Such a perfect location- partial beach view and walkable to everything in the little town. Large apartment and so clean with extra towels and pillows. Full kitchen was nice too!

We couldn’t get hot water- bit they said it was working so it may be solar heated which would have been good to know. Showers were chilly & short!

La décoration pas très chaleureuse et un peu vieillotte. Il serait également appréciable de prévoir un petit nécessaire de cuisine, sel, poivre huile, particulièrement utile aux voyageurs qui se déplace d’ile en île en avion.

Nichts zu meckern. Klar, Preis-Leistung ist das hier schon etwas hochpreisiger, aber man bekommt auch was dafür und es ist eben Flores - billige Quartiere gibts hier wohl nicht in der Hauptsaison

O alojamento fica muito bem situado e perto da praia. Ótimo lugar para descansar e usufruir da natureza.

Very nice vila in front of the ocean to have a perfect sunset view. It’s very big and comes with many amenities if you plan to stay there for a bit. The only missing thing is a washing machine but there is a place in town where you can wash your clothes, if needed.

We only stayed one night so was totally okay for us but for longer periods I would expect all the house to be clean, including the balcony.

La ubicació i que és un apartament molt ample, pots aparcar el cotxe allà mateix i tens accés a la piscina climatitzada que tenen en una aldea a 3km. A la cuina et deixen capsules nespresso. A prop hi ha la Barraca , un bar restaurant. Cada dia es pot veure la posta de sol El personal contesten ràpid per whatsap. Tot estava molt net i moltes tovalloles ( també per si vols anar a la platja o a la piscina)

Amb les vistes precioses que hi ha i no es veu gaire bé perquè els vidres estan bruts, com amb humitat per dintre. Les persianes algunes ni funcionen i no hi ha cortines en tota la casa, així que no tens intimitat, entra llum,... A la cuina les dues paelles( sartén) moooolt rallades, no tens rentaplats ni rentadora, i no hi ha bayeta humida per netejar la cuina ( la vaig demanar i em van dir que no tenien d'això). Pel preu que pagues, que no es barat, trobo que falta cuidar algunes coses i detalls.. Les cadires i taula del balcó no són com les fotos i en mal estat

Veníamos de un hostal terrorífico y encontrar este apartamento fue un oasis. Se trata de la casa entera, dos baños y dos habitaciones además de cocina equipada y un balcón con vistas al mar. La ubicación es increíble y las vistas privilegiadas. El check-in hay que hacerlo en Aldeia da Cuada, que está un poco lejos, pero el personal fue encantador y hasta nos ofrecieron bañarnos en la piscina clinatizada.

Extrem lieblos und abgewohnt. Wenn man nicht in der ersten Reihe wohnt würde ich die Unterkunft nicht akzeptieren. Kein Öl, Essig, Salz und Pfeffer vorhanden…das ist eigentlich das Minimum. Balkonmöbel entsprechen nicht den Angebotsbildern. Die Lampe neben dem Bett hatte Schimmelflecken und es hat auch nach Schimmel gerochen Grill inakzeptabel

The location to the natural swimming pools and the view of the ocean including sunsets. Walking distance to restaurants. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Equipped with coffee and beautiful flowers and bottle of champagne upon arrival.

Mooi huis, ruim, goede matrassen, 2 badkamers, mooie ligging, veel handdoeken. Prachtige omgeving, authentieke sfeer.. voelde lyxueus overal airco, mooi terras

Slechte ventilatie in badkamer zodat het vocht van de muur droop.. te weinig keukenhanddoeken ( slechts 1). . Geen wasmachine, maar in het dorp op 5 min lopen 8s er een wasserette.. Uitkijken voor brand: plastieken bestekschuif onder kookplaat wordt heel warm , dus best openzetten tijdens het koken. Stoelen op terras waren nier comfortabel.

Casa grande para una estancia larga pero había algo de descuido de las instalaciones. Persiana rota que no podía bajarse para evitar la luz con el descanso (casa 2 habitación pequeña)

Nos encantó la ubicación, la villa es muy amplia y cómoda. Es muy bonita y tiene todos los servicios necesarios para pasar unos días . Volveríamos sin duda!!

We stayed 2 nights first in Villas do Mar house 10 in front of the sea, total view. Fajã Grande is an amazing location, we heard the sea from the house and the view and natural swimming pools in front stunning with the lava fields. Then we were 1 night at Aldeia da Cuada, from the same family business and totally different concept, also great. Then 1 night back at Villas de Mar with house 4 with partial views, not the same full experience. Stay at the front row houses.

None of the Villas do Mar houses had clean windows, they were messy and dirty. There are stunning views and you need to see those imperfect windows?

La casa è in una postazione stupenda dell’isola con una vista mozzafiato. Gli arredi sono molto belli e le stanze spaziose. La presenza del camino nel salotto e la griglia nel terrazzo sono un plus molto gradito. Corrisponde esattamente alle foto. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Tornerei sicuramente qui.

Essendo una struttura deluxe alcuni accorgimenti potrebbero migliorare il soggiorno: condimenti di base in cucina, detersivi per stoviglie e lavastoviglie, spugne. La griglia per il barbecue era arrugginita. La vasca era intasata nonostante l’intervento dell’ idraulico.

Localização excelente, paisagem linda, próximo do centro da vila, com bares, restaurantes, piscinas naturais. Tudo muito bonito! O anfitrião veio logo resolver um pequeno problema, super atenciosos. Apartamento bem equipado e com bom gosto!

Isolamento da luz nos quartos poderia ser melhor, mas compreendo que com a maresia todos os materiais metálicos se degradem depressa, como por exemplo os estores. De resto tudo impecável!

Es un dúplex amplio y cómodo con vistas al mar. A 2 minutos hay un bar enano, del camping que hay al lado, por si no quieres ni hacerte el desayuno, aunque es un poco cutre. Al centro del pueblo son 5 minutos andando.

De locatie in Faja Grande met uitzicht op de oceaan is top! Het is er heerlijk rustig (als er geen groepsreis verblijft die half 7 ‘s morgens met veel herrie vertrekt). Het appartement is zeer ruim en de matrassen lagen heerlijk. Ook de airco’s werkten prima! Eigen parkeerplaats voor het huis is ook fijn. En als gaat mag je gebruik maken van het zwembad in het andere resort (waar je ook je sleutel ophaalt). Dat zwembad was heerlijk!!

Kon schoner…veel lange donkere haren op de vloeren. De bank zag er echt vies uit met veel vlekken, die is echt aan vervanging toe. Geen olie en zout in de keuken, dat lijkt me toch een kleine moeite. Dat wil je echt niet zelf moeten kopen als je een paar dagen verblijft. Rolluiken in de slaapkamers sloten niet goed. 1 was zelfs half afgebroken. Hier hebben we een handdoek tussen het raam gedaan om het donker te maken, want was ook pal onder een straatlantaarn.

Dos amortecedores de abertura para portas no chão no meio da casa de banho.

La amplitud y comodidad del apartamento con dos plantas muy grandes. Ubicación perfecta, a escasos metros del mar y de la cascada de Bacalahau. Desde la propia terraza se contempla el mar y la tranquilidad del paisaje. El personal de recepción muy amable nos dejó bañarnos en la piscina del hotel rural que también tienen los dueños a unos 10 minutos en coche en otra zona de la isla.

Había muchas hormigas en una de las habitaciones. El agua caliente de una de las duchas no funcionaba bien.

Locatie is super, met schitterende zonsondergangen! Voldoende ruimtes in het appartement, voldoende handdoeken, airco en een mooie keuken. Afwerking binnen kan iets verfijnder, maar alles is aanwezig. Enig minpunt aan de locatie in Faja Grande is dat je geen uitgebreide boodschappen kunt doen. Het minimale is te koop bij 2 kleine supermarktjes, maar dan ook echt het minimale. Een verse maaltijd koken is een uitdaging... Let op: de supermarkt met vers brood is open van 7 tot 12 uur!

Great location with ocean views. Clean and spacious apartment. The property has a balcony, so you can enjoy breakfast with a great view or watch the sunset.

This apartment might have been one of my favorite on this trip. The views out the window were fantastic and it is a short walk to the sea and to the little shack selling food that is visible from the apartment. There is a quiet vibe here despite having many neighbors. I absolutely loved this place. Small kitchen, nice living room. The rooms downstairs are great. We even had 2 separate bedrooms.

Die Lage ist super, das Haus ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Vor allem der direkte Blick aufs Meer hat uns gefallen.

Obwohl die Häuser noch nicht sehr alt zu sein scheinen, gibt es schon deutliche Abnutzungsspuren. Vor allem die Fenster schließen sehr schlecht.

El entorno espectacular

Casa moderna, ampla, sala com vista deslumbrante para o mar. Quartos grandes. Espaço para estacionamento. Na varanda da cozinha, com vista para cascatas.

Die Villas do Mar Reihenhäuser liegen direkt in Strandnähe in Faja Grande. Wir waren in einem Apartment in der ersten Reihe und hatten direkte Sicht auf die Küste. Die Insel Flores ist nicht so groß - von Faja Grande aus kann man alles, was man ansehen will, schnell erreichen.

Es gab bei unserem Aufenthalt schlechtes Wetter. Statt fünf Tage sind wir 13 Tage auf der Insel fest gesessen. SATA Acores hat es nicht geschafft uns rascher auszufliegen. Die sind sehr unorganisiert. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft ja nichts ...

Vue depuis l'appartement

Juste une petite remarque : il serait intéressant de positionner une étagère ou un petit meuble de rangement dans la salle de douche car il n'y a pas d'endroit où poser les affaire de toilette ou de maquillage alors que l'autre salle de bain dispose d'espaces bien adaptés. Merci de votre attention

Views awesome. Cleaning staff exceptional. Good food at near by restaurants, super friendly. Off season has barely any people, not busy at all. Fog makes for a very cinematic view. If you like cats, they are all around the viliage and super friendly.

There is nothing here that we disliked.

Love the location, Love the cleanliness, Cleaning crew is exceptional. The one reception lady was very pleasant to deal with.

Not much to not like, one of the reception ladies was a little rude to me and my wife. Maybe just a little off putting, either way, not very friendly.

Amazing location and very large 2 story apartment with seaviews or partial seaviews. Accommodation was kind enough to cancel 1 night without penalty due to canceled flight to Azores.

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Reihenhaus mit genialem Blick f das Meer. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist direkt vor jedem der Häuser. Wir waren nur zu zweit hier, allerdings ist das Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern und einem zusätzlichen WC auch für vier Personen komfortabel nutzbar. Aufgrund eines ausgefallenen Fluges konnten wir hier leider nur eine Nacht verbringen.

In den Schlafzimmern waren die Jalousien defekt und ließen sich nicht schließen. Wir haben uns mit Handtüchern geholfen, die wir in das Fenster geklemmt haben.

The location was perfect for exploring the island. There was also a great view of the ocean with beautiful sunsets.

It isn't so much that I didn't like something but I think it would have been nice if there were a few basics included like paper towels or napkins, some salt and pepper, some olive oil. We were hiking every day and it would have been nice to have a small broom. As careful as we were to immediately take our shoes off when we entered or outside there was still some direct that got in.

The villa was beautiful. We loved the view and scenery. Everything was perfect. Reception when we arrived was lovely. We would highly recommend your villa. Staff was quick to answer questions.

The blow dryer cords are way too short and hard to blow dry when I have to hold my thumb hard on the button to keep it on. The main bathroom blow dryer sounds broken. Too loud.

Nous avons occupé la villa 10, 2 chambres vue mer. L'emplacement est très pratique pour visiter l'île et la vue mer est exceptionnelle. L équipement de la maison est très complet et l ensemble est spacieux.

Het duurde even voordat we warm water hadden in de douche. Het voelde soms ook wat koud en vochtig.

Excellent location. Very spacious & clean. Very responsive off-site host via what’s app. Overall, kitchen was excellent and had good variety of pots & utensils. We stayed here twice and loved it! We were sad to leave.

No laundry. Nonstick pans in #1 are very ripped up and need to be replaced. WiFi doesn’t work downstairs. Kitchen doesn’t come with oil and basic spices like salt & pepper.

It was the best place I’ve been at so far. Cozy, comfy, perfect for writing retreat and with terrace with view to the sea.

De airconditioning was in alle kamers goed. Het huis was heel ruim en goed ingericht. We hebben ervan genoten. Er zijn twee badkamers, goede douches en wat erg luxe is en nog een toilet boven. De nespresso apparatuur was voorzien van voldoende cups voor ons gebruik.

Dat de niet alle rolluiken bij de slaapkamers goed functioneerden. Verder was alles prima.

El alojamiento tiene mucha luz natural, es espacioso y está bastante nuevo. La cocina y los baños están muy bien equipados. Aunque nosotros no cocinamos, porque en Aldeia da Cuadra se come fenomenal. Las personas que lo llevan te atienden rápidamente y puedes consultarles cualquier tema sin problema.

Necesita un poquito de ventilación porque huele un poco a humedad (pero nada grave)

Falta de mantas ou cobertores. De noite faz um pouco de frio na casa. Só mesmo com os A/C ligados para aquecer o ambiente. Certos materiais (janelas e estores) já estão com uns anos de uso e algo perros. Mas foi uma estadia satisfatória

Creemos que la humedad ha podido deteriorar bastante el mobiliario ya que por otra parte se ve nuevo.

- the view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing (especially because you can see sunsets from there); - the villa is huge and has everything you need; - Faja Grande is a very beautiful village and close to some interest points; - easy check-in process;

- one of the rooms had very high humidity, and water drops would form on the windows and floors; tried using the AC to remove humidity, but it did not work; the rest of the house was ok.

The best of the best. Definitely well recommended. Awesome location with stunning views

Very spacious apartment, right next to the sea. Also, the location in Faja Grande is perfect for exploring Flores.

The only downside I would say is if you don't have the sea-view apartment, the front windows face directly the apartments before you, so it's lacking a bit of privacy, but there are of course window shades.

Kapitalne apartamenty nad samym Oceanem w cudowanej miejscowości Faja Grande. Najpiękniejsza część najpiękniejszej wyspy Azorów. Apartamenty duze. Czyste. Nasz byl z widokiem na Ocean. Absolutnie polecam!

We spent 6 days and enjoyed the villa very much. Beautiful view (2nd raw, last villa from the left), very spacious and bright, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Great staff.

Große Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war problemlos. Jedes Apartment hat sogar einen eigenen Grillplatz. Wir bestimmt nochmal im Sommer wieder. ;)

Lugar increíble y un apartamento lujoso con todo tipo de comodidades. El único pero, que sólo estuve una noche. Dan ganas de vivir allí.

The apartment is huge and directly facing the sea which is indeed wonderful. Few restaurants are near by and the important spots to visit are not far away.

There was no wash machine nor dishwasher. these are very essential to complete the apartment. Some flies were found and some of the furniture need maintenance.
