It would be better if nobody will enter the unit when guests checked-in already. **The housekeeping personnel asked to get inside to store their cleaning equipment while we were inside already.

It's super duper clean, no molds in the CR and everywhere else it's spic and span, amazingly spotless walls, fresh bed linens

There's a bit of a foul smell (of urine) in the CR even when the toilet was flushed clean, though we remedied it by putting a deodorizer which made the smell less foul. I noticed there was no exhaust fan in the CR, could be that

The house was big, clean, and had a nice TV. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back and stay here again.

The property is in a good location. Very secure. It is value for money. The apartment is clean and you have all the facilities that you need. The panoramic view of the mountains and Baguio is breathtaking. You can enjoy the view and cold breeze while drinking coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night with your loved ones. The owner provides all the information that you need so checking in is flawless.

Just a minor thing, the Parking slot is located on the other building.

On our initial check in we did not have proper towels. The only bedding we had were pink barbie blankets.

I like everything about this place especially the location of the unit/ blacony facing the santorini like view. Unit is clean and everything you need is pretty much in there.

No toilet paper holder. No towel rack to hang towel. Not enough utensils, and they don’t even have saucer, nor small plate to use, fork and spoon is only 4 different kind of pair, no clothes cabinet to store clothes. They have to update. The mops to clean is on the bathroom and it keep on bothering us . They should keep it on cleaning storage area

Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Lifts in the building. Easy communication with the host.

The allotted parking space was in the adjacent building from where the actual unit we had to stay in was. I can’t remember if this info was highlighted in the property details. I don’t live in the Philippines, so i wouldn’t interpret it that way, even if the unit name and parking slot names were different. For my disabled dad who walks with mobility aids, this was quite an inconvenience.

The ambiance of nature and the place was excellent. The view was good the stress it will relieve.

The host is very responsive to our need. Even we were given the wrong code to enter. The problem was rectified immediately. Instructions to access the facilities are very precise. The view from the balcony of the unit and the upper deck are very nice.

It could be better if an iron to press clothes is available.

We had an amazing stay. From booking, to check-in to check-out, everything was a breeze. We're a family of 6 and the amenities are almost complete. We love hanging out in the balcony... Thank you for making our vacation extra special.

I wish they could clean better. Cleaning agents and wet rags kept inside cabinet below the sink, should be kept away since that area is moist and humid. Also we wanted to reheat food in the microwave but it seems it has not been cleaned long time. There was awful smell and lots of debris left. I hope they can improve this in the future.

I haven't read the instruction how to collect the keys and when I was contacted by the owner, I was offline- I thought it is a hotel. However, when I arrived, I could not check in. After some inquiries, the receptionist (responsible for another part of the property) was calling around and contacted the owner of the apartment (Mr. Shim). Luckily he was in town and immediately offered to help and drove to the property and arranged for the check in and switching the apartment. I want to thank both of them. The female receptionist (I forgot her name) for her trial to solve the situation (which was not her duty) and Mr. Shim for his quick, friendly and very helpful action. Thereafter the stay was all fine!

Its not a hotel. The flat smell like drainage. We spoke to the owner but he said we can transfer to his other unit. We are unhappy that why in the first place he didn't sort out the smell coming out the drainage! We couldn't transfer to another unit as we got other plans and moving to another unit is taking all our time as we got only 3 days to explore Baguio. The flat pictures on the advert is different to the flat that we stayed in. I think the owner trying to be clever to con client. It way too nice on the picture but in real is different and different furnitures

The property was located near the city. It was spacious, clean and the view was spectacular. We encountered a little problem and the responsive host sent someone to fix the problem immediately. I highly recommend Justin’s place. We will definitely come back.

Property is okay, however the 2 rooms are not enough to accommodate 6 persons, and i expected to accommodate with more beds.

The location was excellent! Loved the roof top - we take walks every morning and enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains.

The noise factor from the neighbouring dogs with non-stop barking through the night. The towels provided were not good. It does not absorb water from your body. They need to invest in good quality towels.

The apartment was compact with two double bedrooms and a mattress. It had most equipment you might need for a stay and the parking was well organised. Initial communication with the owner was good, but broke down during our stay. There is a lovely Cafe downstairs, but only open until 5pm.

No AC. One bedroom had a very loud rechargeable fan and the other bedroom had a useless ceiling fan. We asked for another fan which was eventually delivered. The bedding was terrible... Crinkled up polyester type bedding for the sheet and cover... Which made you heat up even more! No response from the owner/ manager about this. Knives provided to cut, but no knives to spread butter! When we arrived, there was a sound of gushing water... Looking in the bathroom a value had come off the hose. Getting in touch with the contact was impossible as she didn't answer the phone. We had the foresight to switch off the water supply... But absolutely no thanks for saving their water bill or an apology for the inconvenience this caused... As we sat downstairs to wait for it to be fixed.
