It has everything you might need even to cook for yourself and not have to spend money eating out every single day. The balcony is lovely. There is spaxe for everything it smells nice it has air conditioning , everything in the bathroom works just as intended and that one might need. Overall at ten out of ten
Tv is not a Smart TV. A very small unimportant detail, one does not go on Vacation to stay on the TV. I simply like to put on Music and YouTube was not compatible. Almost Irrelevant.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Mieszkanie świeżo po remoncie, urządzone w gustowny i wygodny sposób, zlokalizowane w samym turystycznym centrum Aveiro. Gospodarz jasno opisał w jaki sposób dostać się do obiektu, więc nie było z tym żadnego kłopotu. Lokalizacja w zasięgu ok. 20 minutowego spaceru od dworca kolejowego i autobusowego. Polecam!
W obiekcie są rowery do dyspozycji gości, niestety podczas naszego pobytu były uszkodzone, przez co nie mogliśmy z nich skorzystać, a bardzo na to liczyliśmy.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025Gostei do facto de ter as bicicletas. Gostei da comodidade do espaço e do facto de ser um local tranquilo e bem localizado. A disponibilidade de chás, cafés e alguns condimentos foi um pormenor muito agradável e facilitou bastante a preparação das refeições. A área exterior também é muito agradável!
O alojamento não tinha os dispensadores de duche com shampoo e gel de banho, o que seria expectável. O processo de check-in funciona como num hotel, mas o preço não reflete isso — acaba por não se ajustar, tratando-se de uma casa. É feita referência a pequeno-almoço, mas este não é disponibilizado, o que volta a levantar a questão da coerência com o valor cobrado. Além disso, é anunciado como um T1, mas na verdade é um T0. Pessoalmente, prefiro que o quarto esteja num compartimento separado, o que aqui não acontece.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025Limpeza 10 / Quarto muito bem localizado, próximo dos principais pontos de interesse, tem um pequeno mercadinho na mesma rua a uns 100m no máximo, tem um bolsão de estacionamento também próximo para quem está de carro, nosso caso e tem alguns restaurantes próximos também. / Quarto muito bem equipado com todos utensílios de cozinha, eletrodomésticos de cozinha.
O quarto ficou um pouco pequeno com a segunda cama aberta para minha filha. Abrir duas malas grandes deixou o espaço bem restrito. Demos um jeito mas pra quem está indo em mais de duas pessoas e com malas grandes. Pra duas pessoas, seria perfeito.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025- El apartamento esta muy bien, es muy acogedor y con camas comodas, aunque un poco pequeño para tres personas. - La cocina está muy bien equipada, tiene todo lo necesario. -- Ubicación, justo en una zona peatonal cerca de todo. Tenía un parking subterraneo cerca (Marques de Pombal) que nos costo cuatro dias 27,90€ (lo contratamos en el mismo parking con la chica de la recepción).
El apartamento es mas adecuado para dos personas. El sofá y la cocina están en la misma estancia y es bastante pequeña. Al poner el sofá cama no habia sitio para sentarse a la mesa.Menos mal a la bonita terraza que tiene y que nos hizo buen tiempo para poder utilizarlo.

Al ser un bajo notamos bastante humedad en el ambiente. No era molesto pero sí que las toallas o sábanas desprendían ese olor. Los aparatos de aire acondicionado del edificio dan al patio donde está la vivienda y pueden ser ruidosos por la noche.

I saw review complaining about the shower. My mum is a plus size and was able to fit perfectly, the shower is not as bad as I thought per previous reviews. Everything is wonderful and really good value for the money. It’s very super close to the center so for the most part you are close to public transports and to restaurants. The host has a book with recommendations and it did not disappoint. There is absolutely nothing bad about this apartment. It’s located in a new building so there’s no ordeal regarding walking thought the shadows of the past to find a modern apartment. Everything was just wonderful.

It’s in city center and just 2 min walk from beautiful aveiro lake and forum. Hassle free checkin, i would recommend this place for anyone who wants independent stay with full fledged facilities. The host was always available to answer any questions and even spoiled us with a beer and snack upon arrival, which we appreciated after travelling in extreme warm weather. Air-conditioner worked perfect. You also have access to 2 bicycles should you prefer to explore the city on a bike.
There are no dislikes, but rather a suggestion: another bedside table with a reading lamp in the bedroom will be an asset.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2022Great place in a brilliant location! For those arriving with a car - Parque Saba Marques de Pombal about 200m south is a great option for safe underground parking. Hostess was wonderful and helpful with everything - communication via whatsapp. We got a code to enter the main door and thereafter access via code to a box for the keys - very convenient and safe check-in option. The apartment is perfect for 1-2 persons with everything you need and great wifi connection, fridge, kitchen to cook, bathroom. Close to everything to see and do in Aveiro - really recommended!

The host was very accomodating and went the extra mile to accomodate our needs and gave us lots of tips on what to do, see and eat in Aveiro and very responsive via comunication channels. Took us ages to find the property as no number was shown on the street address - we walked up and down the street and asking shop keepers to assist.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2022It was ideally located right in the pedestrian street on the other side of the canal from the historic centre and was very quiet at night. We had a wonderful first floor with a little ground terrace and there was appropriate separation for our 3rd occupancy on the other side of the kitchen.
We didn't realize that the hot water tank was turned off and there were no instructions about that. By the time I realized we had no hot water for a shower late that night, and I found the tank and turned it on, it was too late to provide hot water for that night.
