Reviewed May 10, 2026It's easy to access, great facilities around the area and well set up for a comfortable stay.
It would be great if towels could get changed at least every other day of the stay. We had to request these, and it didn't seem like a standard thing. The AC unit also doesn't quite work well. The power levels selected are not consistent with the output, so the mornings were uncomfortable with the early heat from the sun.

The checking in was long due to babyfaces event so if the hotel could have prepared prior and have more front line staff for that since they were two officials assisting with checking in. We waited more than an hour

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025Decor and comfortable bed. The view from the balcony was good, looking over gardens. The adjacent apartment was far enough away to not bother your view. Quiet apartment with excellent layout. The host had left us with some treats, which, though small, made the difference. Easy parking underground and close to lift.
The shower kept rotating through a cycle of cold, warm, hot, scalding. Only 1 lift was working for most of the stay.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025It would help a lot to better describe the location of the receiption where the keys has to be collected. The address googled brings you to a point at an intersection, were you don't really know which building you have to be at.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2025Great location and furnishings, The bed was very comfortable and the fresh flowers around the room were a great touch. The unit was very clean. Overall I would recommend this property. I must share the only negative are the thin walls. Guests in the hallway and sounds from other rooms can be heard very easily.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2025Steve is a great host and very responsive and helpful. The unit is clean and what you see on the pictures is what you get. The king sized bed was my favourite and the garden view was a nice change from the unit I always book when I visit the area. The washing machine with the dry option came in very handy. I spent some time working and the WiFi was perfect.
The cupboards are flimsy and need repairing, I had my cosmetics unpacked on the middle shelf, the one end came out and I almost lost half my perfume collection, this was not a deal breaker though but it needs to be attended to. If you’re like me and you prefer a hard firm pillow i would suggest you bring your own, my sister enjoyed the pillows and I struggled because I’m so used to firm and high.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2024The accommodation is fantastic. I don’t usually give 10 stars, but everything was absolutely perfect with this one. The room is modern, the furniture is new, and everything was spotlessly clean. There were little chocolate treats on the bed, which made the welcome even sweeter. I stayed as a solo female traveler, and security was a big factor for me. The room is located in an apartment complex with a 24-hour front desk. To access the lifts, you need to scan your access card at the entrance, and inside the lift, you need to present your card again to select a floor. The apartment lock feels very solid—I doubt it would be easy to break. It's a strong manual lock, not an electronic one, which made me feel even safer during my stay. There is a small shopping mall and several good restaurants within a safe walking distance. The area is bustling with people and has a strong security presence. I could also walk to the SunBet Arena without any issues.
Everything was perfect! I even tried to think of ways they could improve the room, and every time I thought, "Oh, that would be nice to have," I found it moments later in a drawer or cupboard.
