No flash, Bidet not working, Parking cost 450 pesos. Yeah we were both shocked when the caretaker says that it’s 450 pesos. We arrived at 12am and the caretaker wasn’t at the lobby since it’s already midnight and it’s understandable. The caretaker asked a favor if we can fetch her to the camp which almost 10 mins away from the building. It’s actually fine. However, when the caretaker discussed the parking we were shocked because its very expensive!! Like it should be on the booking.com and they should mention this to their post so the people can expect and will not shock when they arrived. This is very important because this is not worth it! Parking is not worth it to be that expensive! This is not the owner or the caretaker’s fault. This parking rate is under SMDC per caretaker. They have a rules and that’s okay. But THIS rule should be on their post in the booking.com just to let every body know. I’m not sure if I missed it or didn’t read the post but this is just my comment. I’d like to emphasize that the parking is not the owner or caretakers fault. They just need to mention this to their post and also please fix the flash and the bidet. Thank you!

The house is equipped with all the amenities you need. Thougj there’s no balcony but the outside view is really breath taking.

If the owner can consider brighter lights in the unit. Other than that everything is superb

Overall the room is quite ok. Clean water and basic utensils were provided.

Not so good experience with the check-in: We were running late so the caretaker kept on texting us where we are and what time we will arrive, pressuring me to prioritize the check in even though I replied multiple times that I was stuck in traffic for 3 hours and I cannot control it. Another bad experience was that upon check-in, she told us that the parking fee in the nearby parking lot increased to around 500 (not even a definite price, she was discussing it with the other security personnel). The original advertized pricenin booking.com was 100-150 per day for paid parking. Finally the owner agreed to pay half of our parking fees. Upon checkout, the guards had some trouble finding my ID (you need to leave an ID in the reception area). They searched the ID for around 10 min.

Actually nothing, but suggest to provide additional cleaning materials like maps and rugs for the renters to maintain the of the unit.

Location was suited for our purpose. Very near to convenience stores. Clean and refreshing.

It was far away from the clubhouse and parking. We didn’t get the private parking which is in the building itself and it was not available anyways. And I think the bath towels, bed and pillow sheets were not washed thoroughly since it didn’t smell like it was.. Otherwise it was a good place to stay short term.

some security guards are not friendly and helpful with there guest’s / visitors.

The room was clean and the kitchenware was complete. Something was missing in the toiletries but Ms.Shirley dropped by to give us what we need. We love the view from the top. The location is accessible to the convenience store. We also love the pool though we preferred to use the indoor pool which we really enjoyed especially it's a bit warm.

We just noticed that the receptionist in the lobby wasn't really approachable. Ms.Shirley, who takes care of the unit was nice but we noticed she's a bit distracted. When dealing with a guest, you have to be attentive. Checking out was OK but she seems like she's in a hurry. Towels are also too thin. Need to replace it with a thicker towels. The interior was OK but I guess it's much better if the cabinets are in a lighter color.

Everything..! Staying here is very convenient, very clean and they have everything available for you; from towels, toiletries, cooking pans, pots, utensils, microwave, induction and rice cookers, they also have purified water available. Fast Internet connection, Netflix, AC is working fine as well as their water heater.. it's almost a corner unit so noise is not a problem, perfect for remote work setup.. and the best part is their comfy bed. Lastly Ate Shirley is very nice, she assisted us very well. To sum it up we had a wonderful time and a well deserved rest. We'll come back for sure.

The place is so clean and very nice ambiance,i totally recommend this place

Clean and spacious. Complete as advertised. You just have to go there and enjoy the place, everything in the room is provided. The room provides a view of the back building but is still beautiful. Walking distance from various restos and has easy access to nearby stores. Easy check-in with Ms Shirley, and she was very accommodating. She assisted us with our needs and was very responsive. We will be back.

The bed is a bit lubog in the middle but still comfy. The building fire alarm is a bit annoying. Not sure why in the middle of the night, it will just activate, and we would be disturbed in our sleep. This is an issue with SMDC, and I hope they will be stricter.
