We had a very pleasant stay - we spent eight nights at the hotel. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. There were no issues with early check-in or requests like immediately swapping out beach towels or booking a taxi to the airport; their assistance was invaluable. The location is excellent - close to the beautiful beach, shops, and restaurants. The room was very spacious, clean and well-equipped, featuring everything needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning in both rooms. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely loved this place! Just a minute’s drive from Beau Vallon Beach, close to great restaurants, and the host is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They don’t rush you with anything, and the provision of fresh towels and the little details really made the stay comfortable. I simply loved the space and would definitely make this my first stop whenever I’m in Seychelles. 🇸🇨❤️

Nothing really. I didn’t go there to cook, but if I were to, it would have been helpful to have a few basic essentials for the first evening, like salt, sugar, and cooking oil.

Nonostante la posizione abbastanza comoda per il centro di Beau Vallon l’appartamento risulta rumorosissimo: vicino a una strada principale con passaggio di auto costante e in più, a fianco, ci sono cani che abbaiano incessantemente sia di giorno che tutta notte! Per dormire tranquilli lo sconsiglio vivamente, soprattutto se avete il sonno leggero.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment is in an excellent location, just a 5–7 minute walk to Beau Vallon Beach through a nearby hotel. As a lovely bonus, you can even feed the giant tortoises at the hotel on your way to the beach. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, everything was new, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a late evening flight, and he generously allowed us to stay in the apartment until the evening at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. There are supermarkets, a pharmacy, exchange offices, and everything you might need within walking distance, making the location even more convenient. We completely fell in love with the Seychelles. It was the best vacation my husband and I have ever had, and these apartments played a big part in making it so special. We would definitely return to the Seychelles, and without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The one-bedroom apartment is fully furnished, with towels, and meticulously cleaned. The building's owners are a very kind and positive family. They were instrumental in helping us discover the most beautiful locations and enjoy beaches that surpassed the main tourist areas. A large grocery store and a bus station are conveniently located next to the building. Car parking facilities are also provided.

Very friendly hosts! Very clean, excellent renovation, everything new, everything you need inside. Very nice family, positive and caring. We really enjoyed our stay. I liked the quality of the renovation. It's clear the owners put their heart and soul into it, and they didn't skimp on quality. It's very cozy and beautiful inside. They cleaned our room and were always helpful. We were very pleased. The beach is very close, literally a five-minute walk. The first time we visited, the thoughtful owner gave us a ride to the beach and showed us around.

Mister Bonne was super friendly and helpfull. The apartment was great, very clean and spacious Witz everything you need.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is great, and the host was so sweet they even surprised us with fresh fruits, which was such a kind gesture. The apartment is clean, cozy, and really well taken care of. It’s close to shops and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, so everything is very convenient. The host’s warmth and hospitality made us feel at home, and we’d definitely come back again.

Прекрасные, очень чистые и уютные апартаменты с великолепной локацией. В комнатах есть и кондиционер и потолочный вентилятор. Большие душевые с сильным напором воды. Сантехника качественная и дорогая. Очень чисто. 5 минут пешком до пляжа Бо Валон. Большой паркинг. Рядом несколько продуктовых магазинов, рестораны. Хозяева апартаментов - очень дружелюбные, веселые и всегда готовые помочь люди! Всё время нашего длительного пребывания мы чувствовали себя как дома! Однозначно рекомендуем эти апартаменты!

Wir hatten das Apartement Nr. 8 mit Weitblick zum Meer. Klimaanlage im wohn und Schlafzimmer hat super funktioniert. Das Apartement ist neu und gut gepflegt. Die Familie B ist freundlich und kümmern sich sehr Gut um das Haus.

Sehr schönes, neues und gepflegtes Appartement mit Balkon. Top Ausstattung, sehr geräumig und sehr sauber! Super nette Vermieter :) Nicht direkt am Strand, aber dafür ruhig und trotzdem ist fussläufig alles gut erreichbar. Bushaltestelle quasi direkt gegenüber, Supermärkte 5 min. entfernt.

I am so happy I chose this accomodation! Matias welcomed me and since minute one I felt like at home. Daphne and her husband Lambert made me feel like at home, took me to restaurants, and I spend New Year's Eve with them and her friends. Besides feeling at home, the apartment is outstanding! Very nice kitchen and dinning room and living room. Amazing bathroom with a huge shower. Cozy bedroom with big closet to leave all my clothes. Amazing! I am grateful I chose this B apartment. It's the best because the owners care about the clients and traveling alone makes a plus. I will come back a million times.

Проживание прошло хорошо. Отличное местоположение - недалеко от большого пляжа, магазинов. До пляжа можно ходить через территорию соседнего отеля. Номер просторный, есть кухня для приготовления еды, большая душевая, кондиционеры в каждой комнате, интернет. Хозяева гостеприимны, всегда на связи. Окна номера выходили на дорогу, но шум нас не беспокоил.

Eccellente soluzione per soggiornare alle Seychelles nell'area di Beay Vallon (una delle spiagge più grandi dell'isola di Mahè ad appena 10 minuti a piedi). Appartamento enorme con una splendida vista sull'isola Silhoulette. Bagno ampio e spazioso con una doccia grande. Dotato di tutto il necessario per organizzarsi in autonomia colazione e cene. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tanti supermercati, ATM, ristoranti e take away. Gestori cordiali e personale addetto alla struttura disponibile per ogni richiesta. Struttura consigliata !

Μέναμε στον τελευταίο όροφο κ δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ. Η μεταφορά των αποσκευών ηταν καπως δυσκολη.

The apartment was clean and modern, the staff were great. All the tools were new. The only drawback that I didn't have a washing machine in the apartment, the staff took my laundry and washed it for free, but still if I have a washing machine in the apartment it would be great.

Пляж находится в 10 минутах ходьбы. В апартаментах нет стиральной машины, но включена бесплатная стирка (необходимо обратиться на ресепшен).

В гостиной установлен в потолке светильник для аварийного оповещения ( пожар и т.д), который светит очень ярко круглосуточно. Мы закрывали дверь в спальню на ночь, т.к иначе было ощущение, что спишь при включенном свете. При этом каждый этаж закрывается металической решеткой на ночь. Вам вместе с ключом от номера выдают ключ от этой решетки. В случае пожара, оперативно открыть ее не получиться. В номере нет тюли на окнах, только шторы блэкаут. У нас окна были с видом на дом, поэтому мы не сдвигали шторы. Также в номере нет одеяла. По запросу нам выдали покрывало на кровать, одеял нет. Выдается один комплект ключей для всех проживающих, таким образом если проживает более одного человека в номере, необходимо это учитывать. В номере отсутствует минимальной набор специй соль, растительного масла. Перед первым использованием посулы, техники ( посуда, плита и т.д.). Очень большая слышимость. Будет отчетливо слышно лай собаки, движение транспорта по дороге и т.д. В период нашего проживания были перебои с водой.

Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff here. Close to everything you need. ATM, spa, restaurant…and the hotel manager is soooo kind….I lost my phone on the taxi, and he drove 90 minutes to help me get it back! I really appreciate the hospitality.

This stay truly touched my heart. From the moment we arrived, Matias and Lamber welcomed us like family. They prepared our apartment early at no extra cost, and everything was spotless, modern, and so comfortable. The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. When we had to check out but our flight was much later, they generously moved us to another apartment for free so we could rest until evening. Their kindness, smiles, and hospitality are something I will never forget. This is a place I could return to every year. I recommend it to everyone — families, friends, couples, anyone who wants to feel cared for. Truly a 10/10 experience.

After booking, I sent a WhatsApp message and received an immediate confirmation. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Mathias, a very charming and helpful young man. I later learned he is the son of the owner and the Managing Director, yet he remains humble and personally supports guests, including helping with luggage. The apartment is clean, spacious, and equipped with modern facilities. Both Mathias and his father manage the property with exceptional care, and their hospitality truly stands out. A highly recommended place for couples, families, or anyone visiting Seychelles for business.

Новые, чистые, просторные апартаменты. Фото полностью соответствуют реальности. Расположение хорошее, вблизи много магазинов, обменник, банкоматы, аптека, заправка, пляж. Уборку проводили по графику. Много полотенец, отличный матрац на кровати. Укомплектованная кухня, все есть.

Шум от дороги. Для меня это было несущественно, потому что всегда сплю в берушах - и дома, и в поездках. Кто не привык к берушам и не любит ранние подъемы, шум за окнами - будут разочарованы. Апартаменты стоят на дороге, шум слышен.

Очень приветливые собственники. Мы влюблены в это место. Я по-любому вернусь. Очень очень удобно добираться до пляжа. За последние годы лучше место, что посещали. 100% не пожалеете. Всем русским - все сюда. Скажите мне потом спасибо )

Nice hotel not far from the beach 🏖️ close to everything, shops, supermarkets, currency exchange, etc. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They helped me with car rental too. The apartment itself is very nice, ac is in every room which is amazing. All the amenities were there. Parking is available too. Definitely recommend to book! We had a great time!

Matthias l’host è super simpatico e disponibile. Veramente top. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi e funzionali con molta luce. La doccia è super piacevole, calda e abbondante. Il letto e i cuscini molto comodi. Matthias ha anche insistito a fare il nostro bucato, super gentile ma avrei preferito non accettare perché ha lavato bianchi, scuri e colorati insieme e la maggior parte dei vestiti è adesso da buttare 😅

Sarebbe interessante utilizzare ammorbidente profumato per lavare lenzuola e asciugamani, sono duri e non hanno un buon odore. Il coperchio del piano cottura è pieno zeppo di grasso/fritto, andrebbe sgrassato a fondo. Per il resto la casa è abbastanza pulita

The apartment is perfectly located. It is close to the beach, within walking distance (3-5 minutes). It is also close to the bus stop (1 minute walk) and close to many convenience stores. The apartment was neat, clean and spacious. Matthias, who owns the place, is an amazing person. He is informative and extremely friendly and helpful. Every detail is taken care of. He is always willing to assist and makes every effort to make his guests comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment.

До пляжа лёгким шагом около 10 минут, на машине — удобный и простой заезд. В квартире есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды, мы готовили завтраки. Рядом супермаркет, где можно купить всё, что нужно. Хозяин очень приветливый и весёлый — мы попросили постирать вещи, и он без проблем помог, без какой-либо дополнительной оплаты. Всё по-человечески, с добротой и вниманием. Рекомендуем!

It was an amazing stay! The location is perfect for exploring the island, just a short distance from the capital. The hotel is right in the heart of charming little shops and next to the most beautiful beach in the north. The staff were phenomenal – they took care of every detail and made us feel completely at home. The apartment is very well equipped, from all kitchen essentials to toiletries. Spotlessly clean – we highly recommend it!

Es handelt sich um eine familiengeführte Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die Räume sind modern und sauber. Geschäfte und auch der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from Beau Vallon Beach, with convenient access to nearby shops, restaurants, and bus stops. It is ideal for a long stay.
