Mir wurden im Hotel Montana Court Pattaya 600 Euro aus dem Safe gestohlen. Ich habe den Diebstahl bei der Polizei gemeldet. Mir ist bewusst, dass ich das Geld nicht zurückbekommen werde. Ich möchte diesen Vorfall lediglich teilen, um andere Gäste zu warnen, damit ihnen nicht dasselbe passiert. Bitte vermeiden Sie diese Unterkunft!!

Очень понравилось расположение отеля, самый центр, первая линия от моря; очень приветливый персонал, выполняющий практически все просьбы; не смотря на то, что комнатам уже давно нужен ремонт, в номерах очень чисто, убирались, меняли бельё и полотенца каждый день, хороший кондиционер; рядом с отелем абсолютно всё что нужно и поесть, и развлечься, и искупаться в море…

Старый ремонт в комнатах, пахнет сыростью, в санузле нет душевой кабины или хотя бы перегородки, но зато есть гигиенический душ, что очень меня порадовало. Если принимать душ, вода разбрызгивается по всему помещению санузла. Т.е., если после принятия душа нужно будет зайти в туалет, нужно будет до него дойти по луже.

They cancelled my room after I arrived in Bangkok

Location. Location! MF LOCATION!!! 7- 11 is located right next door to a dispensary with two ATMs next to each other. It’s the last crosswalk before you get to Walking Street!

I couldn’t sleep more than five hours at a time. It was too loud and there was too much fun and nightlife. The WiFi was hella slow.

Oda eski ve kirliydi çarşaflarda lekeler vardı. İnternet asla çekmiyordu. Kendi İnternetimle girmek zorunda kaldım hep. Sırf manzarası için kalmıştım o yüzden diğer şeylere odaklanmak istemedim ama aile ile gelinirse yada uzun süre kalınırsa büyük sıkıntı. Sabaha kadar da plajdan sesler geldi uyuyamadım. Asansör de yok otelde ve merdinler çok dar.

We stayed at this hotel from 21 June 2026 to 23 June 2026. On 22 June, we left the room for about an hour to have breakfast at 7/11. During our absence, the room was cleaned. We had 15,000 THB securely kept inside our trolley bag, but when we checked later that afternoon, 6,000 THB was missing. We immediately reported the incident to the hotel staff. They apologized and asked us to speak with the manager the next morning. On 23 June, before checking out, we discussed the matter with the hotel staff again. They denied any involvement and advised us to file a complaint with the Tourist Police. As we were leaving the city that day, we were unable to pursue the matter further and had to accept the loss of 6,000 THB. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely shattered our trust in the hotel's security. We expected the hotel to investigate the matter seriously instead of simply denying responsibility. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. To fellow travelers, please be extremely cautious if you choose to stay here. Do not leave cash or valuables in your room, even inside your luggage NOT EVEN IN SAFE

Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff attitude was poor and unhelpful. The room was dirty, dusty, and did not feel properly cleaned. There was a lot of noise, making it difficult to rest. The shower was not working properly, which caused significant inconvenience. The staircase was extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient to use. It was difficult even under normal circumstances and felt unsafe. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or service. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, and I would not stay here again.

Das Badezimmer, Dusche war in der Mitte vom WC und dem Waschbecken. Es wurde alles nass.

Man muss wissen, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Was immer noch fehlt ist ein Ventilator auf dem Balkon. Die Hitze staut sich.

The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean.

On a couple occasions the housekeeper forgot to clean my room but she did a good job when she cleaned it.

The staff is behaving badly. items and money are being stolen from rooms. It's definitely not a safe place and it's in disrepair.

I travelled all over Thailand over 4 weeks staying in numerous hotels and this was by far the worst. The main reason being 50% of my money went missing from my room as well as my expensive perfume and make up on my last day. I never slept a wink whilst there as it is so noisy and literally comes alive at midnight. Although at first glance the room looked clean The mattress was stained with urine and I got bitten by bed bugs

I left my room for three hours to get a SIM card. When I returned to my room, I noticed that my backpack had been tampered with. I found that $600 had been stolen from the money in my coat pocket, which was at the bottom of my bag. I reported it to the reception. When they said they couldn't do anything, I went to the police station and filed a complaint. The police came and examined the camera footage. Cleaning staff had entered my room. But they said there was no evidence because there was no camera in the room. I had to leave my money in a bag because the safe in my room was faulty. My vacation started very badly.
