Reviewed May 28, 2026The place is spotless..the care taker is very accommodating and helpful..the internet is slow which is understandable because it's the 11th floor but overall it's perfect...car parking though is a bit expensive it's 500 pesos if it's inside the tower

Reviewed Apr 20, 2025I would like to commend you on the room—it is very nice and clean, which I truly appreciate. However, I noticed that the air conditioning was not as cool as expected
I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent interaction with your receptionist. Unfortunately, the experience was not very pleasant. I found the communication to be quite difficult, as the receptionist came across as unapproachable and unhelpful. I believe that a more courteous and professional approach would greatly improve the experience for visitors and clients. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2025The photos say it all—what you see is what you get. The unit feels like a 5-star hotel—trendy, stylish, and super chic. Plus, it’s spotless!
There’s nothing major I didn’t like about the property. If I had to nitpick, the slow WiFi was a bit of a bummer—Ookla Speedtest showed around 9 Mbps, which might explain the occasional buffering when streaming Netflix or YouTube. Maybe I’m just spoiled by faster connections. The host mentioned in the earlier message after confirming my booking there should be two WiFi options (Smart and Globe), but I couldn’t find Globe in the network list. Still, it didn’t take away from my overall stay—it was a great experience!

Reviewed Nov 26, 2024I had already been here before and decided to return for a second visit on my day off from work. The location is conveniently close for a break from the Santa Rosa Industrial Complex. Thank you for the extra welcome pack with wine and beer as a returning customer!

Reviewed Nov 20, 2024I really enjoyed my stay here. The unit was very comfy and super clean, and check-in was smooth, "walang hassle" . I loved the free coffee and biscuits, it was such a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was steady, and I got to relax with Netflix after work. Sulit na sulit! Highly recommend this place!

Reviewed Apr 10, 2024>The staff is very accommodating especially regarding some request that are not planned. >The room is complete with appliances to use especially in the kitchen >If needed for a quick cooking session for a snack there is no problem as long as you keep following the rules
>Although is understandable that there is a fee in overnight parking, it is a little bit steep for building parking although security is top notch for cool suites tower A
