De host is zeer vriendelijk en is goed te bereiken. Alle informatie was duidelijk en compleet. Het appartement is werkelijk en hele fijn plek om te verblijven!

Sehr schön möbiliertes und farblich aufeinander abgestimmtes Appartement. Auch an heißen Tagen konnten wir die Fenster gut beschatten und nachts lüften.

Die Schlüsselübergabe im Schlüsselsafe gestaltete sich für uns zu kurzfristig und deshalb kompliziert. DIe Information dazu mindestens einen Tag vor der Anreise ist besser.

We absolutely loved resting here after a day at the thermal baths and a nice dinner. We were absolutely impressed with the cleanliness, space, the accuracy of the instructions as how to access the property and parking and overall communication with the host. The apartment is modern and very chic and we loved spending some time in the evening and our morning coffee on the balcony!

Due to the heatwave we had to sleep with the windows open and it was very loud on the street. This is to be expected as it is a central area in Spa at the weekend but we would have loved a fan! Not sure if there was one and we weren’t savvy enough to find it!

Een heerlijk ruim appartement in het centrum. Een fijne afgesloten parking met pasje en poort toegankelijk waar onze motor veilig kon staan, 30 meter vanaf het appartement. Heerlijke bedden. Alles heel schoon en compleet ingerichte keuken. Toiletartikelen aanwezig en keuken artikelen. Fijn eigen terrasje . Uitzicht minder op gebouwen. Maar heel smaakvol ingericht. Wat heel fijn aanvoelde. De instructie voor sleutel en pasje halen ging heel goed. Met duidelijke foto's. Host reageerde heel goed op mijn vragen die ik stelde in berichten via booking.

Een mogelijkheid tot zomerdekbed of laken. Was nl heel heet buiten 30 en binnen koelde het af tot 24 in de nacht. Verder helemaal niets!

Advice on how to access check in and out could have been more forthcoming, but messages were immediately responded to. Location is on a busy one-way system with the parking space a short walk away so will need to find somewhere to park up temporarily to unload if required.

La pulizia era impeccabile e gli spazi ampi.

Purtroppo è stato impossibile dormire. La camera da letto dà su una strada molto rumorosa. Entrambi, che abitiamo in città e siamo abituati al rumore delle macchine, non siamo riusciti a dormire più di tre ore (00-03) per il rumore assordante di macchine, mezzi delle pulizie, moto… va sicuramente trovata una soluzione per insonorizzare.

Alles was mooi en proper, het bed was zeer goed. Het appartement had alles wat ik nodig had! Het was zeer proper toen ik binnen kwam en het rook er zeer goed. Het is makkelijk dat je een keuken hebt om eten te koken.

Misschien komt het door de straat die een beetje verder is afgesloten. Maar er passeren wel heel veel auto’s voor het verblijf. Tot 2 uur snachts en later, daardoor kon ik niet in slaap vallen.

l'emplacement était parfait avec place de parking fermée (avec carte )à proximité , toutes les indications nous ont été envoyés par photos la veille (parfait), l' hôte est très efficace. Rien ne manquait : dosettes café, linge de toilette etc...

The apartment was nice clean and tidy. A lot of space, we shared it in 4 and it was really comfortable. We made a self check-in with zero problems. Justine is a great host. Highly recommend it

Appartement super charmant, agréable, décoré avec goûts, tres bien équipé ,confortable et la place de parking tres pratique

L’appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. Il est bien situé au cœur de la ville et son parking est un véritable plus.

La vue depuis l’appartement si on relève les rideaux car les immeubles autour sont en travaux. En février ce n’est pas dérangeant, la nuit tombe vite.

Ruime en propere accommodatie met alle nodige faciliteiten. De centrale ligging is een grote meerwaarde. Zeker een aanrader!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt, Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, sogar einen Balkon zum Entspannen. Justine, die Gastgeberin, ist sehr entgegenkommend und sehr hilfsbereit! Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden, der einen Aufenthalt in Spa plant.

Mooi en gezellig appartementje

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town of Spa, with easy access to parking where you can safely leave your car. The apartment has everything you need, making the stay really comfortable and enjoyable. Even though the bedroom faces the street, the great renovation and soundproofing made it completely quiet at night. Justine was super responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

La propreté, les petites attentions présentes dans l appartement. Serviette de bain disposées sur le lit comme à l hôtel. Le linge de lit a disposition. Capsule Nespresso, bouteille d eau et nécessaire de base pour cuisiner, sont accueillants. Appartement spacieux, lumineux. Terrasse agréable et parking privé sont des atouts. Séjour avec mes 2 enfants parfait. Je recommande.

Clean, tidy, close to the center, host very kind and reactive..

This was our first stay in this apartment but it certainly won't be our last. It's right in the centre of Spa, a couple of minutes' walk to the Casino, shops, bars and restaurants. There is private off-street parking 30m away. Check-in was painless thanks to the copious instructions provided. The flat was spotlessly clean, well equipped and nicely decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was particularly comfortable and the Wi-Fi fast and rock-solid. It was a pity that we didn't use the terrace but it was a bit chilly during our stay.

Everything was good and I am totally satisfied.

This is a very well equipped appartment in the Center of Spa. Everything one could imagine for a pleasant stay is there. Shops and Restaurants are within short walking distance. For the summer there is a nice terrace with a grill. Justine was very cooperative and quick for a little changement we asked for. Parking is included, only about 50 meters away. We absolutely recommend it! During the daytime, there is some traffic in the street, but only bath- an bedroom are on the street side. And the windows are new and well insulated. At night it was absolutely quiet.

Neighborhood was a bit run-down, but kind of normal for Belgium and we were only staying overnight so we didn't mind.

The location is excellent in the real center. Clean, and nice decorated. Secure parking space close to appartment.

No manuals available for several pieces of electrical equipment (TV, cooking furnace, dish washer). In the bedroom there is in the evening and morning quite some noise from the traffic in the street.

The front door to the apartment block is a bit difficult to unlock.

Apartment was spacious and spotless. We had everything we needed. Very close to town centre, only two minute walk. Secure and private parking just across the road with a key card for entry and exit. Host sent email with photos and very clear details.

Had to share a (large) double bed with my Son but we knew this when we booked. Otherwise no negatives at all.

Lovely spacious and central apartment. Both bed and sleeper coach were very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped. At night it is quiet and dark. It was easy to find with safe parking very close by. Lovely small terrace but we did not get to use it during our overnight stay. Loved the good wine glasses.

very comfortable bed, it had 2 big TV, everything is new and nice. Location is great, you have your own parking, next year, at same time when tournament is playing, we will come again for sure.

Well located. Had everything we needed

Breakfast was just what we ordered. As it was self catering, we only had ourselves to blame if it was poor!

The annoying key ring holding the door keys made it a bit of a fiddle to use the keys. Trivial issue though
