The fact the owner is a shady guy or tried to scam us and lure us away for a private meeting in the city somewhere. No refund given. Never even allowed in.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Well equipped studio, with a very kind host, aswell as a responsive property manager. The studio itself was really clean! It ehas a small outside seating area which was really welcome . Furthermore it is located in a quite neighbourhood but short walking distance to the main street where you can easily tricycles.
The thing that confuses me is that the picture doesn't depict the accomodation that we received. It was a way smaller studio than what is shown. It was not an issue for me and my mom as we stayed only one night but for longer stays I'd raise the point.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025The apartment is so comfortable to stay, clean, big space rooms, the internet connection is so fast and reliable, there is netflix that you can watch for free, the cooking utensils is complete, the owner is kind, the one who cleans the room is attendable, and also kuya gilbert that manage the apartments is kind and reliable, you can ask anything and he will provide solutions. I will recommend you this apartment if you want to stay in a quite and big space for family or couple.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025I love the room. It’s cozy and big enough for two. The internet is fast. There’s shaded parking for the car. The place is quiet. The staff is very accommodating. Overall, it’s a great spot for a staycation.
The only minor concern was the aircon remote, which was a bit hard to turn off. It might just need a battery replacement, but fixing this would make the stay even more comfortable.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2025This is worst apartment I have ever live in in my life, So please paying alert for this apartment, The reasons are follow : 1) This property location is in a very remote area, Very hard to found. 2) Please do not believe the pretty photos in the apps, Coz the photos suspicious fake and fake reviews also. 3) No any toilet paper ( For bubu ) in CR comfort room, I asking why ? Owner saying your personal sanitary you need to buy your own, How good answer of that….My Goodness !! I’ve been stay more than 100 hotels and apartment, And I never seen toilet without any paper and I have to ran down to 7/11 buy my own !! Gosh !! How cheap of this apartment !!

The bed in room 3 was full of mites went to the doctor and she confirmed that’s what all the bites were from on me and my wife I told the guy but no action was taken I went and bought chemicals myself because he gave me insect spray and that’s not safe to breath in

They have a privacy area outside that is fenced in and very clean and comfortable. They offered large and small size rooms with TV, cable, and mini kitchen. Staff tried time help us with what we needed. Late arrival was no problem.

If there would be enough time left? I'd love to stay there. It's safe, overall super great! I highly recommend there to stay if you're finding for one.
