The value for money was amazing and the customer service was great. Free laundry as well is a huge bonus. I would happily book again!
Only one pillow per person - two pillows each would have been perfect!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Amplitud y comodidad de las instalaciones (teníamos apartamento grande). Lavadoras comunes que pueden usarse, así como gym. El supermercado está justo debajo. Fácil salida a carreteras. Cocina bien equipada, con detalle de cápsulas de café para cada día.
Dificultad en encontrar parking gratis en los alrededores. Truco para futuros huéspedes: se puede aparcar con disco horario en la calle de atrás (hay un box de Crossfit en esa calle). Tiene horario comercial de 7 a 19. Fuera de ese horario, sin límite para aparcar. Se deja el coche por la noche con el disco de parking puesto a las 7:30 y así puede estar hasta las 9:30 am desde la tarde anterior.

Die Orientierung im und am Haus ist etawsa gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man in einem Gewerbeobjekt wohnt.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und ansprechend ausgestattet. Die Information, wie man das Gebäude, den Parkplatz und den Schlüssel finden kann, ist sehr gut.
Ich habe mich leider durch den Namen Apartments sowie die Bestätigung 'ganze Ferienwohnung' in die Irre führen lassen. Es handelt sich ganz einfach um ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad und Gemeinschaftsküche. Das stand da auch, aber ich habe es zu spät bemerkt. Mein Fehler. Man hat einen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, sonst wird alles gemeinsam genutzt. Somit hatte ich zu keiner Zeit in frisch gereinigtes Bad zur Verfügung, und war davon abhängig, wie der Vorbenutzer es hinterlässt. Nicht jeder kennt den Nutzen einer WC-Bürste. Da darüber hinaus im Badezimmer auch keine Fußmatten sind, ist der Boden eigentlich immer naß. Ein Bad roch sehr unangenehm, als ob der Hygiene-Sanitärkorb schon länger nicht geleert worden wäre. Die Lage ist in einem Einkaufszentrum, aber nicht so ruhig, wie man das erwarten würde. Wenn man man also sucht was der Name sagt: einen Pit-Stop, dann ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Ich habe am selben Abend noch mal bei Booking geschaut, für ein anderes Datum hätte ich in Zug durchaus ein Zimmer mit Bad für den gleichen Preis bekommen können.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Cucina e bagni molto puliti sempre, cosa che è stata molto gradita. Camera molto grande e pulita. Numerosità alta dei bagni, quindi non c’è mai stato bisogno di aspettare. Cucina ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie funzionante. Personale molto reattivo nel rispondere alle domande.
Odore stantio nella camera e poco ricircolo d’aria. Parcheggio molto difficile e costoso.

The hot plate stove was a little difficult to use.....takes time to get hot, but still good enough to cook small meals....no dishwasher.....so plates and glasses needed to be washed before using...no soaps, shampoos or lotions...these need to be bought from home

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Ich habe mich in diesem Appartement sehr wohlgefühlt und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, modern eingerichtet und alles ist neu und sehr sauber. Das Bett war bequem und die Lage angenehm ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen und für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Besonders praktisch fand ich den Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Außerdem gibt es mehrere saubere Duschen und WCs sowie eine hervorragend ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche, in der wirklich alles vorhanden ist. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist der Lidl direkt im Erdgeschoss perfekt für den täglichen Einkauf. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt rundum angenehm. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, hell und praktikabel eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen Kühlschrank in beiden Zimmern und Ventilatoren. Was bei der Hitze wirklich super war. Sehr gut gefallen haben uns auch die Gemeinschaftsräume und auch das Fitness-Studio. Für den Preis in der Schweiz wirklich super. Die Kommunikation war hervorragende und auch schnelle Reaktionszeiten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Naprosto bezproblémový bezkontaktní check in i check out. Vybavení výborné, vše čisté včetně společných prostor, výborná byla vlastní lednice na pokoji. Lidl v domě, ale ten jsme nevyužili, protože jsme odjížděli dříve a vraceli se později. Výhodou je blízkost vlakové stanice Steinhausen - Rigiblick!
Pro zajímavé cile je nutno vždy někam dojet, kompenzuje to příznivá cena ubytování. Při příjezdu jsme dle adresy vystoupili v Cham - naše nepozornost. Možno snadno dojet do ubytování autobusem.

Im 3ten Stock sehr heiss in der Nacht. Das Fenster offen lassen war nicht besonders angenehm weil die Autowaschanlage die ganze Nacht ins Zimmer leuchtete. Ich empfehle dem Besitzer, mal mit der Waschanlage zu sprechen. Das Licht dort brennt die ganze Nacht durch.

Very convenient bus line right outside. We also appreciated the cooking utensils and pots and pans and coffee machine. There was a gym, but we didn’t use it. We appreciated the laundry!
Please get better pillows and more of them for each room. No other complaints!

Just an honest mistake, but before arrival we didn't receive the code for the keysafe, and I could only get ahold of the property manager on-site after trying to call for an hour or so. There were a lot of mosquitoes too, thus, I'd recommend installing a net on the windows.
