Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The host that was on reception when we collected our keys was a lovely lady. The apartments are very clean in a good location. The only downside is that you can hear a lot from neighbours such as the family upstairs moving furniture around was very loud in our unit. The view and location are great and if you are just looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay and not worried about a pool then it's good value.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026We really enjoyed our stay overall. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location is ideal, just a short walk from the old town of Lagos. The reception staff were kind and helpful.
Our main disappointment was the room. We specifically paid for a sea-view studio, but were given a ground-floor studio with a view mainly of the street and only a very limited glimpse of the sea. Being on the ground floor also meant more street noise and a greater sense of being exposed, with less privacy and security than we would have expected from a more elevated studio. This made the experience feel less luxurious than we had expected, especially considering the price we paid. We feel that the ground-floor studios should be priced differently from the studios on the higher floors, particularly when guests are paying extra for a sea view. The shared terrace was lovely and helped make up for the limited view from the studio, but it didn’t completely compensate for the difference.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Das Personal war immer stets freundlich, bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde jeden Tag immer einmal normal sauber gemacht, und das auch gründlich. Handtücher wurden alle 3 Tage und Betten alle 5 Tage gewechselt, öfter benötigt man es auch nicht und es spart Energie. Dies wurde auch sehr zuverlässig erledigt. Die Lage so wie der Ausblick sind einfach sehr schön, in der Altstadt ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß, zu verschiedenen Stränden bereits in 5 Minuten, ein Spar 5 Minuten entfernt, der alles notwendige hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, was gerade für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm ist.
Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte ein wenig besser sein können, z.B. Salz, Pfeffer und Öl hätten wir uns gewünscht. 2 mehr Schüsseln, sodass man von allem 4 hat und eine weitere Pfanne. Es war alles notwendige da und man konnte sehr gut kochen, also ist das meckern auf hohem Niveau!

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026L'appartamento si trova vicino a tutto, il centro raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti, il porto in 20 sempre a piedi (per escursioni in barca) . Ci sono diverse spiagge, alcune a soli 5 minuti a piedi, forse anche meno, un'altra (l'unica attrezzata) si raggiunge con una bellissima camminata in 10 minuti. P.s. la struttura ci ha fornito anche un ombrellone da spiaggia. Dalla terrazza si vede sorgere l'alba. Uno spettacolo! Appartamento spazioso e luminoso. Bellissimo bagno con grande doccia e bidet (che spesso non si trova). Abbiamo incontrato la proprietaria, una persona gentilissima, disponibile e carinissima. Al nostro arrivo, in camera abbiamo anche trovato una bottiglia di vino. Il Portogallo meraviglioso e i portoghesi persone squisite. Inoltre vicino alla struttura si trova un Despar, (SPAR) fornito di tutto e sotto un locale per mangiare, anche take e way. LA MIA VALUTAZIONE È 10. MELISA E SIMONE

L'appartement a une très belle vue, est impeccable, propre et merveilleusement près de tout ( centre ville, plages, sentier menant à Ponta da Piedad). Nous serions plus qu'heureux d'y revenir un jour et recommandons chaleureusement ce lieu. :)

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Il nostro monolocale era bellissimo e con una vista sul mare spettacolare! Abbiamo apprezzato molto la vicinanza al mare e al centro. Si arrivava a piedi dappertutto!
La cucina non aveva il necessario per poter preparare nulla e non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare il piano a induzione. Comunque non è stato un problema perché abbiamo fatto colazione con dello yogurt e della frutta che avevamo acquistato al supermercato.

We hadden een late vlucht en wilden nog een dagje genieten van lagos. De lieve vrouwen bij de receptie vonden het goed dat we de spullen bij de receptie achterlieten en mochten zelfs nog strandhanddoeken lenen voor onze laatste dag.
De drukke weg zorgt ervoor dat je niet echt fijn op je balkon zit. Het uitzicht is wel mooi maar het geluid is minder

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Als wir ankamen, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Gleich zu Beginn wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Handtücher grundsätzlich nur alle drei Tage gewechselt werden. Die Lage des Apartments war sehr gut und ein großer Pluspunkt. Leider gab es auch einige Aspekte, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt haben. Im Eingangsbereich war ein modriger Geruch wahrnehmbar. Die Sauberkeit des Apartments hätte insgesamt besser sein können – bei unserer Ankunft befand sich noch Müll von vorherigen Gästen auf dem Boden. Zudem war das Apartment recht hellhörig, sodass man die Schritte der Gäste im Zimmer über uns deutlich hören konnte. Insgesamt punktet die Unterkunft durch ihre gute Lage und den freundlichen Empfang, bei Sauberkeit und Schallschutz sehen wir jedoch Verbesserungsbedarf.

Spacious and clean rooms with excellent facilities. Comfortable bed. 4 minute walk to the most beautiful little beaches. 10 minute walk into the town. Staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. Will be returning!

We were on the first floor which overlooked the street. It was insanely loud when people were in apartment above, sounded like giants stomping through the ceiling. Really need to improve the sound proofing or put down rugs. We also hated the beds, they were hard and uncomfortable. We left a day early as I couldn’t handle the noise factor.

Reviewed May 14, 2026We loved everything!! The staff wars very friendly, the room got cleaned daily and the location is just perfect. You are just a short walk away to the Ponta da Piedade and many other beautiful beaches & places. The town is also just 10 min walk away.
We loved everything but just be aware that it is near the main road and you will hear the cars if the windows are open.

Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick und ist gemütlich zum Sitzen auch wenn die Straße etwas laut ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und die Altstadt sind gut fußläufig erreichbar also die perfekte Lage!

Parcheggio pubblico enorme e comodissimo che costa 1 euro al giorno. L'appartamento grandissimo, letti comodi, cucina comoda e attrezzata il giusto per una colazione o cena veloce, bellissima vista mare

It's nice that they clean the room and change the sheets daily, but it would be good if there was a simple way to opt out - ie the classic sign on the doorknob..
