La Ubicación, las instalaciones en general, El desayuno estaba bastante completo y el personal muy atento.

las habitaciones necesitan una pequeña renovación, a veces faltaban algunos productos en el desayuno, la piscina debería estar climatizada (no mucho) para que se pueda usar, casi nadie la usaba por lo fría que estaba el agua.

Estábamos en la primera planta y el baño olía muy muy mal. Tuvimos que tapar la ducha con una toalla del olor

Very cozy feeling. I felt like home. Nice and professional staff. Room cleaning every day. Decent breakfast. Good communication. Fantastic location and view.

Nothing really bugged me. Here I must mention elevators, it was a lot of questions from all of us who were guests where they go up or down. But it was funny and not annoying at all.

Es el cuarto año que repetimos, por la playita de D. Ana justo al lado, sus vistas mientras disfrutas del desayuno en el roof top, sus habitaciones limpias y funcionales y su personal, atento y agradable. Buena relación calidad precio. Por poner algún detalle menos bueno, es difícil aparcar en horario de playa, pero a partir de las 18 h sin problema

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación y el restaurante. Las habitaciones muy amplias y camas muy cómodas. Facilidad con el idioma y muy amables y serviciales

Aan te raden is zeezicht boeken, andere zijde heeft geen fraai uitzicht.

Qualche servizio offerto in più non sarebbe malvagio. Come per esempio le bottiglie d’acqua in camera gratuite.

Excelente vistas al mar, justo al salir está el mar a unos cuantos pasos, el desayuno estilo buffet de 10, con todo lo que te apeteciera comer, pero la encargada del comedor le falta un poco de cortesía para dirigirse al cliente, no lo que dice sino como lo dice. Las estancias del hotel muy confortables, linda decoración, muy limpio.

Hotel molto curato e pulito, con personale attento. La colazione è ottima e varia, servita in una sala con una vista incredibile. La posizione è uno dei punti di forza: a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma soprattutto affacciato su una delle spiagge più belle della zona, la Praia Dona Ana, letteralmente sotto l’hotel. Bellissima anche la passeggiata panoramica sulle falesie, che passa proprio accanto alla struttura: comodissima da percorrere in entrambe le direzioni, verso la Praia do Camilo e la Ponta da Piedade da un lato, verso le spiagge più vicine al centro dall’altro. Da segnalare anche la correttezza del personale: al nostro arrivo c’era un problema idrico in zona e l’hotel era temporaneamente senz’acqua fino alle 17, cosa di cui ci hanno informati subito.

Purtroppo la nostra camera presentava un forte odore di muffa, umidità e fognatura. Inizialmente lo abbiamo attribuito al problema idrico temporaneo, ma la situazione non è cambiata e il giorno seguente lo abbiamo segnalato alla reception. Sono intervenuti prontamente — al rientro si sentiva un intenso odore di prodotti per la pulizia — ma il mattino dopo l’odore di umidità e muffa era di nuovo presente. Non abbiamo insistito oltre perché ormai prossimi alla partenza. Abbiamo apprezzato la loro disponibilità, anche se l’intervento non è stato risolutivo. Riteniamo però che una camera con un problema così evidente non dovrebbe essere assegnata agli ospiti.

Die Lage war top!! direkt an einen wunderschönen Strand. Frühstück war auch sehr gut, große und variable Auswahl. Teils super freundliches Personal!!

Zu teuer!! Wir haben 360€ für zwei Nächte gezahlt, hatten keinen schönen Ausblick vom Balkon. Auch die Balkonmöbel waren sehr veraltet und heruntergekommen, sehr lieblos da erwartet man mehr für sein Geld. Personal im Restaurant war morgens super schlecht gelaunt und die Dame wirkte sehr gereizt und zickig, so möchte man nicht in den Tag starten…

Beautiful location with an amazing beach right outside the door. Views from the rooftop restaurant were amazing.

This location is great but that’s really what you are paying for - the room was very average and the bathroom was not very nice. However, the rooftop restaurant was lovely and views were great. Be sure to book a dinner at the restaurant ahead of time (you can’t eat there without one).

Przepiękny widok na ocean, restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem, basen na dachu 🥳 wszystko na najwyższym poziomie

Erinomainen sijainti jos ei halua olla ihan vanhan kaupungin keskustassa.

Äänieristys oli vähän huonoa. Ravintolan alapuolella olevaan huoneeseen tuolien siirtely kuului todella voimakkaasti illallisen ja aamupalan aikaan.

There is no ramp at the entrance, which makes access very difficult. We were traveling with a baby, and carrying the stroller up and down was really hard. It is also very inconvenient when bringing heavy luggage into the hotel.

śniadanie w miarę...choć mały wybór, podane pączki były zimne w środku (nie zdążyły się rozmrozić?) czystość mogłaby być lepsza (lodówki z serami i wędlinami).

TV w pokoju nie miał SMART TV (brak NETFLIXA, YOUTUBE), pod prysznicem moim zdaniem silikony do wymiany (dosyć brudne), brak uzupełniania wody w pokoju, balkon średnio czysty. Jednak zdaję sobie sprawę że to kwestia zuzycia tych rzeczy (widać po prostu że dosyć dawno nie było konkretnego remontu itd) .

Somewhat clean but stinky bathroom due to smell from sewage. There was no Tea or coffee facility in the room. Bit overpriced for the facilities and quality it offers.

Chambre un peu vieillotte pour le prix. Une odeur de javel assez forte et le personnel parfois un peu autoritaire. Et puis le bâtiment désaffecté derrière. Surprenant.

La mancanza di parcheggio dell'hotel. Proprio per la sua posizione vicina alla spiaggia, praticamente durante la giornata era assolutamente impossibile trovare parcheggio nei pressi dell'hotel

Posizione ottima, sulla spiaggia e a 10 minuti dal centro

L’unica scomodità è che il parcheggio di fronte all’hotel è lo stesso della spiaggia perciò tra le 11 e le 17 è molto complicato trovare posto

The hotel was in a good location, and the bed in the room was comfortable. However, there was no microwave in the room, and when I asked the staff to heat up my leftovers, they refused. Also, check-in was at 3:00 PM. Even though my room was ready at 2:30 PM, they refused to let me check in until exactly 3:00 PM. The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and they didn’t seem willing to assist with even simple requests.

Le personnel d’accueil était super désagréable, pas souriant aussi , je me suis pas senti la bienvenue tout mon séjour. En plus à mon arrivée j’apprends le lendemain y’aura une coupure d’eau toute la journée et je demande s’ils ont prévu quelque chose pour compenser ils m’ont dit bah non débrouillez vous en gros. Dans ma chambre y’avait les odeurs des remontées des égouts vraiment désagréable

Ubicación y limpieza excelente

Tuvimos la mala suerte de una rotura de tubería en la calle, lo que supuso un corte de agua en el hotel. Esta avería comenzó en nuestro segundo día y se prolongó hasta el tercero a la hora de marcharnos. Pudimos asearnos con botellas de agua que adquirimos nosotros, el hotel no da alternativas tratando de una avería de tantas horas. En el desayuno también se trasladó este desastre, porque no había ni siquiera vasos para tomar un zumo. Tampoco pudimos consumir café, lo cual no comprendimos porque existe el agua embotellada. El personal de cafetería no fueron muy agradables con los huéspedes que les planteaban preguntas razonables.

La suciedad que había en la piscina. Se permite comer y beber en el perímetro del vaso, y había restos de comida dentro del agua.

Seuls points positif à cet hôtel : emplacement et literie confortable. Tout le reste est à revoir. Le personnel est aigri au possible, aucuns services de bonne qualité. Le petit dej se laisse manger mais n'est pas fou. Nous avons vu le cuisinier transpirer à grosse goûte DANS la nourriture qu'il était entrain de préparer. C'est dégoûtant. Pas capable d'être à l'heure pour l'ouverture du petit dej non plus et en plus, ça nous parle et regarde mal. Les œufs sont trop cuit, même brouillé ils sont pas bon. Au plat ils baignent dans l'huile. Certes l'hôtel est propre mais sans plus, j'ai déjà été mieux accueillie pour un prix moindre ailleurs. Je ne sais pas sur quoi se base cet hôtel pour avoir un 3 étoiles mais le prix est exagéré pour cet hôtel. Comme expliqué, l'emplacement à côté de la plage est pratique et la balade jusqu'à Ponta de piedade est très jolie. Ah et parlons de la chambre également. Pas d'aération interne et beaucoup d'humidité. Nous nous sommes dis en y entrant pour la première fois "oh, ilf ait lourd dans l'air et, quelle est cette odeur ?" simple, c'était l'humidité. Mais, j'ai personnellement bien dormi dans le lit. Sinon, sans plus. Pas de meuble dans la salle de bain donc toutes les affaires éparpillées à gauche à droite.. Vraiment pas pratique. Je dois ajouter le bruit. L'hôtel est très bruyant le soir avec le restaurant en fin de service et en début de service pour le petit déjeuner. A croire qu'ils déplacent l'entièreté du mobilier. Passez votre chemin et trouver un meilleur hôtel.

El desayuno buenísimo igual que la ubicación. Lo que más valore es la atención del personal del hotel y del restaurante fueron muy amables y profesionales en todo momento. Tanto Carla como Paulo y Alfredo se portaron estupendamente con nosotros.

Las camas me parecieron demasiado blandas

It was a clean and comfortable room, nice to have a small balcony area as well. Good breakfast which is included. The pool is nice but better towards early evening when it thins out. The location is good near a beach and a half an hour walk to the main town.

The pool area could get busy and the vibe was very coupley- did not feel there were that many families there though we were never made to feel not welcome. The pool itself is fairly small but good for a dip.

Estuve tres noches en este hotel y fue todo estupendo❤️ teníamos una habitación preciosa con vistas al mar. La terraza era enorme y tenía dos tumbonas donde ver las estrellas por la noche. Además está al lado de la playa de Santa Ana, y la azotea es perfecta para tomar algo viendo al mar. El buffet de desayuno estupendo también, y todo super limpio. Espero volver a lagos y regresar a este hotel porque estuvimos super agusto. ❤️

Poca sombra en la piscina

Desayuno de lujo, con unas vistas impresionantes al mar y la montaña, variedad y calidad en la comida. Piscina en la azotea del edificio con esas mismas vistas. La playa y la pasarela de madera que recorre la montaña, ambos justo al salir del Hotel

Aparcamiento muy complicado en las horas de playa. Llegamos al mediodía en agosto y no podíamos Casi ni descargar el equipaje. Se echan de menos tiendas y restaurantes a los que puedas ir a pie, la oferta es limitadísima si no quieres coger el coche.

I was very disappointed with the overall quality and condition of the property. The hotel did not feel like good value for money and did not meet the standard I expected based on the price I paid. The facilities appeared poorly maintained, particularly the lifts, which were extremely slow and inconvenient. The lighting in the room also did not work for an entire night. The breakfast was another major disappointment, with food appearing old and poorly maintained, warm milk, poor-quality coffee and an untidy dining area. I also became unwell after eating breakfast, which made the experience even more concerning. There were also insufficient toiletries provided for two guests. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and below the standard expected for the price, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Que habiendo reservado la habitación con más de dos meses de antelación me dieran una en la planta baja, pero era una buena habitación con terraza y con la posibilidad de poner la ropa de la playa a secar

Localización estaba en el epicentro de las mejores playas. También tenía un servicio impecable y la habitación estaban muy bien.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. When making my reservation, I accidentally forgot to include my 6-year-old daughter. We had booked a Junior Suite with a queen bed, and she would have slept in the same bed with us. Rather than simply charging an additional guest fee, if one even applied, the hotel insisted that we rent an entirely separate room that we had no intention of using. It was an obvious, honest mistake, yet there was no effort to find a reasonable or customer-friendly solution. To make matters worse, when they were booking this completely unnecessary second room, they actually asked whether I wanted a more expensive room—even though they knew full well it would remain vacant for the entire stay. The fact that this was even suggested speaks volumes about where their priorities lie. The extra room they assigned us was on the first floor, and the hallway had a strong fish odor that was impossible to ignore. It was a stark contrast to the third floor, where our Junior Suite was located and where the hallways were clean and odor-free. Thankfully, we never had to use the extra room, but being charged for a room in that condition only added to the frustration. The attitude of the front desk staff made the experience even worse. They smiled, but it felt forced and insincere. Every interaction came across as pompous and condescending, with an underlying sense of disdain that made us feel like we were a problem instead of paying guests. Hospitality is about treating people with empathy and respect, especially families traveling with young children, and that was completely absent here. The hotel itself may have some nice features, but customer service defines the overall experience.

Instalaciones que superan las expectativas de un hotel de 3 estrellas y la ubicación del hotel.

De ligging is heel goed,mooie stranden,goede restaurants. Gratis parkeren voor de deur,let wel op als je in de middag aankomt moet je waarschijnlijk een paar rondjes rijden om een parkeerplaats te bemachtigen, veel mensen parkeren daar voor het nabijgelegen strand. Ontbijt is goed geregeld op de rooftop bar,waar je tevens in de avond ook heel goed terecht kan,wel even reserveren.

Noisy, no toiletries, no kettle, no iron, no residents parking, so during summer months , if u have a car, park it up and use uber,rooftop bar closes at 8pm, mould on pillowcase and stain on towel , which was ignored by management, our balcony didn’t get sun all day, flies on uncovered fruit and pastries at just an ok breakfast, ( paid for breakfast but only went one morning)didn’t meet one nice member of staff, Beautiful beach Would definitely never stay at this hotel again

Zimmer waren sauber, es wurde auch jeden Tag gereinigt; Strand ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist auch gut (Obst, Müsli, mehrere Brotsorten, Eier, Käse, Kuchen, Joghurt), kleines Market ist direkt neben dem Hotel, Zentrum ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt

Zimmer sind ein bisschen hellhörig, die Möbel sind ein bisschen abgenutzt, an den Laken und Handtüchern waren alte Flecken noch erkennbar, Seifen- und Shampoospender waren unbrauchbar – der Seifenspender funktionierte nicht und der Verschluss des Shampoospenders löste sich

O staff, em sua grande maioria, foi muito atencioso.

Quarto sem armários ou espaço para guardar roupas e malas. Lanchonete e piscina abertas ao público sem nenhum custo, o que fazia com que tivéssemos que disputar espreguiçadeiras e priodidade no atendimento com não hóspedes.

Smaller things, no hair dryer in room. Free WiFi was really bad. Couldn’t use it. Had to pay for a wooden spoon couldn’t borrow one. Lack of irons and no ironing boards. Side light you have to get out of bed to turn it off.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. El desayuno es muy bueno, se sirve en un lugar precioso. La habitación es amplia con una terraza linda. Está ubicado en la mejor playa, y a pocos pasos tenes el paseo para hacer el recorrido por la Ponta de la Piedade

Location and setting were perfect and beautiful. Hotel.was very clean and tidy. staff were very helpful and friendly.. Luca's is an excellent restaurant. Food was delicious and staff were amazing!

Gym equipment was.old and much of it was broken

Prachtig hotel op een hele mooie locatie. Aan het strand en je hebt ook nog de luxe van het zwembad. Het centrum is op loopafstand. Parkeergelegenheid voor de deur, al kan het druk zijn met de strandgangers. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Que la habitación que nos asignaron primeramente no era la que yo había reservado .

Had het fijn gevonden als we dagelijks vers water op de kamer hadden gekregen. Verder hadden we pech dat het water in de hele omgeving weg was wegens een kapotte leiding in de omgeving dus we niet konden douchen dag van vertrek en het ontbijt op die dag dus ook niet top was. Hotel kon daar niets aan doen maar wel vervelend.

L’emplacement était très bien , la proximité du parking même si c’était difficile de trouver des places en journées . La piscine est sympa et le restaurant très bon .

Il y a eu deux matinées où l’eau était coupé . Nous n’avons donc pas pu nous laver ou même aller aux toilettes personne ne nous a prévenu et aucune disposition n’a été prise . On m’a même empêcher d’aller aux toilettes alors que c’était urgent.

Une forte odeur de désinfectant dans la chambre , une SDB petite sans rien pour accrocher les serviettes , en dessous de l’espace restaurant nous entendions les chaises bouger , bref - c’est hôtel est bien uniquement pour les personnes qui veulent passer la journée à la plage - le personnel était très gentil

Great location. We made the most of being next to one of the best beaches in Lagos and the walkway to Ponta de Piedade, with a 20 minute walk to the main old town. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and pool bar were great too.

I would not stay here again. Booked this hotel for the proximity to the beach. I also hoped for a slightly quieter stay. However, the rooms were DIRTY and insanely loud. They were mostly loud due to the staff slamming doors and plates at all hours. I asked to be moved to a quieter room and after some push back, they did move me. But the room they moved me to was only slightly quieter. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I could’ve overlooked some of the flaws, but there were too many. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The water was dripping on our balcony for the whole stay, the hotel repaired it once, but after several hours the problem was noticed again and nothing was done with that. We almost couldn’t use the balcony and our staff were totally wet. What is more, we had ants in our room as we were staying on the first floor. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Almost the same menu every day (one type of cheese, 2 types of ham, fruits, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers etc). Coffee was awful.
