La gentillesse d'Alexandre via ses messages prévenants: il a même proposé qu'on arrive le matin plutôt qu'à 16h. Tout était propre, lumineux et confortable (super lit)

-bad WLAN, almost no internet in the bedroom -linen had spots(host told us that it was clean, but did not feel good to sleep in spotty linen) -unfortunately the main road was closed and all the traffic passed the house - the blinds were broken and the bedroom wasn't dark enough(Host tried to fix it, didn't work, told us to busy some sleepmask....) Sadly our stay did not turn out as restful...

Everything was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and in a great quiet neighborhood.

Location was fantastic, communication with the host was excellent. Off street parking, fantastic amenities within house excellent. Quiet location and easy walking distance to town. 10 min drive to parking for the F1 Grand Prix.

Fijn en goed uitgerust appartement, dichtbij het centrum van Spa. Vriendelijke host en handige sleuteloverdracht; de communicatie ging online en verliep prima.

Het is een mooi en groot appartement met twee slaapkamers, een keuken en een grote woonkamer. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Het appartement is gunstig gelegen aan de rand van het centrum, met een mooi uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en een van de slaapkamers.

Het enige minpunt was dat het in de slaapkamers erg warm was tijdens ons verblijf in de zomer. De twee slaapkamers zijn op de bovenste verdieping onder het dak en er is geen buitenzonwering.

The appartement is very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The location is fantastic- walking distance to the town center but also to beautiful walking destinations. The parking next to the house is great and spacious enough for 2 cars.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen großzügig geschnitten und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über eine komplette, moderne Küche. Die Lage ist ruhig und das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein eigener Parkplatz fürs Auto ist ebenso vorhanden. Das i-Tüpfelchen war jedoch das "Willkommenspaket" mit Wein, Mineralwasser, Gebäck und Kaffeepads.

Currently very quiet location ( due to road closure) and easy walk into Spa centre. Excellent parking along the house. Well equipped accommodation and everything worked well. Property kept reasonably cool in +30 C heat with a fan in the bedroom a nice touch. Nice to have a garden and seating area outside. We had the downstairs single bedroom flat. The one upstairs was occupied but we hardly heard a thing so seems well sound proofed.

Difficult to work the very tall window blinds. Could do with some instructions on the microwave and hob.

Très joli logement, très bien équipé. La place de parking est un plus. Idéalement situé pour les 6 heures de Spa. Je recommande.

On a aimé le charme, l’équipement, le confort et l’espace, il ne manque pas grand chose. On pourrait avoir une borne pour les véhicules électriques.

Apprt très propre, bien agencé, déco vintage avec goût, cuisine moderne où rien ne manque, sel poivre huile vinaigre vinaigrette épices...etc, emplacement calme et proche du centre, bonne literie, terrasse et jardin, bouteilles d'eau de Spa à disposition pour l'arrivée, dosettes de café prévues également linge de maison impeccable, proximité des Thermes

Le store bois du salon que nous n'avons pas réussi à ouvrir, dommage de devoir de ce fait, passer par la rue pour l'accès à la terrasse

Die Lage war gut, nicht weit zur Innenstadt.

Accueil super chaleureux et flexible! Le logement est extrêmement bien équipé, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour cuisiner et les ustensiles sont d'excellente qualité. L'endroit est meublé et décoré avec une touche très personnelle, ce qui permet de se sentir comme à la maison. Super séjour!

Locatie ligt goed gelegen in het centrum van SPA. Door de werken in de buurt hebben wij toch wat moeten zoeken om op de bestemming te geraken. Aparte ingang naar appartement op het gelijkvloers. Goed ingerichte keuken met alle voorzieningen. Mooie slaapkamer met groot bed, aanpalend een kleine badkamer met schuifdeur. De matras was voor ons uitstekend, we hebben zeer goed geslapen. De RAVEL ligt heel dicht bij het verblijf. Via de trap kan men onmiddellijk op deze RAVEL komen. Vandaar kan men direct beginnen wandelen of fietsen. Het centrum ligt op 10 minuten wandelen. De bakker ligt om de hoek gelegen; de winkels en warenhuizen kunnen gemakkelijk te voet bereikt worden. Onze auto is 4 dagen blijven staan op de parkeerplaats; zonder verplaatst te worden. Dan is ons verblijf pas goed geslaagd! Diverse gemarkeerde wandelingen, zowel in het centrum als in de bossen rond SPA hebben ons rust en zuurstof gegeven.

Het betreden van het gelijkvloers appartement, met de sleutel in het sleutelkastje heeft toch iets langer geduurd dan verwacht. Er zijn twee ingangen met twee sleutelkastjes. De code werd ons voordien gemaild; maar wij hadden dit pas later gelezen. Een berichtje zou dit voorkomen hebben. Het gsm-nummer die wij meekregen met onze boeking, was echter onbereikbaar. De verwarming in de badkamer is voor verbetering vatbaar.

Heel fijn appartement mooi en comfortabel ingericht! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Keuken heeft een goede oven, alles is aanwezig om goed te kunnen koken. De locatie is ook goed, bakkerij is 2 minuten lopen. Supermarkt ook op loopafstand. Centrum van Spa en startpunt wandelroutes zijn ook op loopafstand. Sleutel via sleutelkastje is ideaal. Contact met de verhuurder loopt makkelijk en snel.

We hebben geen minpunten.

We verbleven in het kleinste appartement van het huis. De ruime privé parking voor 2 auto's naast de deur is zeer praktisch, op 10 minuutjes stappen ben je in het centrum (waar je minder vlot je auto zou kwijt kunnen). Zeer hartelijke communicatie met de host, super gezellige living mét elektrisch bediende luxe fauteuil, keuken met alles erop en eraan en zeer veel kookgerei, goed tweepersoons bed met degelijke matras! Het badkamertje is niet groot maar de douche werkt prima!

De verwarming in het badkamertje is voor verbetering vatbaar.

We stayed in the one- bedroom flat in December and I was concerned it might be cold. But no worries the heating was excellent and the apartment was cosy and warm. Furnishings and kitchenware were all of exceptional quality. We were also delighted to find a pretty Christmas tree and books about the history of Spa.

The shower room is a little small, but for two nights it was no problem.

Het appartement is prima gelegen in een rustige straat in het centrum van Spa. De bakker, restaurants en winkels zijn op wandelafstand. Er is een privé-parking. Het appartement is heel gezellig en sfeervol ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien. In de mooie keuken is alles aanwezig. Het bed is heel comfortabel. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep prima! We hebben hier een aangenaam weekend gehad. Is een aanrader!

The property appeared to be freshly converted (I may even have been the first tenant). It was fully equipped, even down to the multi channel TV. It is just a few minutes walk down to the town centre. The big asset is that it has it's own parking space alongside. Parking in the town is always difficult, especially in popular times, so this is a major attribute.

C’est une maison ancienne, bien décorée et très bien équipée. Nous avons accès par le côté à un petit jardin qui agréable le soir. Tout était très propre et accueillant.

The flat we got (one bedroom) is located on the ground floor. Nice, cosy, well equipped and comfortable conveniently situated : 10 minutes walk to city centre and 15 minutes drive to The Source Entrance of Spa Francorchamps Circuit . There is free car park ( one spot) , a hut for bicycles and a nice, well equipped backyard with tables and chairs. Last, but not least, the staff are very kind and helpful . Our stay was really top

Royaal en schoon appartement op loopafstand van het fantastische centrum van Spa. Keuken is voorzien van goede en voldoende spullen. Bed is lekker groot, evenals de badlakens die klaar lagen. Fijn dat er een eigen parkeerplaats is. De buitenplaats is royaal, biedt privacy en is voorzien van lekkere zitjes. We hebben de eigenaren weliswaar niet gezien, maar zij waren hebben ons uitvoerig voorzien van informatie via de e-mail.

Badkamer is wat aan de kleine kant en de douche heeft ietwat geringe waterdruk. Tijdens ons verblijf werd het andere appartement niet verhuurd, dus het was lekker stil. We konden echter de schoonmaakster, die daar op zeker moment was goed horen. Voor ons (beide langer dan 1,80 m) hingen de lampen wat te laag.

Het is een heel mooi appartement. De inrichting is zeer compleet, van het meubilair tot aan de volledig ingerichte keuken met alle toebehoren. De twee tweepersoonsbedden zijn comfortabel en alles is schoon en zeer netjes. Wij verbleven in het appartement boven. Dat heeft twee verdiepingen en veel privacy. Er is een balkon in de woonkamer en de keuken waar de deuren volledig open kunnen. Je loopt in een paar minuten naar het centrum van Spa en een zeer goede bakker is vlak om de hoek. De verhuurder is heel goed bereikbaar en reageert vrijwel direct. De beheerders zijn ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij vonden het een heerlijke week.

We dachten dat er een terras aan het appartement zat. Er is een prettig terras met meubilair en kussen en ook beschut. Daarvoor moet je wel even naar beneden lopen. We konden daar rustig genieten van onze drankjes.

Convenient, nicely renovated accomodation within a short walking distance from the town centre of Spa. Beds were a good size and comfortable. Kitchen had new appliances and overall place was comfortable. The host communicated well and was was very responsive. Was perfect for 2 couples travelling together and would work well for a family

Great location for the town, full marked parking bay, everything we needed.

Beautiful apartment on a nice street with full comfort. Spacious house with comfortable large double bed and kitchen was fully equipped. Private parking just in front of the door. Communication with the host was very attentive and friendly. Even that we didn’t meet in person, everything worked out very smoothly. Looking forward to return here sometime again.

Comunication with host was prompt and informative. Location is a short walk from the town centre up a short incline and easy to find in a safe area Everything you could need or want with lots of home from home touches in the apartment which had a separate entrance with 2 short flights of stairs to the main area and bathroom and toilet and a further 2 short flights to the bathroom and 2 bedrooms which each had a double bed in. Shower pressure was great and the water good and hot. There was parking for 1 car for the apartment off the road and a great bakery 100 metres away.

The house was a short walk away from the town center. Spa is a great town! The house is recently renovated and is well equiped for a short or a long stay. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with all required amenities close by.

Lovely quiet location, with off street parking and a few minutes walk to the centre of Spa. Good supermarket a few minutes away as well. Very well equipped kitchen.

The location, the sense of home from home and having our own little space was great. Close to Circuit De Spa-Francorchamps (the reason for our stay), and also close to evening amenities (restaurants, bars, shops etc). Alexandre was very accommodating when last minute illness (unrelated to the apartment of course!) forced us to request another night's stay within 2 hours of check out. This was not a problem and we were able to do this with a quick message and her quick reply put us at ease.

There was not really anything we didnt like. If we were being REALLY pedantic, we could only get the Wifi to work in the living/dining area and not in the bedroom. But in reality this wasn't really much of an inconvenience at all.

Great place in a great location especially for Spa Francorchamps race circuit. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. The accommodation is plenty big enough for four people with your own parking space. Accommodation is a 2 minute walk to the main square and about a 15 to 20 min drive from the circuit. Beds were really comfy and a great size. Rest of the rooms had everything you could need.

The location within Spa was perfect, as it is situated a close walk to the town center and one of the Spa train stations (Spa-Geronstere). The house was very comfortable for the four of us attending the F1 race for the weekend. I would highly recommend staying here at any time of year.

There are really no major or even minor complaints here. The house was as we expected (perhaps even a bit better than expected from the photos alone) and we did not have any issues. So, no dislikes here!

The standard of the finish of the apartment was excellent throughout - flooring, units, showers. The quality of the appliances was superb.

There were roadworks in the main feeder road leading to the apartment. We think the pre-arrival email should have mentioned these with a suggestions as to best route around the blockage. Unfortunately on the day of our arrival, a digger was parked across the end of the road (a one-way road) so ultimately we had to go down the wrong way. I'm sure the roadworks (extra drainage) will be finished soon

Beautiful, cosy apartment with absolutely loads of space for 2 people even though I was there solo. Very comfy bed, nice and clean, modern kitchen with everything you need already in the apartment. Not to mention the convenient location, only 5 minute walk from Spa centre and 15 min drive to the race track.

The only problem I had was the road works surrounding the apartment, obviously these won’t always be there, but as it’s located on a one way street, it was a bit difficult to find at first

The kitchen was very well equipped, with good quality appliances and everything we could need. The living area was very comfortable, and there was an extensive library of books, including some great classics and some historic information about Spa. The apartment was close to the railway station, and only a short walk from the city centre, so very accessible to everything really. Hosts were very responsive to our requests and we felt most welcome. Would happily return.

Enzo the host was fantastic. Breakfast was more than enough and included freshly squeezed orange juice. Staying at this property made our time in Epernay all the more enjoyable. It was really good to be within easy walking distance of the Champagne house Jaquilnot and Fils where we did a tour and tasting, We bought a bottle of Champagne there and enjoyed drinking it in the garden at the rear of the rear of the property the next day. Enzo even provided an ice bucket and champagne bottle stopper to use to keep the bubbles in the opened bottle.

Clean and equipped apartment in a quiet location. A 5-minute walk to the city center.

Furnishings were well considered, kitchen was well stocked, beds and couches were very comfortable. In general, had a very home-like feel. Owners kept us well-informed about amenities and offerings in the city.

Being on the ground floor, it can get a bit cold even in May. (Good for summer!)

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Spa, renovated recently, decorated with taste, very completely equipped kitchen, nothing was missing. The heating system was very efficient, which is highly important in the heart of winter. The place is situated to a walking distance to shops and restaurants. The famous Thermes de Spa and the train station are also at a walking distance; excellent bakery just down the road. The owner was very nice on the phone and also accepted an early check- in. We highly recommend this place!

Very clean apartment, with a super comfortable reclining couch.. perfect to relax after a long hike. The kitchen was well stocked with tea and coffee and cooking spices/oils.

Communication with the owner was amazing. We could even check-in in the morning already. Everything was clean and new.
