Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Appartement mit Meerblick in einer sehr gepflegtem Anlage mit Pool, und Autoabstellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Anlage ist super abgesichert es gibt sogar eine Alarmanlage im Appartement. Wir haben das Appartement in einen super sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man Braucht, es liegt sogar ein Stange Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine bereit ( danke dafür ). Klare Weiterempfehlung! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Apartamento muy amplio y moderno, menaje completísimo y todo tipo de utensilios para facilitar la estancia. Todo muy limpio, las zonas comunes y la piscina siempre perfectas.
Que solo dispongas de un juego de llaves, porque desde dentro de las instalaciones, no puedes salir a la calle si no llevas llave.

Lage im 1 Stock nicht so schön wie beim ersten Mal weiter oben. Leider wird keine Rücksicht auf Appartmentwünsche gemacht,…. Obwohl wir schon einige Monate vorher gebucht hatten und zum 2 Mal dort waren!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026A família gostou bastante deste apartamento. Apesar de ter estado longe do Algarve durante as férias por muito tempo, a excelente qualidade do apartamento, a simpatia no atendimento, a localização e a envolvência fazem-me querer voltar já no próximo ano.
Por vezes, o comando da garagem não respondia bem. Fiquei na dúvida se a pilha estaria fraca ou se era eu que não o estava a acionar corretamente."

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Wir hatten eines der beiden großen Appartements im obersten Stock mit 3 SZ - jedes mit eigenem Bad und WC. Es war fantastisch und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr geräumig und sauber, chic eingerichtet, große Fensterfronten, SZ verdunkelbar, riesige eigene Dachterrasse mit lauschiger Couchlandschaft für gemütliche Abendstunden und privatem Sonnengenuss. Meiner Meinung nach einer der besten Badestrände Europas vor dem Gartenzaun und abwechslungsreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Türecodes ermöglichen Ausgehen ohne Schlüssel und Waschmaschine ermöglicht unkompliziertes längeres Bleiben.
War perfekt.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The location and quality of the apartment is excellent. We had a two bedroom apartment on the third floor of the complex which gave you great views of the sea. The finish and quality of the apartment is top class, everything you would want and expect. We had our apartment serviced once in our 11 night stay, which was enough, as we used the facilities to wash towels etc. The kitchen is well equipped and there is washing powder and dish washer tablets provided. The apartment is within walking distance of 3 exceptional beaches. And 5-10 mins walk left or right out of the complex takes you to a range of restaurants/bars. All in all a great apartment for our stay that gave us what we were looking for.
There isn't too much not to like. Maybe more sun loungers around the pool would be useful as they can fill up fast when busy. However, most who stay seem to prefer the beach as it's so handy, returning to the pool for a dip on the way back.

We were on the first-floor apartment despite having a Seaview. I do not think it was as spectacular as the sea views on the 3rd floor and above.
The apartment on the first floor lacked privacy on the balconies.We rented the apartment for the Seaview, but we were disappointed with the location of the apartment.in the complex, despite that, everything else was very good, we would return ..

Could have done with another set of keys and pillows weren’t the best but wouldn’t put us off returning to the apartments as we loved them and will return

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The property is right on the edge of all the restaurants and shops. It is quiet, but you are right there and it allows you to visit anything in a short walk. The apartment is well equipped with quality items. The stove, utensils, pots, and pans all very nice. The apartment is clean. The beds were very comfortable and the entire apartment is furnished beautifully. We absolutely loved spending a week at this site at the beach in Portugal. The view of Portomao is fantastic and I would highly recommend this property to anyone

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Moderne neue Appartements an der Strandpromenade gelegen. Sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Sehr ruhige Lage. Man ist schnell am Strand. Einer der Übergänge/Treppen liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Geht man nach rechts, gelangt man zur Cala Amado und zur Cala do Vau. Dort gibt es einige Restaurants und Verleih von Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Dieser komplette Strandabschnitt war wenig besucht. Geht man vom Appartement links an der Promenade entlang, ist es deutlich touristischer. Am Anfang gibt es einen guten Italiener und auf der Klippe ein sehr gutes portugiesisches Fischrestaurant. Danach folgen dann jede Menge anderer Restaurants, insbesondere scheint das britische Publikum hier vertreten zu sein. Die Praia da Rocha ist ein sehr breiter Strand, mit diversen Strandbars.
Portimao ist halt eine Stadt. Aber an der Promenade und am Strand merkt man nichts davon.

Apartament bardzo dobrze umeblowany i wyposażony we wszelkie potrzebne rzeczy (ekspres do kawy, kuchenka, pralka, zmywarka, deska do prasowania i żelazko, naczynia, garnki, chemia gospodarcza uzupełniania z każdym sprzątaniem). Sprzątanie odbywa się dwa razy w tygodniu. Wspaniała lokalizacja z dala od zgiełku zatłoczonych uliczek. 5 kroków do zejścia na plażę

Falta de caixotes de reciclagem no apartamento. Código da porta para a praia deveria também ser colocado na parte de dentro da mesma,em.vez da utilização com chave. Deveriam fazer referência aos produtos disponíveis no apartamento (guardanapos, café, gel de banho). Estadia de 8 noites apenas com 1 dia de limpeza.

While apartment 8 had fantastic views, unfortunately the balcony doesnt receive any direct sun. The bigger apartments on the sides did. This is a minor complaint based on overall experience.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Finaste semesterlägenhet vi någonsin bott i! Otrolig utsikt, vacker inredning och allt är sprillans nytt och fräscht. Man ville knappt lämna boendet då det var så fint. Allt fanns som man kunde tänkas behöva, stora poolhanddukar, hårtork, strykjärn, tvättmedel, diskmedel samt alla möjliga redskap i köket. Vi bodde i lägenhet nr 6 en våning upp, skönt att inte hamna längst ned där havsutsikten är begränsad. Fint, välskött poolområde med en liten vacker trädgård runtomkring. Stort tack för ett fantastiskt boende!🤩🙌
Det enda lilla, lilla minuset är att det i princip aldrig finns något varmvatten att duscha i på morgonen mellan kl 08.30-10 då vår familj duschar. Framåt kl 15 fanns det dock varmvatten om man kunde vänta!

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Geniales Apartment Haus mit insgesamt 14 Apartments. Ich würde sagen es ist eines der besten in Portimao. Unverbauter Blick aufs Meer, direkt am genialen Praia da Rocha und direkt am super langen Spazierweg ins Zentrum und zu anderen Stränden. Große Supermärkte in 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Kleine Geschäfte in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gute Restaurants ( A Casa da Rocha und Restaurante F ) ebenfalls in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Große Garage mit E-Auto Ladestationen an jedem der Parkplätze. Jedem Appartement ist ein Parkplatz zugeordnet. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt eigentlich gar nichts. Man könnte in der Küche sofort ein mehrgängiges Festessen für 8 Personen zubereiten wenn man entsprechende Lebensmittel kauft. In Summe: eine geniale Location. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Nur eine Kleinigkeit: es fehlen Sitzpolster für die Stühle auf der Terrasse. Ganz kleines Problem für empfindliche Menschen: ein Schlafzimmer hat das Fenster zur Avenida dahinter und es ist nicht ganz leise. Aber kein Problem wenn man das Fenster schließt. Die Fenster isolieren gut …

Reviewed May 24, 2026The apartment was 10 out of 10, it had everything we needed, beds were super comfy, rooms were spacious, balcony was huge, sea views were amazing, location was perfect. I honestly can't fault this place.
My only critique and I'm stretching here, was there was no wind breaker at the pool. I suggest putting some kind of shield around the pool area as it's quite exposed.

The issues we had . 1. Remote on AC had dead batteries. 2.twice pices of white plastic covers fell off the wall in bedroom. 3.shower water not going down drain, hence water filling up in shower . 4. Large scrape on coffee table in living room.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Quand on rentre dans l’appartement, il y a l’effet “Waouh”. La vue sur l’océan est époustouflante, l’immeuble est juste en face da Praia dos 3 Castelos. On était au troisième étage Logement 12 et on a bien profité de la terrasse. Les enfants avaient la vue sur l’océan depuis leurs lits. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain .La décoration de l’appartement est magnifique, la cuisine est très bien équipée. La piscine est chauffée, et bien plus chaude que l’eau de la mer qui était à 14° 😂.
On aurait dû y séjourner une semaine de plus 😂

Reviewed May 5, 2026Un appartement d’une propreté exemplaire, spacieux, lumineux et doter d’une décoration de très bon gout, sans oublier tous les équipements de qualité, les produits ménager nécessaire au quotidien. (Produits pour le lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, papier toilettes, serviettes de bain et piscine, dosettes de café Nespresso). À noter que pendant notre séjour d’une semaine, on nous a proposé des serviettes de bain supplémentaires. Son emplacement face à la mer, proche de la plage « Praia da Rocha », des restaurants et commerces en quelques minutes à pied, en gros vous pouvez laisser votre voiture au garage pendant toute la durée de votre séjour et profiter de vos vacances. Nota : Place de parking numéroté et disposant d’une borne de recharge électrique.

Beautiful sea view We arrived early so I called the number provided and Daniel let us store our bags until our apartment was ready. When we returned to check in he then took us up to our apartment and showed us around. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming.

No welcome pack with instructions. Had to keep messaging to get the wifi working. The qr code is underneath the router. Also had issues with the hob. The mattresses are very hard. There was no furniture on the balcony. The cleaners came two days after we arrived, it seems they come every Friday which would have been nice to know. Oddly the master bedroom faced the road so I ended up taking the one with sea view but with a single bed. There were no accessible power points in that room.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, in der wirklich alles vorhanden ist, was man im Alltag braucht. Allgemein bietet die Wohnung echten Komfort, die Räume sich gross aber dennoch gemütlich, mit genug Platz in den Schränken, jedes Zimmer hat eigenes Bad. Der Seeblick ist sehr beeindruckend, man sieht auch einen schön gepflegten Garten mit dem Pool. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet – die Promenade von Portimão ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr praktisch ist auch der eigene Stellplatz in der Abstellhalle, inklusive eigener Ladesäule für Elektrofahrzeuge. Der Check-in verlief problemlos. Die Anweisungen des Gastgebers waren klar und hilfreich, der Schlüssel war wie beschrieben im Schlüsselsafe an der Tür hinterlegt. Auch die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Unfassbar schöner Ausblick, uns haben die Worte gefehlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht, die Einrichtung ist von hoher Qualität. Es war extrem sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Badezimmer sind sehr schön, auch die Küche.
Das Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite ist etwas laut. Das ist aber überall in Praia da Rocha der Fall und man kann es nicht der Unterkunft anlasten. Der Ausgang mit der Treppe war schwer zu finden.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Everything! We stayed in the penthouse and all I can say is wow. The views are spectacular and the apartment is gorgeous well equiped and spacious.. Located right across thw road from a beautuful beach with plenty of restaurants and bars a short stroll away. Will 100% be back.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026The apartment was a good size. Kitchen well equipped. Rain shower wonderful. Location terrific - walk out to the walkway. Great view of the ocean. Good restaurant within walking distance. Felt secure. Daniel, the caretaker, was responsive, helpful and friendly.

Pillows could do with replacing. Some light switches (apt 9) a bit faulty

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026It was the locatation, listening to the ocean, just amazing. It had everything, beautiful and so clean, great restaurants on the door step. Wobderful spacious parking off the street in a underground car park, with each apt having its only charging point too.
The pillows were not great and hot water was slow to get going in the showers.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Very spacious, beautifully styled, spotlessly clean. everything in the kitchen needed altho it's always good to have staples for cooking, maybe some oil etc. and there wasn't any. great showers, plenty of hot water. Cleaners come halfway through the week but we as a couple can keep it tidy and clean and prefer privacy. They were happy not to bother us. Very safe and secure. Wonderful view. Loads of places to eat a short walk away. Lots of Italian restaurants weirdly. Wifi was average but manageable. Didn't need to contact staff once we were there for anything so can't comment on that. (Other than the cleaners who we happened to see when they were at next door apartment.) However contact was patchy before arrival. Lovely long walks in both directions along the beach, right and down steps or left and through the town, down steps and along the boardwalk. Note the steps are quite steep and numerous. We don't return to same place twice but if we could we would pick up the apartment and stay in it anywhere it was fab!
The only thing i have a niggle about is that when we arrived in the dark it wasn't clear, because there is no property name on the building, whether we were at the right place. Maybe make it easier for us?

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026A super beautiful, spacious and modern apartment which wowed all of us in the family. It was fully-equipped with a direct sea view, secure parking lot and 3 bathrooms/toilets. Lots of coffee, dishwashing and laundry capsules. Last but not least, a very friendly host that welcomed us into the apartment.
I had booked the apartment based on the unblocked sea view photo, which might have been taken from a 2nd floor apartment, but was given a 1st floor apartment instead, of which the sea view might not be as glorious as the one from the photo.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Die Lage ist perfekt, das Appartement ist sehr geräumig, super modern und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Es ist sauber und ordentlich und es ist alles da, was macht braucht.
Von 12 Tagen Aufenthalt waren wir 7 Tage ohne warmes Wasser und der Hausmeister und die Hausverwaltung waren nicht sehr engagiert dieses Problem zu lösen. Wir mussten in verschiedenen Appartements durch einen offenen und kalten Flur zum Duschen gehen und bis heute bot uns keiner der Hausverwaltung eine finanzielle Entschädigung an. Bei Ankunft wirkte das Appartement schlecht vorbereitet da eine große Glasschiebetür aus der Führung gesprungen war und dadurch 5 cm offen stand`, deshalb kalte Wohnung. Alle Fernbedienungen für die Heizgeräte waren mit leeren Batterien bestückt, somit war heizen nicht möglich.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Die schönste Unterkunft, in der wir je waren (und wir reisen sehr viel). Der Meerblick ist spektakulär, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und durchdacht (wirklich alles vorhanden). Es war super sauber (kein einziges Staubkörnchen gefunden). Die Lage ist exzellent (direkt am Strand und innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß findet man Restaurants, Cafés und Supermarkt). Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Les grandes fenêtres avec sont grand balcon autour du coin du bâtiment. L'emplacement au 3ème étage était superbe. Garage au sous-sol avec borne de chargement pour voiture électrique.
Les grandes fenêtres à portes coulissantes ne sont pas étanche au vent, et en cas de très forte pluie, l'eau passe également. Il manque un cour-main dans l'escalier vers la piscine.
