Excellent location, nice balcony, kitchen

The staircase is very steep and small. We had a big suitcase and we struggled to carry it up.

Das Zimmer war besonders romantisch und sehr schön im typisch holländischen Stil eingerichtet. Alles war liebevoll und nett angerichtet – wirklich eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Da das Frühstück jeden Morgen geliefert wird und man dort auch seinen Kaffee zubereitet, wäre es wichtig, dass die Kaffeekapseln regelmäßig aufgefüllt werden. Leider haben die Kapseln gefehlt bzw. wurden nicht nachgefüllt, was etwas schade war.

Het was erg warm op de kamer, ondanks de ventilators. Een airco zou prettig zijn.

Les petits déjeuners étaient excellents. Très bien situé, au pied de la vieille ville. Très bien equipé et bien décoré. L'hôte était très réactive.

Il faisait un peu chaud malgré les 2 ventillateurs...

De romantische en chique kamer/appartement met balkon. We hadden kamer Agnetha. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en smaakte heerlijk .kortom dit is een aanrader voor wie van luxe houdt en de sfeer van delft en de wijn wil proeven

Ontbijt was goed, alleen vreemd dat dit enkel voor de eerste dag/aankomst is. Goede ligging en mooi appartement

Hitte, westgericht waardoor het appartement tegen de avond niet te doen was qua hitte en je kreeg de hitte ook niet weg 's nachts.

Air con would have been amazing as very hot, but we did know that when booking and fans were really useful. Top floor so could leave all the windows permanently open anyway

Inclusief prima ontbijt de eerste ochtend. Qua locatie fantastisch, op loopafstand van de binnenstad met alle bezienswaardigheden. Berzoek van de oude en nieuwe kerk is een echte aanrader, mooie historie.

Eigenlijk niets. Prima verblijf!

Het is een prachtig ingericht ruim loft. Je voelt je meteen thuis. Het loft is schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Perfect gelegen ten opzichte van station en centrum.

Voor mij geen tegenvallers.

De ligging is ideaal. Dicht bij de stad & een parkeerplaats in de buurt. Daarnaast hadden wij last van stank in de avond / nacht. Dit werd heel netjes en fijn opgelost door de eigenaar!

Mocht je in de zomermaanden langs gaan, hou rekening met behoorlijke warmte. Wij waren er begin mei en het was 25 graden. Er zijn echter wel ventilatoren, maar deze hielpen helaas niet voor de warmte. En geen hor voor de ramen, dus mocht je de ramen open willen doen is er kans op muggen.

Heerlijke plek, mooi ruim en schoon, super inrichting. Alles goed doordacht. Goed bed, heerlijk geslapen met de klanken van de Oude Kerk op de achtergrond.

Prima appartement.

De geur en warmte van het restaurant op de trap. Gelukkog in het appartemwnt geen last van.

The decor is amazing - beds comfortable - kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils - that said - the bathroom is tiny - you have to go sideways past the shower to get to the toilet. The bathroom is within the bedroom - so if you are staying in the living room - you have to go into the room of the person/people staying in the bedroom to access the bathroom - awkward. The stairs up to 'the loft' are typical Dutch - not for the fainthearted.

The fact that you can't close the door to the bedroom - it has to stay open - or people have to knock to gain access to the bathroom.

Gute Lage, hübsch eingerichtet

Es roch nach Kloake, Apartment nur über extrem steile Treppe zu erreichen, worauf im Vorfeld nicht hingewiesen wurde, im Bad keine Ablagefläche und Duschabtrennung nicht ausreichend: beim Duschen setzt man ganzes Bad unter Wasser. Dafür war das Apartment zu teuer!

Fridge stopped working one night. (First world problem!?)

The apartment was lovely. Tastefully furnished and very comfortable. I liked the excellent kitchen with all the facilities, the bedroom had a clear view of the old church. It was very considerate of our host to make up the sofa bed for our daughter before our arrival and also provide additional cooling fans, as it was unusually hot that week. Delft was a lovely spot to spend three or four days, we found plenty to do in this beautiful little town.

The room was comfortable and very stylish. They gave us a complementary bottle of wine, which was appreciated. Delft is a great city to walk around and tour with a picturesque central plaza to explore. We took a day trip to Rotterdam which we enjoyed.

The room was a loft apartment, which was not mentioned in the description. There are a lot of stairs to reach it, which was not easy with the bags. We arrived on a Monday when the restaurant was closed (normally you can store your bags there prior to check in) and it was difficult to store the bags at the train station - the lockers are small and not always available. We did enjoy our stay despite these issues.

Well appointed loft apartment with lovely view from bedroom over historic churches. Very welcoming with wine and stroopwaffles and nice kitchen. Easy access arrangement.

Fantastic welcome. Very cozy place, centrally located. Some sweets and sparkling wine for the guests. Steep stairs in the house as is often typical of traditional Dutch houses. The host carried the suitcase down.

Fantastic stay, well above expectations. The apartment was very clean and extremely well organised, with all you could possibly need (including toiletries!), making us feel at home. The location is five minutes from Delft market square, and there is parking just across the building. Zam went above and beyond for us, couldn't have done more. There is also a lovely Latin American inspired restaurant on the ground floor which serves excellent food and even better coffee! We'll definitely be back - highly recommended.
