Proche de la plage et des commerces , les équipements étaient au top. On a été super bien accueillis avec même des petits attentions ( eau, jus de fruits, bière, fruits). L’hôte était super gentil et attentionné.

Localização excelente, perto da praia e comércio local. Casa muito bem equipada com tudo, decoração moderna e artigos de qualidade. Anfitrião muito simpático e disponível. Capaz de boas vindas muito completo. Vou voltar de certeza.

Near the beach and the cleanliness of the property

The apartment is spacious, very clean, and comfortable in every way. It has everything a family needs; we felt right at home. It overlooks the sea with a beautiful view. It's located in a central area, close to restaurants and cafes. Mr. Konstantin is very kind and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Apartman sa nachadza v super lokalite, je velmi pekny, cisty, s dobrou vybavenostou (je v nom uplne vsetko potrebne) a len par krokov od plazi. Ma velku terasu s posedenim, krbom a nadhernym vyhladom na ocean. Ubytujuci su srdecni a mili. Konstantin sa pocas celeho pobytu zaujimal, ako sa mame, a ci nieco nepotrebujeme. Po prichode na apartman nas cakalo obcerstvenie. Kava a caj su samozrejmost, ako aj plazove uteraky a slnecnik. Z aparmanu je na skok vsade, ci uz do potravin, obchodikov alebo restavracii. Ako sme si zamilovali ranne kavy na terase s carovnym vyhladom, tak isto sme si zamilovali podvecerne prechadzky popri oceane. Pobyt v tomto nadhernom apartmane mozem len a len odporucit.

The responsiveness of staff was excellent. Konstantin anticipated our needs and went above and beyond. The location was excellent and the space was well equipped and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall A+.

The location was excellent. The views from the balcony were .. as good as you could hope for!

Nothing to dislike. As with many cities this time of year, there are festivals on the weekend and loud music until hours late into the morning.

A ház nem a legmodernebb de ezen a környéken ez normális. A lakás nagyon tiszta jó elrendezésű, jól felszerelt , kényelmes , szép kilátással rendelkezik. A házigazda kedves és figyelmes volt. A közeli strandok hullámszörfözésre nagyon alkalmasak.

A strandot leszámítva a környék nem a legszebb és nem a legbiztonságosabb. A környező dombokon nem érdemes kirándulni mert tiszta szemét.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Das Apartment ist sehr modern und sauber, wurde auch zwei mal in der Woche gereinigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine nette Überraschung war der Willkommensgruß (Flasche Wein, Bier, Wasser und eine Obstschale). Konstantin war immer erreichbar. Bei Fragen/Wünschen hat versucht die sofort zu klären. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!!!

Einzig, was uns störte, zwei Hunde, die in der Nachbarschaft von morgens mis spätabends gebellt haben. Aber da kann der Besitzer von Apartment nichts gegen machen.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish and could not be faulted.The apartment has everything you need and the welcome treats on arrival were a lovely touch. The location/area is fantastic, friendly and relaxing, you will not be disappointed The amenities are close to the beach, restaurants, shops and a caffe next door to the apartment. The apartment has great views from the balcony . The apartment is spacious, clean and very homely. Our host Konstantin was sincere, kind and thoughtful. any problem or question he was happy to help. He his one of the best host I ever come across and he's always open to improving your experience ensuring you are comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend your stay and we are looking forward to going back very soon.

It felt like a home. It was much nicer than what we excepted from the pictures, comfortable, clean and had everything a family would need.

The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. The balcony was fabulous.

The owner met us at the airport, came into the building to meet us. He drove us to the apartment. Carried all of our luggage for 3 people! He was extremely friendly, explained everything. It was our first day in Portugal, he checked on us a few times to make sure we had no questions. He even came back that evening to deliver an extra blanket and left us a nice gift basket. The owner also was very much on time when he picked us up the next morning and drove us to train station. Apartment is BRAND NEW in kitchen, bath, etc, construction is very good/professional, modern yet comfortable. Extremely clean and patio was lovely! Wished we could have stayed longer, it was by far, the nicest apartment of our entire 11 day trip. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with and was very nice to meet! Cute restaurants, and coffee shops just below are very convenient.

The owner was very helpful and met us when we arrived with helpful advice about local amenities. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Bars and restaurants were close by, and there was plenty of availability of taxis into Lisbon, which is only 20 mins away. Impeccably clean and comfortable.

the property's furnishing in the living room is better suited for private travel. I travelled for work but managed to arrange myself.

Very well appointed by n a fabulous location with a great view. Konstantin was incredibly attentive and responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we were looked after!

It is a beautiful apartment that is super close to the beach and restaurants, with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. The photos don't do it justice! The apartment had everything we needed for a young family - a comfortable bed, cot and high chair, bath and beach towels, soaps, laundry, and a dishwasher. The window covers blocked out a lot of the sun and noise for our jetlagged kids to sleep. Konstantin was so friendly and accommodating, and very responsive to our messages. The fresh fruit and drinks he provided were an extra special touch. We wish we had stayed longer!

View from terassa was nice, apartment is very clean, gift from the owner was pleasant, almost everything necessary for living is present in the flat.

Would recommend to do smth in the bathroom like for example to put some rug on the floor as the floor is slippery and it's possible to fall down after taking a shower or bath. Not convenient to take a shower as a lot of water falls down on the floor and we constantly needed to wipe the floor with a rag.

Constantin met us with the keys at 10pm. The place was emaculate and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The view was great. We only stayed 1 night this would be a great apartment for multiple nights as it has a small kitchen with an oven, microwave and fridge. Everything you need. Very close to the beach. A/c worked great. Cafe on 1st floor was very good, we had breakfast agai bowl. Elevator and locked entrance.

He was very attentive and asked how our stay was. Great to know he really cared. Only negative which we let him know the towels were like sandpaper lol.

Location was perfect, lots of parking close by. Great apartment with everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were great! Konstantin was a perfect host and was even able to switch the dates very last minute for us. He had everything ready and waiting and even put out some fruit, juice, waters, beers and wine for us!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. The host was absolutely amazing an picked us up from the airport. He drove us into town before taking us to the apartment. The apartment itself was great. I stay with my mum so she had the main room but the host made up the sofa for me. The apartment had all the comforts needed with no faulty appliances nor any issues. In terms of location, it really depends what you want from the holiday. The apartment is location a very short walking distance from the beachfront. It is ideal for a restful weekend away. It is not entirely close to the city centre of Lisbon, however, there are buses that run every half an hour or so and it is a cheap uber ride into town. Would highly recommend this stay.

Excellent and friendly hosts. Location to the beach and restaurants, easy five minute walk. Apartment has all the amenities needed for food and a comfortable stay. Wonderful welcome gifts from hosts. Right across from the ocean. Lots of light and sunshine. Parking in front of building, and no costs during winter months. Easy access to bridge or ferry to Lisbon. The bonus room used as enclosed terrace. Loved the spacious outside terrance. Very clean place. Bathroom was spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Lift was operable. Quiet location and building. Very good closet and storage space. Great washer with detergent. This apartment is as presented on photos and even better once you are there. Would love to stay here during next visit. Will highly recommend it to our friends and family.

There was noting we could think of that we didn't like. We loved it! You will have a tough time leaving this place! Every time we said, I wish there was this item in the apartment, we found it.

Perfect location and it is a beautiful unit. Well equipped with all of the necessities to enjoy my vacation. Host accommodated my schedule and was available throughout my stay.

The apartment was absolute fine. It recently has been renovated and therefore everything is very new and clean. Also the facility is very good (washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, cooker,etc...), especially with kids. The contact to the owner has been very friendly and obliging.
