The accommodation is very close to the station and in a central location, close to the supermarkets and shops. The studio was spacious and has more than the necessary appliances. It was very well-equipped. It is very easily accessible.

The accommodation needed more cleaning: many surfaces were quite dusty and the surfaces had many fingerprints and other types of stains stains and (food) rests, so we cleaned the surfaces upon arrival. There was also a very noticeable musty odour that could not be covered by the Ambi Pur air freshener. This gave the space a chemically synthetic and quite unpleasant smell, due to poor ventilation, even though there are several ventilation vents. We tried to air the place out for several hours a day, but it did not much improve. The entrance door is rather thin, so we could hear everything happening in the hallway of the building. The street and neighbourhood is extremely busy, but the studio blocked out a lot of noise! This type of busy area was just not for us, but if you do not mind this, it is a very good location.

The kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable, the whole flat very spacious. Excellent place. Although it’s on the main road it was remarkably quiet. We arrived earlier than expected - but our host was still most welcoming.

all was very well

Heel centrale plek in Spa.

Goeie ligging midden in centrum dichtbij restaurant, winkels, wandelpaden,..

Houden zo! Alles in orde!

locatie

Great location, apartment and facilities. Lovely place to relax in front of the tv

A musty, stale smell around the place. Smelled like mold, though couldn’t see any. Issue if you’re sensitive to that.

Alles heel goed verzorgd. Fijne faciliteiten in de keuken en goede hygiëne. Comfortabel verblijf gehad.

Dit was even wennen.

Stilte

Niets

Such a cozy spot! We especially appreciated the proximity to the Baths and also the kitchen.

It was great!

Really cute apartment in a great location in Spa. Good value for money, very thoughtful and responsive owners. Everything you need from a weekend rental.

There are 4 steps leading up to the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom area. If you are disabled or have young children it might be problematic.

Man hatte alles was man brauchte.

lots of space in the apartment and pretty furniture

none that was significant

It was a clean, homely, well located and central accomodation room with plenty of space.
