the bathroom space was a bit tiny and also the bedroom. the bed, mattress was very low to the floor and also very short, am only 5 feet 9 and my legs were overlapping the bed.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The apartment was exceptionally clean, cozy, and situated in a great location within walking distance of the mall. The hosts were responsive, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment we arrived. Everything we needed was provided.
Just one small suggestion for improvement: please consider adding a few cooking bowls. Providing tenants with an access card for the pedestrian gate would make entry and exit much more convenient.

I travel a lot and when I fid a place that feels like home away from home I feel extremely blissful. The hosts are constantly beaming out positive energy and always tried to make my stay better. They are extremely responsive and ready to assist. It felt like a privilege to be in such a luxury, well sorted and clean property. I felt extremely executive and blessed to have found such a gem. It is my first time staying here and more than that I have found another place to call home any time I'm in the city! I stayed in the Uk for some years and even that side it is hard to find such great quality similar to this property for such a great price. I am full of such positive things to stay and truly am blessed to have experienced such a location. BIG BIG THANK YOU TO THE HOSTS

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026The location is great close to a major shopping mall and restaurants. The complex and area security is very good. The complex is within easy reach of many places including Sandton as it is not very far from the highway. The wifi service is good
The duvet was too heavy for summer and spoiled an otherwise comfortable bed. It would be good to change the linen after 3 nights. There were not enough towels for 2 people. Access on foot was cumbersome with only 1 access code - especially given the good amenities available within walking distance

Host always available on WhatsApp or Call. The host also gives a courtesy call to check up to see if all is well or if I needed anything. I felt like a royalty on the way I was treated by everyone. Thank U Nandi, Cole & Lucas and the rest of the team. I am coming again soon.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026The apartment was spotlessly clean + well stocked with essential appliances. The view from the apartment was lovely The hosts communicated & responded promptly to our queries. Thank you for the complimentary cleans & the cleaner was exceptionally pleasant. There was adequate back water supply for emergencies in case of water shortages ( which did not occur during our stay)
As a suggestion it would be pleasant to have the host or cohost onsite to orientation guests on arrival especially as we were travelling from overseas and unfamiliar with the processes in the building. There were issues with locating the parking bay .The security attempted to locate but also could locate the parking bay which is not allocated in chronological order. Access codes expired on the day so entry into the building on arrival was a challenge however the host was available via phone to assist us + reset which was much appreciated Unauthorised people without access codes were been let into the building which made us feel unsafe. Consider biometrics access as option for added security

The second lift in the building was not working. There was a bit of congestion in the lift and the lift was a bit slow and one had to wait more minutes for the lift.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025I stayed at this accommodation for my graduation, and I was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were exactly as pictured online, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The service was keen, and every detail was taken care of. I didn't have a single issue or complaint - it was truly a perfect stay. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and reliable accommodation, and I would definitely consider returning in the future... NANDI, (our host) you were amazing, thank you.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service at Olive & Plates restaurant. The food took ages to arrive, and to make matters worse, the fish (Hake) I ordered wasn't fresh. The final straw was the poor service, our waiter seemed to prioritize certain customers over others. He failed to check on us, didn't apologize for the delays, and brought the drinks halfway through the meal without a word. The lack of attention and unfair treatment made us decide to just pay and leave without commenting further.
