Beautiful apartment in the heart of old Delft. Great location. A supermarket and bakery are very close by and it’s a 10 minute walk to the station. It was very comfortable and spacious.

One of the freestanding lights didn’t work but otherwise everything was great.

Posizione fantastica, a pochi passi dalla piazza del municipio. Appartamento incantevole , fornito di cucina con fornelli, lavatrice, frigo, ampio divano , televisione. Per salire all'appartamento e poi per arrivare alle camere si devono affrontare scale ripide. Finestre non perfettamente funzionanti. Serratura porta appartamento veramente scomoda!

The location of this apartment is sublime, and it is so pretty and comfortable. Nicely equipped little kitchenette.

We could have done with a fan downstairs in addition to the upstairs ones - admittedly we did visit during a heat wave. And as other reviewers have mentioned, the access stair would be quite treacherous for the elderly.

Die Lage ist zentral, an eine Gracht in der Nähe des Marktplatzes gelegen. Das Bistro des Amis ist der Zugang zum Apartment - und ist dazu einfreundliches Restaurant. Ein Parkhaus ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Von dem schönen und ruhigen Delft sind wir in die Rotterdamer Museen gefahren.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement. Alle sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr gute Lage, wir sind ohne Probleme mit dem Zug angereist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.. A very lovely apartment. Everyone was very helpful. A great location; we arrived by train without any issues. We would love to come back.

Het appartement is prachtig ingericht en heeft prachtige historische details. De eigenaren waren erg open voor onze verzoeken, wat we als heel prettig hebben ervaren. Het was een fantastisch verblijf!

Het enige minpunt was dat de gordijnen in de slaapkamers niet verduisterend waren.

There was some noise from the street at night while we were there. Light sleepers may wish to sleep in the 2nd bedroom. You need to bring your own toiletries I.e. shampoo, lotion,etc. This is not the place if you are not comfortable with steep stairs.

De locatie is geweldig, midden in het centrum. Het was erg schoon en alles was aanwezig. Fijn was dat de koffers voor de incheck (en na de uitcheck) alvast in het restaurant onder het appartement mochten staan. Grappig is dat je door het restaurant naar je appartement gaat.

Alles was goed. De trap naar boven is best stijl, dus als je slecht loopt zou ik dit niet boeken.

Zugang über das französische Restaurant gibt dem Aufenthalt zusätzlich ein tolles Feeling🫶 War bisher das beste Apartment in Delft, auch wenn es kein Frühstücksangebot gibt und das Gepäck ein Stück getragen werden muss.

Locatie midden in het centrum, P garage in de buurt. Van te voren bericht van verhuurder over bereikbaarheid en parkeren.

Bedden erg hard en afwerking had zo nu en dan wat beter gekund voor deze prijs.

Excellent location, centre Delft. Apartment was fully equipped with items like towels (also in kitchen), dish washing tablets, some spices and herbs, coffee and tea. Cozy living area.

We had to go through the restaurant to get in or out. Very steep stairs to get to the apartment but also once inside to bedrooms.

Great communication from the owner. Lovely spacious flat in a very central location. Well equipped for basic cooking, which suited us well.

A bit of noise from the restaurant below at busy times, but it didn't bother us, and we had a lovely meal when we ate there one night!

Very nice apartment with a canal view in the city centre. Very well furnished and organized, comfortable, lots of space for 4 people. Had a great time.

Some plug were not working. One of them was fixed by the owners when we asked, another one did not charge my phone. No big deal.

The house was central and very cosy.

A few things were missing. A toaster and a coffee frother. Also the senseo machine provdes not really nice coffee, almost every modern apartment comes with a Nespresso machine or equivalent nowadays. The doors were creaking (bathroom and bedroom doors)

Location is great, right on a pretty canal and minutes walk from the main square. Lovely appartment.

My main reasons for giving 4 stars and not 5 are firstly the horrible smell in the bathroom - we had to keep the extractor fan on for the whole time we were there, the smell was overwhelming :( and the second thing was the very poor lighting outside the flat's front door and difficulty getting the key into the lock in a very tight space!

Wunderschön restauriertes Appartement in einem typischen historischen Stadthaus im Zentrum von Delft. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The place is perfect. Very nice and comfortable, cozy and well decorated. Everything makes you feel at home. The view is obviously amazing, the location is perfect. The apartment has everything from kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, seasoning, olive oil) to towels and comfy sitting area. I really loved it and would definitely come back.

Unfortunately the church's bell is very close by, for some that could be a problem. The staiircase to get to the property is pretty narrow and steep (dutch, right?). Coming with 2 luggages is quite difficult but we managed and also someone from the restaurant kindly helped us. The entrance is through the restaurant, which is just a little uncomfortable walking through the people eating. Nothing that would make me like it less.

Super appartement, handige locatie. Alles was verzorgd. Zelfs vaatwastabletten, theedoek etc.

Enige nadeel is het geluid buiten, maar dat is te verwachten in de binnenstad.

Location was super, only a short walk from the train station and with a beautiful bakery just around the corner and the supermarket not even 5 mins away. The apartment was clean and nicely equipped, shower was great and bed very comfy! The hostess was so lovely and spent some time chatting with us about things to do and how to get to places of interest, so very helpful and friendly! They even cooked our pizza for us and delivered to our door when we had realised there was no oven in the otherwise well kitted out kitchen! Beautiful apartment with lovely decor and well thought out facilities included. Delft itself - what a gorgeous city, can't wait to come back!

No oven but that didn't matter at all 🤣 the bells from the town clock continue to chime in the night so it really depends how deep a sleeper you are....personally it was ok for me after midnight 😉 but one of our party woke every night around 4 we think due to the chimes!

This apartment has everything with beautiful decor and comfortable bedrooms. We also love the kitchen very much.

On Saturday night there was terrible noise on the street from some crowds until midnight.

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment right in the middle of the Delft historic area. The apartment is well stocked, with fans in the bedrooms and a sofa large enough to sleep on. My family and I loved our stay!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location in the center of Delft. Nice sitting area, good kitchen, comfortable beds. We unfortunately did not have much time to spend here, as we had to catch an early plane the next day. We will definitely come back again.

Windows were tricky to open, which was very necessary due to the heat wave. We did not manage to get strong coffee out of the coffee maker. No idea why that was.

A boutique hotel, right on the heart of Delft. We were there during holidays and had a great time. Apartment is on the top floor of the same named restaurant. To access the apartment you have to go through restaurant. It gives another experience. This gives a typical Dutch house experience, access to rooms from the main is via stairs. We had full facilities and it was more than enough for 3 of us. Train station and other places to visit were in walking distance. I had to note that we took advantage of having lived in Delft before.

Nothing we did not like, but if you are coming with your car, nearest car park is about 10 minutes away, Gasthuisplaats, which is only for whole day pay. Garage parking is located at Zuidport, and priced more reasonably.

What a wonderful place to stay on a quaint canal in Delft! We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, clean and comfortable apartment above Mes Amis. Everything we needed was provided and we also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. Perfect location to Vermeer Centrum, shopping, grocery, etc as well as approx 10 minute (with luggage) walk to train station.

This is a beautiful apartment with a very good vibe. The hosts were welcoming - these owners truly take pride in their place. This is the most historic part of the city, in the heart of Delft, on one of the canals with a view of one of the main churches. The kitchen has everything you need and the living room has a cozy couch. I was visiting my children and they all came for dinner at the large table as it was so inviting. The bed was comfortable and the whole space is well laid out. This place was also super clean.

Good for those who are steady on their feet as this is an older building with steps and threshholds. It won't be a problem for most, but perhaps good to know.

We loved the location in Delft-- close to downtown and the train station! It is a beautifully restored canal-side unit--it more than exceeded our expectations as it was very roomy. It is decorated beautifully-- so many nice touches, and we loved the tile bathroom! The kitchen was well-stocked. Marika met us and let us store our luggage before check-in. When it was raining and we were short an umbrella, she loaned us one. Marika was a kind and attentive host! Loved it there and loved our time in Delft.

What a beautiful property right in the heart of historic Delft. It faces the canal and is within minutes walk of all the sites; the Nieuwe Kerk and the Oude Kerk and the market square. On Saturday an antique/nick nack market was held right outside. We loved our stay. Despite being central it was quiet in the evening and early morning. I loved having an early morning cuppa sitting by the window watching the world go by. It was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We loved our stay and consider ourselves very lucky to have stayed in such a historic property.

There was nothing we didn't like. This is observations that might assist other travellers. The apartment has a number of steep stairs. I would suggest this is unsuitable for the more immobile and also I would be worried with small children as there are no bannisters. Perfect for adults. The bathroom sometimes had a bad "drain" smell but this is an incredibly old building!

This apartment was one of the best that I have ever rented. It was spacious and very clean. The location is perfect and easy to access. I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were flexible with arrival times and accomdating.

My only minor suggestion is to offer a small second fan for the smaller bedroom. The larger bedroom had a nice fan.

Location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted (shops, restaurants, tourist attractions etc) Host gave free coffee pods, even pancake mix.

A lovely, comfortable, well equipped apartment in the centre of Delft. The owners were friendly and helpful and we very much enjoyed staying there. Great view over a canal with lots of street life going on. Walking distance to everywhere, including the station.

A word of warning.... the stairs are not very suitable for people with mobility problems and the bedrooms are quite light, so light sleepers should bring a mask.

Well laid out with everything you need. Great location.
