- AC can be too strong - Complex does not have a pool and gym, but a gym can be found 15 min walk away or 2 min grab

Reviewed May 28, 2026We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is cozy and the room is super clean with everything you need. The water pressure is great, and the air‑conditioning is nice and cool. It’s in a perfect location — laundry is just downstairs, food places are only a short walk away, and Pasar Siti Khadijah is nearby. The self check-in was easy, and the owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely come back whenever we visit Kelantan.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026Comfortable, staff was excellent, place was relatively clean, there's a 24 hour laundry and convenience store in the same building. Walking distance to a few local cafe's and markets.
The toilet was the only thing that wasn't properly cleaned. The rest of the place was very clean. Some of the single bed spring was bent, so had to sleep at a slight angle.
