Casa da Caparica

L'appartement est au top, très propre, j'ai rarement vu des locations aussi propres ! L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre, des belles et grandes plages. On s'y est sentis très bien !! Luis est un hote exceptionnel, aux petits soins, savoir si tout se passait bien et si on manquait de rien, très réactif ! Ses parents sont des personnes très sympathiques. Je recommande sans hésiter cette location à casa da Caparica. Marie et Claude

A házigazda rugalmas , kedves, közvetlen segitökész volt. Szépen felujitott moder lakás, ingyenes parkolóval, 5-6 perc sétara éttermek, bevásárlási lehetöség, oceán, minden elérhetö.

A localização, muito próxima da praia e de serviços. A simpatia e o cuidado do proprietário em saber se tudo estava a correr bem.

I really enjoyed staying at these apartments! The location is very convenient, and there is free street parking with plenty of available spaces at all times. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. I arrived late at night with my child, and he stayed in contact with me until we had successfully checked in, even though it was around 3:00 a.m. We stayed here in June. Although there is no air conditioning, the apartment remained pleasantly cool and comfortable, so it was not an issue at all. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and there is also a washing machine. Laundry detergent is not provided, so I bought my own, but dishwashing liquid is available. There is a grocery store, several restaurants, and a beautiful beach within walking distance, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone planning to stay in the area!

El apartamento está tal cual que en las fotos y el Anfitrión EXCELENTE, pendiente en todo momento y para cualquier cosa te hace la estancia muy cómoda y fácil. Repetiremos Seguro.

Estuvimos muy agusto,el apartamento está bien situado y es moderno y bonito.El chico majísimo y en todo momento estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada.Sin duda lo recomiendo

Il était un peu loin de la plage !

Sehr saubere und helle Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Strand sind sehr gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend – sie haben mich herzlich begrüßt und sogar in nahegelegene Geschäfte mit ihrem eigenen Auto gefahren. Auch ein späterer Check-in war problemlos möglich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Un appartement vraiment magnifique!!! Propre moderne avec tous l’équipement nécessaire. Emplacement au top! Très calme avec une petit café/bar juste en bas très agréable très gentil! La plage 10 min à pied!!!! Parfait Un hôte très gentil et disponible, nous avons demander l’appartement plus tôt que l’heure prévu il a tous fait pour que cela soit possible, merci beaucoup !!!! Sejour au top ! Visité de Lisbonne à 10 min en voiture ! Impeccable !!! Merci beaucoup 🙂 nous reviendrons.

Os donos da casa muito prestáveis e simpáticos. A casa é 100% confortável incluindo o colchão da cama . Só tem um contra,as condições para secar os fatos de banho ou toalhas são mínimas,mas desenrasquei. Perto de tudo o que é preciso.

Estaba totalmente reformado y nuevo, con un diseño moderno y actualizado.

Se nota mucha humedad, en la ropa, en la cama… quizás vendría bien algún aparato para deshumidificar la casa.

Location is amazing all facilities provided by the owner Very kind helpful man ..he made sure to check on us all the time and meet our needs❤️ Appreciate is very cosy and clean Super comfy bed and great shower 🤝

Very good and clean appartment. After complete reconstruction it is newly furnished and fully equiped. There is all you need. And nice beach with surf school is close too.

Everything was perfect. The only thing we would like to have to our full comfort is something like electric dryer/hanger to dry our towels and wet/washed clothes. It was drying very slowly without it inside of the room, cause ther idms no balcony to hang it out.

The place was beautiful, extremely clean and well presented. Superb hosts who are friendly and very helpful. Great location, with many places to visit, eat and activities to do locally. Also easy transport links into Lisbon, around €15 using bolt and €2.60 by bus. I would definitely return and highly recommend!

There was nothing to dislike

Perfect service and comfortable facilities, good communication with the agent, good loction of the property, welcome coffee and wine.

It would be helpful to have a bit of salt & pepper and oil available ) perhaps small amounts of detergent, too

Very well situated, 7 minutes (walking) away from the beach. My family and I arrived a little early due to the flight, but the owner was very helpful and did his best to accommodate us as quickly as possible. i will definitely be visiting costa da caparica on the same property if possible

Would like to have a patio, but this one doesn't have it.

Comfortable clean modern apartment very lovely

Location was outstanding, short walk to beautiful beaches, many good restaurants within easy walking distance, supermarket & bus station very close by. Host was very helpful, recommending places of interest both locally and in Lisbon, which is an easy 40 minute bus ride away. He recommended restaurants both locally and in Lisbon which were excellent!

It was all we could have wanted!
