My stay was very disappointing. The bedding was dirty with red stains, there was hair on the floor and dust everywhere. There was no dish soap provided. The listing was false advertisement compared to what was shown. Additionally, there was constant loud noise from people talking in the apartment building with no curfew enforced.

Location was okay.

Place had bad smell when I entered and cockroaches in kitchen draws I was just put off by the place.

The security at the complex was very friendly and assisted with the lockbox position. I appreciated the internet connection and TV although we did not use it.

The unit was not properly clean as we expected. The cutlery was not as expected and we had to purchase our own to use. The plates and glasses were not matching or evenly sized. The condition of the cutlery was extremely poor. We did not use any other utensils. We found the listing due to the requirement of airconditioning and when we arrived, saw that the entire unit has been disconnected. The shower door was broken, the glass door had no available keys or locking mechanism. The bed seemed quite old. the owner also requested to bring a new coffee table and set a time, we initially agreed on that, but she did not arrive in time, so I asked to reschedule so we can go and enjoy some time outside. She did however still came into the unit and did whatever she needed. The mirror was broken and only one side of the bed had a bedlamp. The lighting in the unit is very poor. We also found a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen area. I had taken pictures of all mentioned.

House had ants, and there wasn't anything to use to kill them. Iron was leaking water couldn't use it.

It's nice quiet place very comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that we had to leave rushing when we was only giving 10min to be out of the place because of housekeeping.. my check out experience was very horrible that some how makes the stay not very nice I think you need to look at the fact when you on a mini vacation you stay out till late,so you will not be on time...we couldn't even eat our breakfast had to make it in plastic bags yoh ayi shame it reali spoilt my weekend

The airconditioning wire was cut with no plug so even though it states airconditioned it was not. The lamp in the bedroom corner has no globe in it. The light in the kitchen does not work as well as the light on the patio is broken. The one chair in the dining area is broken. Cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards draws and by the cutlery. No shower gel one toilet roll and apartment is missing an access tag which makes it almost impossible to access the lift with delayed security to give access. Host was contacted to inform and never to date responded. This is a request for a at least 50% refund as this should not have been the level of accommodation offered on false pretenses.

The property had no working internet, I was travelling for work and the absence of internet forced me to book alternative accommodation and I requested a refund of which I have still not received same

Apartment the same as the pictures. Well maintained. Clean, neat, fresh and had all equipment in the kitchen needed. Good communication from the host.

We couldnt get the aircon to work and there was no remote

Most things were broken- the iron, ironing board, lock to sliding door, clock, coffee table, kitchen blind, broken chair stuffed in cupboard, WiFi stopped working, bedside lamps had no globes and one was broken. Linen smelled of smoke.

*One security was so rude to me and unprofessional he didn’t allow my car inside the parking during my check in. * I hated to beg security to open the door for elavate while they see you. * Housekeeping wakes me in the morning to get their material for cleaning because the cleaning locker was inside my room after that they took the mop that I was using and was on my room. * I found dirty glasses with oronge juice seeds the last turn off was small cockroach while there’s a certificate there.

The location was convenient and close to the places I needed to visit.

The property did not match the photos advertised online and was not as clean as expected. However, the most concerning part of my experience was the host's behaviour after my stay. After I left an honest review, the host contacted me directly on WhatsApp to challenge my feedback and suggested that I was simply a disgruntled guest. After I reported this behaviour to Booking.com, I was then accused of causing damage to the property and presented with a claim for an item I did not break. This felt like an attempt to recover money from me purely because I left a negative review. What makes this even more upsetting is that this stay took place over my birthday. Instead of being able to enjoy what should have been a special occasion, I have had to deal with messages, accusations, and unnecessary stress. No guest should be harassed, intimidated, or retaliated against for providing honest feedback about their experience. This was one of the most stressful and unpleasant accommodation experiences I have ever had, and I would strongly caution others before booking.

The unit was very cheap, shower and toilet, ridiculously small and shower walls filthy. A full refund is definitely required for such a unit in a high classed location.

The apartment was everything and more than what I expected, very cozy and was in a quiet place ,easy checkin and checkout I'm definitely coming back again

Basically everything. The rate of place is highly misleading and deserves a rating of below 4 and these are the reasons with evidence on request. 1. Access to the building was an inconvenience. We didn't have a tag which means we relied on security for access.saving grace was that the security staff were kind and assisted timely and even mentioned they've been telling the host to get the access tag which shows its not a new issue. 2. The place was not clean at all. Cutlery, cups, plates, bin, shower, toilet.. the place was very uncomfortable. Especially the kitchen and bathroom so you can imagine how uncomfortable that is. 3. Just the quality of your fittings are not matching your ratings. Blinds are broken, side labs are broken, plugs are broken and falling off the wall. Iron board was falling apart to extend we used the bed to iron. Wardrobe door was falling apart and was chained with a note that its storage. 4.The place had no basics, i.e Coffee, sugar, tea, toilet paper, bin plastic etc. 5. The place had false advertisement. One of the reasons we booked the place was because of washing machine that we had planned to use, if you read the above, im sure you can guess that the machine was nowhere to be found. This place was shocking. It got worse each day because we were finding out about something that is not working or dirty each and every day. We felt disrespected and shocked of such a place.Please do better. The only great thing about this place is its location.

I liked where its situated, close to everything we needed. Wifi was great.

Didn't like the terrible smell as we entered to room. Couldn't opened security gate that leads to balcony. Key wouldn't turn. Impossible to open even by a man. Then when we showered , covered in black mould. 1 bin in entire apartment. 5litre bin. Tiny. Towels , only 2. Small. Didn't even close around body and im a petite woman. Noisy area , lots of cars pass by racing. Bed very small for 2 people.

the apartment advertised was not the same apartment that we got. I was extremely disappointed at the hosts unwillingness to assist where needed. nothing even makes sense as to why we were assigned a different apartment as I booked that one for specific reasons. the apartment was not cleaned to my standards. there were ants all over and when we brought this to the host attention she was not very helpful. eventually after she could tell that we were frustrated she eventually got someone to come clean again

Was very dirty,1 toilet paper for two people for entire weekend,cupboards smelt very bad,balcony door never locked,literally took a chance and slept with open sliding door

The location

It was dirty and smelly and the curtain rail was broken and put together with tape, the security and cleaning lady were unfriendly. There was no room service / cleaning on the full day that I was there and the bathroom was dirty the shower was full of mould and the toilet had rust from the day I arrived.There was a dirty smelly wet mop with hair behind the fridge and the fridge was dirty inside. I don’t recommend this place.

The kitchen

The bed was hard and the coach was too low and they dont cater for plus size people the bathroom was so hard to use. Sadly couldn't really fit to use to toilet 😕

Unit is clean

Needs maintenance on few items. Secondly why say the unit has an aircon if you not going to provide a remote??. I ironing board defective. Bathroom light not working, side bed lights no 2 pin plug provided. These are maintenance issues

The location is amazing very nice atmosphere

What i did not like is that there were no lights in the bathroom and the linen for sofa bed was dirty. No access cards to use when you want to enter the pool or gym or even going inside the lifts we had to ask security guards all the time.

Keybox locker a bit harder to open. You have to go to the gate to collect deliveries because they are not allowed inside. A bit of a hassle but safety is more important I guess.

The place is beautiful. It had everything, good wifi, fridge, pots, broom, the bed was okay, parking was easy accessible, good communication from the host, water is hot, there's also a fan in the living room so thats good. The pool.was great. Definitely would come again.

The Pillow cases had a bad smell. There was no aircon remote, hence the aircon wasnt working. The couch, when you sit on it, you always slide downwards. There wasnt a mop, so the thing that was an alternative to a mop was totally useless. There must be a big garage bin outside because our garage bin in the apartment was full so we kept on living with the garage in the apartment. The ironing board eas broken so i had to use the bed to iron on it. The iron doesn't have a lid so when ironing, the water in the iron kept on coming out.

Nice compact, lovely location although not easy to find even with GPS because no street name. but I liked the place, clean and quiet

Shower was extremely dirty. Requested a clean, but it was still quite dirty even after the clean. I ended up purchasing a mold cleaner and cleaning the shower myself. Room was not aired and had a bad smell.
