Molt brut, insectes i taques. Falta netejar bé. Tot i que ens van donar bones indicacions per un CheckIn molt tard gairabé no vam trobar a ningú amb qui parlar a la recepció durant la nostre estada, i ens hagués fet falta. No fan cignes amb les tovallloles

Bejartak a szobába, de még a szemetet se vitték el, nem takaritottak, ágynemű koszos volt. Maga az epület is elég rémes. Millió 2cm-es küszöb lakason belül is, papírvekony falak. Víznyomás időnként alig van.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026dapat rm85 je with voucher, selesa sangat, kulit saya sensetif tapi hotel ni okay je takde naik gatal ii pun, bilik air ada sediakan sabun juga. ada dishwasher, microwave and kettle, sudu garfu pisau pinggan mangkuk, iron (kurang panas) , wifi, tv semua ada. aircond pun function and sejuk. cuma tempat parking bawah tu tiada lift la. parking berbayar max rm7.42/per day. repeat ? yesss

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026I like how it has big spaces in one room. Easy for us to move around, pray and it has separate area for bed, common area, small walk in wardrobe & bathroom. Its secured too as it has receptionist near the entrance and need access card to enter the building.
You have to pay for the basement parking. As high as rm7 per day. Tng was not working but you can use debit. No lift access from basement so you need to walk from basement to level 1. The building is quite special need friendly which is good point. There are public parking but limited and you still need to pay to MPKB using apps. MPKB officers normally will make rounds around 8 am for parking tickets.

Incredibly unfriendly & unprofessional host. Refused to pick up WA voice call. No prior info on how to check in during booking. Upon arrival, had to WA text host since he/she refused to pick up voice call to ask how to check in. Being new to KB, had to search around for the reception desk in the building. Reception desk hours of 11 am-11 pm, should be much longer, e.g. 7 am-12 pm.

Molt difícil que ens donessin les claus, la persona de “recepció” quasi sense parlar, no parlava amglès. El lloc no estava molt net. Hi havia objectes d’altres persones, com sabates, ulleres…

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Instruction on room cleaning is not provided properly except you will receive a note from the host telling you can make any request through WhatsApp. We were waiting for room cleaning & waste removal that did not turn up only to be told to WhatsApp request. When we sent WA msg only to be told, service is only btw 12pm & 3pm and it was already 3.30pm. When we request for waste to be removed, we were told to place it outside the room for removal the next day and new waste bag we have to get it ourselves from the counter as they have left the bags at the counter. Really ticked me off as the host should put some waste bags in the room if you need your tenant to do the job for you. Not go hunting for it outside.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026the photos are completely different to the actual apartment. we walked into the room and instantly messaged the host for a refund as we did not want to stay as there were marks on all the furniture and the bedding had stains on it. Thankfully we got a refund but the owner was quite rude and called us ‘pathetic’ for expecting so much from a cheap room. I understand it is cheap, that’s why we booked it, but reviews said it was clean and it WAS NOT. I didn’t want to leave as review as we didn’t even stay there but the owner was very rude and disrespectful and that is not ok.
