También mencionar la ducha con muy buena presión y temperatura del agua ideal. Un atardecer precioso

É mais uma "crítica" construtiva. A única coisa a apontar é o facto da porta principal em cima ser vidro, o que faz com que quando as pessoas do apartamento da frente chegam, ligam a luz das escadas e a mesma entra dentro do apartamento, na sala onde também no nosso casa estava a dormir a nossa filha. O problema não é só esse porque a luz é logo desligada, mas se as pessoas da frente entrarem em casa e mantiverem a luz da sala ligada até tarde ( que foi o caso) a mesma entra no nosso apartamento também e é incómodo. Um simples vinil preto no vidro por exemplo poderá resolver. Tirando isso tudo impecável

Da limpeza e toalhas de banho com ar de que foram usadas pelos hóspedes anteriores e muito velhas. Deveriam de estar no lixo há muito tempo.

Las habitaciones son grandes cada un con un baño y la cocina salón está completa y limpia. Tiene un lavavajillas que se agradece estando de vacaciones. Mi familia y yo estamos encantados. Es un 10.

De keuken was zeer beperkt van uitrusting in vergelijking met elders. Evora is door vele éénrichtings verkeer in de kleine pittoreske straatjes een uitdaging om met de auto (vanaf een parkerplaats) de locatie weer te bereiken.

The air conditioning in our room was noisy. Its output temperature was not effective in the 42 degree heat wave.

Unresponsive staff - There were several issues with the property that wouldn’t have been a big deal if the staff had responded promptly or at all. There was a problem with no hot water in the showers - just suddenly fixed but no response or mention by the staff, the front door wouldn’t lock (this was addressed by the cleaning staff after texts emails and calls to the provided number) and lastly the power went off on the upper floor and no response ever - an hour later the cleaning lady stopped by and fixed it. Lastly - over whelming scent of air freshener in one bedroom.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die sehr gute Küchen- und Badausstattung. Alle technischen Geräte funktionieren sehr gut. Die Klimaanlagen im Schlaf- und Wohnraum waren sehr nützlich , da die Temperatur an 3 Tagen über 34 Grad stieg. Unsere Gastgeberin war leicht zu kontaktieren. Check in und out und eine zusätzliche Unterstützung bekamen wir sofort. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kathedrale und die Stadtmauer und das Korkmuseum gefielen uns sehr. Public Viewing auf dem Platz an der Markthalle hat großen Spaß gemacht. Und natürlich die Atmosphäre abebfs auf den Plätzen,wenn es kühler würde. Dass wir in der Wohnung ohne Zugang zur Dachterrasse wohnten, hat also nicht gestört.

Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was extremely convenient and gave everyone plenty of privacy. Our favorite spot was the patio, which offered amazing views of the old town of Évora. The apartment is very well located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. We would highly recommend it!

Para aceder ao apartamento é um lance grande de escadas altas e depois de entrar no apartamento, tem os quartos e depois tem um outro grande lance de escadas para aceder a sala e cozinha... Vínhamos com uma senhora idosa e foi complicado...

A pia da cozinha era muito pequena. Sentimos falta de uma panela maior, a mais. Um manual de como usar a máquina de lavar louça também seria bom (só havia sobre o forno). O quarto tinha pouco espaço perto da porta (um criado mudo do lado esquerdo atrapalhava um pouco)

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Centrally located in the historic center, walkable to all sites, restaurants, and cafes. The apartment is just as pictured, easy self check-in. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything for a simple meal. The sofa bed is very easy to make and comfortable.
Not a negative comment on the apartment but an advice. There are several small groceries in town but for fresh produce, it's better to go to the Pingo Doce just on the edge of town.

Como sugerencia, a personas de movilidad reducida ,no recomendaría este apartamento por los tramos de escalera a subir.

The email came just as we got there to check in, on your own. Up stairs and narrow door opens on both sides to get suitcases in. Advertised as no smoking and someone smoked in living area. Heavy smell, they tried to reduce. Parking not explained well. We used police station area.

Estacionamento pode ser difícil próximo ao apartamento, falta de alguma manutenção e higienizaçao. Faltavam lâmpadas, as janelas estavam sujas e as toalhas precisam ser substituídas. Além de minúsculas estavam a desfiar e mal higienizadas. O quarto era um pouco pequeno em relação ao resto do apartamento.

Well equipped, clean, good communication with letting agent. The apartment was well located within the old town, easy access to all sights, restaurants etc. car parking within 300 m was easy and free. Would use this apartment again

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025Casa fantástica mesmo no centro de Évora. Tem dois quartos com cama de casal e casa-de-banho suite, espaçosos e confortáveis. A parte "social", cozinha e sala de estar/jantar é no andar de cima, com vista maravilhosa sobre a cidade. A casa tem ar condicionado e estava bem aquecida (fomos no inverno). Fica muito perto da pastelaria de doces conventuais Pão de Rala, onde fomos sempre tomar o pequeno-almoço. Tem estacionamento perto. 10 em 10, não hesitaria em voltar.

陽台的落地窗破了，用膠帶黏起來。也許是來不及修復，但我覺得若是這樣的損壞不應該還出資這間公寓。

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025Boravak u ovom objektu bio je zaista odlično iskustvo. Lokacija je savršena – sve što nam je trebalo bilo je na dohvat ruke i mogli smo bez problema obići grad pješke. Smještaj je uredan, čist i vrlo ugodan, tačno onakav kakav želite pronaći nakon napornog puta. Domaćica je bila izuzetno ljubazna i uslužna. Dočekala nas je s osmijehom, omogućila nam raniji check-in i bila spremna pomoći kad god je trebalo. Zaista ostavlja utisak toplog i pažljivog domaćina. Sve u svemu, topla preporuka svima koji traže lijep, čist i odlično pozicioniran smještaj uz fantastičnu uslugu domaćina.
