The Space To Be

It is located in the city

Deposit which is strictly needed in cash

Nothing

The owner and staff displayed an unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude

Great location area

Very dirty. only one towel, Dirty shower carpet. No dustbin pads, No mop or dish cloths. Toilet smells. Gunshot in the building and noise in the am’s

The place was nice the room was so beautiful and clean also smells nice

Nothing

Nothing

It was very filthy There was hair in the fridge The toilets were not clean as if someone used it before we checked in The bedding was dirty

The lady at reception was very helpful and gave us all the relevant information that we needed to know....from where we can park our car to what we should do in order for things to fully operate in the room....her explanation was clear.....the security guards and cleaning staff were friendly.....the apartment was very nice, clean and spacious and had everything that we needed to use

I think providing towels will be nice

Nothing

1. Very Bad smell 2. No towels or any higenic detergents 3. No iron 4. Old smelly furniture 5. No soap

The location

Check in was a nightmare - I do not carry cash and the reception desk insisted on the cash deposit. Toaster, shower, oven, tv volume did not work & plenty stains on the couch with cigarette burns. I checked out the next day.

low rate for a 2 bed apartment

bathroom has no soap no towels

Was not supplied with amenities; toilet paper and towels were not supplied. When it was time to leave the apartment, the security guard, Mkhwanazi and his colleague of the time entered our apartment without knocking whilst my spouse was not in an appropriate state. Was left very disturbed. Thando at reception was not of great service, was very dismissive.

Convenient location. Comfortable Bed Efficient Staff particulary the security officer Mr Zuma I hope I got his surname correct and the maintenence guy who assisted us in the morning with the lukewarm water issue.

The facilities requires a proper Iron, we had issues when preparing for work in the morning.

Location

No soap in the showers

It’s in a good location,easy to access

The old torn Fleeces on the beds make it look dirty and untidy. The place deserves a speed point We hardly carry cash especially when travelling One towel per room is not nice, I enjoy two towels in each room for wiping hand after washing and the other covering the body after a shower. Please change the water pressure on the showers too it was like bathing in the rain pressure was very low. Didn’t even enjoy taking a shower

Good value for money nice and convenient

The non availability of towels the property should look into this

The place is clean 👌 and wish I can come back soon

The person is nice and talkative

Everything

Nothing not to like

You mean what did we hate? I had guest here from out of town and out of the country. Was the most embarrassing experience. Have videos of the filthy mouldy apartment with stained and dirty beds and linen and no hot water and and and

Everything. Mouldy pillows, beds and linen. Stinks like sewer

Nothing

Smelly Dirty windows much filthy No tea stuff Very dirty even front door from inside Toiket not flashing at all but brought all rubbish back

The surrounding places were clean

The windows were dirty and no remote for unit 508

Amenities in Proximity

Beds.... Weak Shower pressure Not very clean Apartment 309 couch dirty Had to call 2 days to get bulb fixed Admin staff not warm to guests, the security personnel was m9re welcoming and friendly than reception staff

location

they forfeited my deposit

The location and the stuff was very helpful

The pillows were very dirty and had a very bad smell. when I arrived in the rooms the linen was cream White and not even tightly nicely. i had to buy a few things to make the place smell nice

The house cleaning staff were pleasant though their cleaning left much to be desired. The reception desk tried to be hospitable.

Cleanliness not upto scratch.

security 24/7

The location of it

It was dirty, the furniture is old, appliances were all dead/not working, there were no towels, the bed sheets weren’t changed

Things disappear in your room

Lost my charger during my stay

Everything was perfect, the receptionist service was a solid 10/10.

N/a

N/a

There was no breakfast it was self service and there were no pots I was not happy at all.

Clean the apartment proper the next time. Have enough pots for cooking. I was not impressed at all for the amount I paid.

Location

Cash deposit on arrival Shower pressure too low Single ply toilet paper

All

Nothing

Only safety

Service is very bad; the host doesn't pick up calls No toiletries, no towels, Price is very high for one night R2150 and useless service

Very Peaceful Environment

The Beds Are Quite Small For Queen Size Beds. In The Mornings There's No Hot Water In The Geyser. It Says Self-catering But There Was No Pots 2 Cook.

Location

Location is perfect

Its clean and safe parking

The walls are too dark n outside the fake grass was damp

Clean place

There were no towels

Place was exceptional very clean and neat

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property

I booked last minute but the host was helpful and even the staff, I was overall happy about the place, it was clean, comfortable and it felt homey.

Nothing honestly

Location

You must bring your towels, spoons. And always call the staff when you wana iron your clothes… toilet roll as well

Clean

The area was nice

The walls were extremely dirty, the door was broken and had holds punched and kicked into it. The room has no aircon and the fan that I had squeaked and rattled as if it was going to fall off. We had to pay a R500 deposit for if we had to break something (meaning that if we broke something they would fix it) but nothing that was broken previously was fixed. The couches were extremely dirty. The photos when making the booking was really misleading. My job is to Travel as an electrician throughout S.A, so I sleep at hotels and guest houses alot. The value for money was extremely poor. Definitely won't sleep here again

Everything

Nothing

Great place, reasonable pricing.

No towels offered

The fact the it was cold and the air on was working properly and each room had a bathroom

The space was too small and there were no tissues had to buy our own and anybody thinking of coming here bring your own mop spent 2 days asking for a mop

I liked the location and undercover parking

There was no toilet paper ... after paying R 2000,00 for a night ..that should be the bare minimum

you can barely take a decent shower as the showers are releasing a very small amount of water with no pressure and half the time I was there there was no water at the premises

Good location

No towels. Could not get the iron

couldn't take a proper shower water to low on showers

no proper showers can barely take a descent bath

Close proximity to amenities. Cleanliness and spacious. Bathrooms are well maintained and kitchen well equipped. Easy access to apartment.

Noisy at night. No towels provided or hand soap and bins in bathrooms. The water isn't hot enough for guests to shower at once. Parking space islimited and bays are cramped. Poor gate control at entrance/exit.

Nothing

The Room was not clean enough There was no iron to use in the morning There was no hot water available

Nothing

No towels, no iron in the room WiFi was buffering

not what i expected. I did not stay there and no refund was given.

I wanted on site catering and not self catering as I was traveling for work. Also nothing was mentioned about a key deposit and when i got there the receptionist was adamant. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing

The water was cold, the was no iron The house looks good in pictures but when u arrive the house is not okay The pillows are brown and the bedding is old the house needs a lot of improvement

The cleanliness and comfort of the place

The hot water wasn't really hot, need to turn up the temp

There was NO bath towels, which was unacceptable. We were also not able to collect keys 30 min before the time

I liked the view & the apartment set up.

The shower. It was warm water never hot, the shower head was a bit faulty. The tissue holder was broken. No cleaning equipment provided in the room yet the cleaning staff did not visit during our stay.

It is very convenient for the fact that it is a self-catering,location is perfect and it is very safe.

Not far from Gateway

The cracked tiles,The amount at Booking.com and the amount they charged from booking.com it was 889 If im not mistaken and they charged me R1255

The space of the apartment was great

There was no towels

location was fine

facility was not in good condition, paid wifi was not working

Location is good

The service was bad, linen was not ironed, beds were not done properly. I was very disappointed.

The location was nice...very comfy and the staff was friendly

The rooms

The staff was extremely helpful and polite

Privacy is respected

Nothing

The location

The room was not clean, the bathroom sink wasn’t working, no water, the floors are dirty, even microwave. Bedside tables were dirty, there was no extra blanket just the cover on the bed. And when i reached out to the host, she wasn’t helping.

Nothing

Dirty, bad smell, beg bugs, no lights

The Rooms are beautiful and have modern furniture.

WiFi issues and plugs were problematic

The place was beautiful and neat. Nothing to complain about with the physical appearance and aesthetics.

Next door tenants were too noisy.

Nothing at all was like in prison no view nothing the they booked me on 1st floor

Everything

Friendly staff and cleaniness

It’s spacious

We literally had to ask for everything downstairs from the towels to the iron…

The atmosphere

The dirty sheets

The rooms were neat and clean.

There were no towels provided Also I was not made aware of the R500 deposit required and it had to be cash (minor inconvenience)

Everything was perfect The room was excellent and the staff was very professional Good location and value for money The bed was very comfortable and soft and the room was nice and cosy.

Clean n quiet

Could not find anything negative

The quietness in the area and the apartment was comfortable and cozy

Hot water was not available
