Assenza di aria condizionata nel primo Piano e letto matrimoniale purtroppo molto rumoroso ( da cambiare ) .

Seul bémol, non-négligeable quand il fait 34°C : Il n'y a pas d'air climatisé à l'étage du bas, où se trouvaient 2 lits, et les ventilateurs n'aidaient pas tant. C'est un peu décevant quand on prend la peine de s'assurer qu'on aura l'air climatisé, sachant que c'est souvent chaud à Évora. Il y en a, mais pas où on en aurait voulu le plus! L'autre point, qui n'était pas un inconvénient pour nous mais on a eu une pensée pour d'autres : Il faut monter les bagages dans des escaliers qui pourrait être un défi pour certains.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Un appartamento su due livelli, ricavato in un edificio d'epoca ristrutturato con gusto e cura. Il risultato è un'abitazione efficiente, con tutti i confort - condizionamento, wifi, ma soprattutto cucina perfettamente funzionale, due bagni, uno per piano, con docce ampie, due soggiorni, tre televisori, un letto comodo e preparato perfettamente. Tutto pulito in modo maniacale. Le soluzioni di arredo e organizzazione degli spazi perfettamente funzionali. Il tutto molto silenzioso. C'è anche un bel terrazzino, da noi poco utilizzato per via delle temperature eccezionalmente calde. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza il riscontro è stato immediato e risolutivo. Purtroppo per la sua disposizione su più livelli l'appartamento risulterebbe di difficile fruizione per persone con difficoltà deambulatorie, ma la struttura dell'edificio non avrebbe permesso altre soluzioni.

Some reviews complained about the stairs, there were about 13 steps to the first level which really wasn’t a big deal. We had big suitcases and managed fine. It was close to everything. The host gave us instructions for car parking, both free and paid. The paid was reasonable and less than a 5 min walk.

Súper bonito, muy bien decorado, muy bien mantenido , muy limpio y una comunicación perfecta con ellos. La terracita arriba del todo es genial y da el sol por la mañana , pero no a la tarde. Cierre automático con clave y no necesitas llaves. No me molestó, pero hay que mencionar que es una casa en 2 plantas con escaleras. La cama es comodísima , pero el somier suena un poquito cuando te mueves. Lo súper recomiendo. Mil gracias !

There is some street noise but the windows do a decent job with that. There is a tower fan in the bedroom. They’ve done a nice Job with the apartment, just know there are narrow stairs and no lift. There was enough coffee for one morning and there was dishwashing and laundry products available in small amount.

Il parcheggio in strada non è garantito perché zona a parcometro, ma poco distanti ci sono parcheggi disponibili sia gratuiti sia a pagamento.L’host ha fornito indicazioni utili e rapide.
Mi è piaciuto tutto, ma segnalo le due rampe di scale piuttosto ripide per raggiungere la zona giorno che si trova al secondo piano. In ogni caso lo consiglio vivamente

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Location Location Location - inside the wall and close to atrractions. Different floors for bedrooms and kitchen/living area, each with bathrooms. Well done renovation with an existing historical apartment/home. Outside balcony with historic old wall view. Clean.
No basic kitchen provisions such as salt and pepper, etc. Minimal coffee pods for a two night stay. Portable radiator heating in bedrooms were lacking (mid February) although mini-split heater in living room/kitchen was great.

Reviewed Dec 1, 2025Beautiful spacious apartment that is well equipped. The location is fantastic as it’s right in the middle of town and within walking distance to most major attractions. There’s lots of lovely restaurants near by too. Despite being central it’s really quiet and we had no issues getting a good night sleep.
Only a small thing of note is not having a kettle! Otherwise nothing.

AC is only on the second floor and the bedroom is one the first floor, so it was a little hot at night in the middle of the summer, but you have a fan to help with it.

If you have trouble with stairs, keep in mind you’ll need to go up at least one flight. It wasn’t an issue for us, though.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2025This is a charming property is a central location in Evora. The decor was very nice. The property was very clean. The door code made it easy to access the property. The price was very reasonable. Very clean and modern, but make sure to alert the host if you need the second bedroom prepared for sleeping and be aware that parking is not available closeby.
The property was advertised as a two bedroom, two bathroom which was perfect for two friends travelling together. Unfortunately, the property had one full bedroom downstairs with a very nice bed. Upstairs was a bathroom, kitchen, and a sofa that was not prepared for sleeping in the slightest. By the time we discovered the other room had no pillows and no blankets, it was too late in the evening to do anything about it. My friend had a great bed to sleep in, while I slept on a sofa and used a jacket for my blanket because there were NO blankets or sheets anywhere. We complained to the host the next day and they responded immediately and apologized saying they did not know we were not a couple and didn't know to prepare the second room. You can't asssume that if someone books a two bedroom place. Extra pillows and blankets need to be available. Also, there is absolutely NO parking closeby so we parked in a structure several blocks away and left our luggage in the car and simply grabbed a change of clothes and toiletries to bring to the property. The host offered a free night stay to compensate should we return to Evora. While we do not plan to return to Evora, we appreciate the kind offer.
