De locatie in hartje Spa en een grote parking achter de hoek. Het appartement is zeer ruim en heeft ook 2 terrassen. De keuken is heel uitgebreid ingericht. Bij aankomst stond er een fles cava en fles Spa water klaar.

Eigenlijk niets, het enige wat ik kan bedenken ik dat er geen tweede wc rol aanwezig was (we sliepen er 2 nachten) en zijn deze gaan bijkopen. Als je de voordeur opent, moet je even een steile trap omhoog. Er is geen lift. Mensen die moeilijk trappen kunnen doen moet hiermee rekening houden.

L'appartement est idéalement situé au centre de Spa. Il est très bien équipé et spacieux avec deux terrasses. Les propriétaires sont réactifs. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

It was such a cosy and clean apartment. Everything we needed was there and it was right in the middle of spa so perfect location.

Fijne ligging, ruim en schoon appartement.

De locatie was erg goed, er hing een grote tv op de kamer en er was veel ruimte in het appartement. Bij binnenkomst stonden er welkomstdrankjes en was alles goed verzorgd en schoon. Ook had ik een vraag gesteld aan de eigenaar voor het wifi wachtwoord,hier was snel en professioneel op gereageerd.

De meeste stoelen/bank in het appartement zaten niet lekker. Alleen buiten op het terras zaten de stoelen lekker. Ook was de verlichting erg fel dit was niet zo fijn. De stopcontacten in de slaapkamer waren bezet voor de nachtlampjes, er stond een ventilator die je niet kon aansluiten in de slaapkamer zonder nachtverlichting te hebben.

Tout était parfait ! Le logement était au top avec deux magnifiques terrasses et le tout décoré avec goût ! L’emplacement pour les francos était parfait : tout prêt ( quelques minutes à pied ) mais quand même au calme ! Un plateau d’accueil très sympa 😊 Merci pour tout !

Appartement spacieux et propre. Bien situé très proche du parking et du centre ville. A tout les équipements nécessaires. Rien à redire je vous le conseille.

Avec la première photo de l'annonce on s'attendait a être accueillis avec une bouteille :) Mais tout est nickel dans cette réservation.

Zeer propere en ruime kamers. Moderne en mooie inrichting met mooie kleuren en leuke decoratie. Aangename ontvangst met fles bubbels. Echte aanrader!

Alles was perfect naar wens, niets negatiefs aan te merken.

Situation, propreté, bien équipé, bonne literie, parking gratuit à proximité, tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe parfaitement bien.

Localisation en plein centre de Spa. - Appartement très propre et calme.

Dans l’une des chambres il manque de véritables lampes de chevet qui permettent de lire au lit. - Des chaises dans les chambres seraient pratiques.

The location is central and close to the main attractions. The apartment is clean and spacious enough for four people. I especially liked the terrace, which offers a nice view of the mountains.

The apartment itself was great. However, the property description mentioned free parking, which apparently refers to nearby public city parking. Unfortunately, the parking was full when we arrived.

Nicely decorated, big and comfortable rooms. Excellent location.

Nothing to complain about, we loved the place.

Parfait ! Un appartement spacieux, très propre et agréable ! Très bien agencé et situé idéalement dans le centre de Spa. Aucun souci pour se garer gratuitement à côté. On retient l'adresse !

Так як ми ночували перед Різдвом, квартира була святково оформлена та прикрашена, що створювало настрій. Також для нас залишили пляшку шампанського. Було дуже приємно. Також було дуже чисто та акуратно.

L'appartement est confortable et très bien décoré. On se croirait à la maison. Le parking gratuit et le centre ville à proximité sont un plus. Nous avons passé 2 belles nuits et reviendrons chez Annie et Philippe avec plaisir

Lovely, spacious apartment, right in the middle of the town. Very clean and furnished to a high standard. The location is handy for all the sights and amenities but there is still not a lot of noise. The secure parking is well worth the extra cost, as it is otherwise very difficult to park in the centre of Spa.

Absolutely fabulous, spacious apartment right in the centre of Spa. The hosts were easily contactable and there was everything there you could want for a comfortable stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and will definitely revisit if I'm in the area again.

The spacious apartment in the centre of Spa is perfectly equipped, very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Because of our Tango events we unfortuantely didn't use the two little charming terrasses. Annie and Philippe are very friendly hosts who kept on asking whether everything was alright.

Apartment is clean, nicely decorated and big. Every household item you have at home is available (dishwasher, coffee-machine, oven, ect..) . All of the items are clean, new and easy to use. The hosts are very helpful, they setup a baby-bed beforehand. The apartment gets plenty of light from two sides that have big windows. Also has two balconies to sit and have some coffee or wine. We will certainly visit again, this time without the kids. Thank you Annie and Philippe for this pleasant stay.

The apartment is well furnished and supplied with everything you need for a longer stay, including espresso filters. And a complementary bottle of bubly. It also has two balconies if you want to sip from the bubly outside. There is a parking lot nearby.

The building is a bid old and odd, but this is well compensated by the qualities of the apartment.

Very nice location in the downtown of Spa city. Close to our destination Terme de Spa. Plenty of choices for eating place in the vicinity (We came into Spa on December 31, the new year's eve, and most of restaurants were reserved. Anyway we managed to have dinner in the downtown .). The rooms are wide, clean and furnished simply but functionally. It was an impressive stay.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in the city center, in a quiet corner. Modern, well-decorated and cozy. Two cute terraces in it. You can not ask for more!

Lots of space and plenty of storage. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was lovely. The host was very responsive to questions.. Great TV and streaming service. You could not beat the location.

There was nothing I would want to improve. Possibly a microwave would be useful.

The owners responded immediately despite the night booking. Comfortable apartment. Centrally located. Perfect place to enjoy Spa area.

The apartment itself is large, well kept, clean and very comfortable. However, there were quite some issues with the hosts that made it a very unpleasant experience.

First the whole booking process was strange. You select one apartment for 4 people and it shows in the system 1 person. Then when I tried to change it, there was a surcharge of 12€ for tourist tax (acceptable) and then an extra charge for the change of 120€ (not acceptable). This was not written anywhere and I did not accept it. The hosts claim it was booking.com, booking claims it was the hosts. Either way, neither the hosts or the client service solved it. Hosts wrote upset, that I had not left the extra 12€ on the table. Second. We were three guests, only three people slept at the apartment. On one evening we had 2 guests for dinner and the other evening 1 guest. I got a message from the owner saying that through the security camera there were a lot of people in the apartment. They could check carefully and see who gets in and out, but instead write a nasty message - which again leaves a weird feeling. Conclusion: apartment is great but whole experience is creepy and expensive.

Everything about this apartment was great. We loved the spacious living area with balcony and everything was spotlessly clean. We especially liked the huge tv as we were in Spa for the 24 hour endurance race and this meant we didn’t miss any of the action and got to watch in comfort on the chaise sofa! The kitchen had everything we needed and again everything was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for us as we could easily walk into and around the town. Phillips & Annie were wonderful hosts and gave great easy to understand instructions to gain entrance to the apartment as well as checking if everything was ok. I would definitely stay here again and recommend a stay here if you are visiting Spa.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Immaculately clean and very spacious. We will definitely stay again if we return to race at Spa . Whilst we never met the hosts they were very attentive by sending messages to check we were happy and all was ok. Would highly recommend this place and it’s very central for spa town

The apartment had everything for a short stay, kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a living room space with a nice couch and a TV, makes it feel like at home.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy, a great place to stay in!
