bedroom. Calm and relaxed vibes. Easy check in and out, no fuss. Minimalist furnishings. Extra pillows in the wardrobe. Washing machine and iron with ironing board. Induction hob. Refrigerator.
Maybe we should not say things I did not like, rather suggestions that could improve the experience. Here we go - Better TV with logged in dedicated account for guests. So we don't need to use our own accounts nor do we need to login. Minimalist furnishing is spot on, but maybe add one or two single sofas. Clothes hooks on the inside of bathroom doors. Qibla direction (just put an arrow/diagram on a noticeable flat surface). Information and Instructions on how to get to the facilities available, should it require a booking then who/where to contact. Induction hob is excellent, but I needed to learn how to operate it from YouTube before I could use it properly. Yes, we prefer old school ways. It would be a service and also safer if a video on how to operate it with what pots and pans were given so we don't accidentally mess up the appliance. Adding Air freshener or perfumed scents will dial up the comfort to 11. I know I am pushing it, but a cold/hot water dispenser will be greatly appreciated by guests.

Wasing machine, fridge and also cooking stove and utensils ready for you. The host also good to entertain and all necessary informstion is provided as long you read it carefully

Difficult to locate parking and registration, the place doesn’t allow airbnb hence the owner makes us do too many things to conceal the fact. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The sofa bed is not suitable to be used as extra bed option.

The check-in system is a mess that causes too much confusion. Big apartment that can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons to sleep. The dining chair is broken. The bed frame is broken, and luckily, no one is injured. One of the aircon in the living hall is not working. The kitchen electric stove is not working. Cleanliness of the apartment is poor. The host's response is slow due to the holiday seasons.
