Portaat oli jyrkät, niissä piti noudattaa erityistä varovaisuutta. Kylpyhuoneessa voisi olla erillinen matto tai jalkapyyhe.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Mi è stato comunicato via mail la sera prima (ma noi eravamo già in viaggio) che gli ospiti precedenti avevano rotto il divano e che quindi non avevamo più l'appartamento e di prenotare tramite bookin g da qualche altra parte. Quando siamo arrivati là , il tizio non rispondeva al telefono (parlava malissimo inglese) e quindi ci siamo fatti aiutare da una persona che lavorava al bar in fianco che aveva il suo numero. Dopo mille chiamate (lui sparito!)siamo riucite a parlare con una ragazza che ci ha trovato a 15 min a piedi 2 stanze per passare la notte. Arredate bene, ma con una puzza terribile di fogna. Il giorno dopo hanno portato il divano nuovo e siamo potuti ritornare al primo appartamento. Questi sono molto belli e in un'ottima zona, ma avendo noi solo 2 giorni (laurea di nostra figllia), siamo rimati rammaricati dalla gestione dell'host. Sparire e lasciare gli ospiti in balia della strada non è professionale.

Wir haben für drei Personen gebucht, jedoch gab es keine dritte Bettwäsche/ Handtücher. Wäre kein Problem gewesen, wäre jemand per Telefon oder Mail erreichbar gewesen- was leider nicht der Fall war. So konnte sich einer von uns mit Handtüchern zudecken, und das nach einem sehr regnerischen Tag. Bis heute gab es keine Erstattung oder sonstige Kommunikation dazu. Sehr enttäuschend.

沒有電梯，樓梯超級窄！需要特別小心走，尤其如果搬大行李的話真的蠻困難的 然後室內非常暗😢 把全部燈都打開了還是非常昏暗的黃光

Manon, the owner of this property, is unreachable once you request an invoice after your stay. Colleagues of mine have stayed at Manon's other properties and have experienced the same problem. I have sent many invoice requests but so far -a month later- I haven't gotten a single reply. I need an official invoice to get this trip reimbursed, so be aware of this issue if you are travelling for work as well.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026The location is great for enjoying Enschede's lively city center, with shopping and bars. Parking is nearby at Q-Park for €16/day. The upstairs area is bright.
We had the split-level apartment. The downstairs area has the bed and a bathroom, and the upstairs is the living and kitchen. The bottom is dark, and to go up/down, you use a very steep and narrow circular staircase. The bedding is worn or and could use an update.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025Het was ruim opgezet, het voelde clean. Leuk twee verdiepingen. Middenin de stad, en toch heel rustig. Supermarktje om de hoek. Thee en koffie allemaal aanwezig. Persoon 3 en 4 liggen op de bedbank. Dat is altijd minder comfortabel dan in een echt bed. Maar prima. Het tweepersoonsbed was bijzonder comfortabel, de topper was heerlijk. Badkamer compleet en netjes.
Eigenlijk niets. Misschien dat de inloopdouche zorgde voor teveel water op de vloer door spetteren. Logisch. Paar handdoeken op de grond en geen last van verder. En ik vind eigenlijk 10.00 uur uitchecken toch wel erg vroeg.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025Fijne locatie middenin de stad. Hoewel tussendoor geen schoonmaak kon ik aangeven wanneer ik nieuw wc-papier of koffie/thee nodig had en het werd tussendoor geregeld. Hele fijne plek, aanrader!
Vaatwasser aanwezig, maar geen vaatwasblokjes. Afstandsbediening voor de tv reageerde (ondanks nieuwe batterijen) zeer slecht.

Lineair televisie kijken was niet mogelijk. We zouden nog teruggebeld worden maar dat is niet gebeurd. Verder kon je 's avonds ook niet lezen, we misten een leeslamp in de woonkamer. Nu was het veel te donker

De hygiëne, het slaapcomfort en de veiligheid van de toegang waren onvoldoende. Het is opvallend dat men vanuit milieuoverwegingen niet strijkt, maar wel kiest voor synthetisch, warm beddengoed op de slaapbank. De spullen moesten ongezellig zelf uit de kast worden gezocht. Verder vertoonden de bank en stoffen poef vlekken, was het doucherooster stoffig, en voelde de onverlichte gang naar het appartement onveilig en onprettig aan.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Heerlijk appartement in het centrum van Enschede. Het is veel groter dan het lijkt op de foto's dus wij waren ontzettend verrast. Een klein maar fijn balkon waar je in het zonnetje lekker een kopje koffie kan drinken. Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad. Het voelde als een luxe zo midden in de stad.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2025Location great. Check in instructions were easy to follow. The manual placed in the living room was self explanatory and interesting. The apartment had everything for the family especially in the kitchen which was adequately equipped even with small items like dishwasher tabs etc. Very clean place. The beds were comfortable Cosy and perfect. Nice hot shower for bathing. Lots of places around for your meals as it’s very close to the city centre.
The balcony door had an issue which was pointed out - it should be rectified. A couple of more brighter bulbs in the bedroom would be good though not a major issue. I wish the bathroom door had a locking facility- adjustments need to be made if with a family of 4 including adult kids like us.

The stairs up to the apartment were a bit steep and narrow, but this typical for a Dutch property.
