Reviewed Jul 13, 2026À notre arrivée à Aveiro, les propriétaires nous attendaient à l’appartement, puisque nous leur avions communiqué à l’avance notre heure d’arrivée. Ils nous ont expliqué comment entrer dans l’immeuble et nous ont aidés à compléter notre inscription. Le mari nous a gentiment aidés à monter nos valises, tandis que sa conjointe nous a expliqué, carte d'Aveiro à la main, les principaux endroits à visiter et les activités possibles. Elle nous a également remis un superbe guide, très utile pour notre séjour. Ils sont chaleureux et aimable. Ils parlent anglais +++ L’immeuble est récent et très bien entretenu. L’appartement est très beau, propre et agréable. L’emplacement est excellent : Nous étions tout près du canal et l'on pouvais voir les moliceiros, les bateaux traditionnels d’Aveiro, depuis notre fenêtre. La gare était à distance de marche, en ligne droite jusqu’à l’appartement, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée très facile. Nous avons aussi pris l’autobus de la ville directement devant l’appartement pour nous rendre au musée de la pêche. Cette visite a été formidable. Les restaurants, le centre commercial et les épiceries sont également tout près. Bref, ce séjour à Aveiro a été un véritable coup de cœur.
L’appartement était légèrement petit pour nos besoins. Il aurait été pratique d’avoir quelques mètres carrés supplémentaires, notamment pour déposer nos valises plus confortablement. Le coin salon aurait ainsi bénéficié d’un peu plus d’espace. Cela dit, il s’agit d’un détail mineur qui n’a pas nui à la qualité globale de notre séjour ni à l’excellente impression laissée par la gentillesse de nos hôtes.

Que no tenga parking. Pero nos aconsejó dónde podíamos aparcar y encontramos sitio cerca, y gratis, porque los fines de semana es gratuito.

El unico pero que se le puede poner es que pasamos tres noches en el apartamento sin que nos cambiaran las toallas. Creo que este detalle supone poco gasto y trabajo para los propietarios y los clientes lo agradecemos.

O que falhou foi a televisão. Tinha os canais por cabo, mas nao era SMART como dizia no anuncio. Não tem qualquer APP nem deixa fazer conexão com o telemóvel/tablet.

Claudia y Pedro encantadores nos recomendaron muy bien, limpiaron y cambiaron sabanaas y toallas en mitad de la semana. Si alguna vez volvemos por la zona sin duda lo volvería a elegir

There’s a great coffee shop and bakery that opens at 8 across the way and the apartment owners were lovely, welcoming us with a delicious bottle of wine and great recommends for dinner - you have to go to O Batel amazing great value traditional Portuguese seafood, wine and hospitality! Loved Aveiro and loved this apartment! Thankyou for a great stay!

Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und interessiert. Sie schätzen selbst gutes Essen und Wein und geben wertvolleTipps bezüglich Restaurants, Strände, Umgebung. Nähe zu Endlosstränden mit Infrastruktur in ca. 15 Autominuten. Alles ist stilvoll und funktional eingerichtet und sehr (!) sauber. Jederzeit wieder!
