Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The apartment is very central to all the shops. It's a lovely north facing apartment that's very warm and gets lots of sun. The hostess was very accommodating and very friendly. She kept checking if everything was all in order.
The towels are old and need replacing. The pillows are lumpy and flat and need replacing.

It took about 40 minutes to check in, granted there were a lot of guests coming to the concert at Sunbet.

Communication was smooth, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was seamless. Dina was truly an exceptional host very responsive, professional, and accommodating. She provided clear instructions, was always available when needed, and went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made a noticeable difference and contributed greatly to our overall experience. We truly had a wonderful and memorable weekend, and her hospitality made the stay even more special. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay, and I would gladly return again in the future. 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
There were a few minor issues during our stay. There was no broom available for basic cleaning, and we experienced a temporary Wi-Fi issue in the evening, although it was resolved by the next morning. Additionally, the staff member who came to collect the linen was not very friendly in her approach. However, these were small concerns and did not take away from an overall smooth and enjoyable experience. We truly had a wonderful and memorable weekend, and the hospitality made the stay even more special. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would happily stay again in the future. I look forward to booking again and maintaining great communication for future stays. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026The place was excellent, exactly how we saw it on the internet. Very clean, beautiful and intimate. With everything that we needed during our stay. The owner( Dina) and her family were very patient and helpful when ever we needed something. We even had Netflix...Hubby and I celebrate our 10years of wedding anniversary and the place made it extra special for us. With restaurants and a whole lot of fun activities to do with just a walking distance. We are definitely booking this apartment again. We had a beautiful stay. ❤️🙌

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Close proximity to Sunbet Arena and Casino complex which has array of restaurants. We attended a concert there and just walked across to the event. Great security posted along the 200-300m walk. Secure parking and accommodation. Owner also provided bottled water and cool drinks, beverages - a great gesture that was well appreciated after returning from a late night out. Directly opposite a large retail mall. Convenient and safe. We only stayed 1 night and would definitely return when attending events at Sunbet.
Check-in queue can get tiresome when there is a major event at Sunbet as the apartment is located in a very popular apartment block. Would have been nice to have a mirror in reach of plug point for hair dryer.
