With checking in i had trouble with the keycards but a quick call with the phone next to the kiosk and the staff helped us out directly and they were very nice

I arrived late but received an extremely clear message telling me how to get into the building and receive my keys. The building is quiet and only a 15 minute walk from the station. I would recommend this apartment to anybody staying in the area.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026I felt so good that I would completely see myself living here ! (I have even extended my stay). Everything is well designed and foreseen, there is an underground parking and washing machines at -1, the localisation is great. The remote personal is reactive and helpful

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026The location, the underground parking, the very very nice appartment (we feel good inside, it is very relaxing), the facilities (check-in desk, washing machines'room), and the prompt reactivity of the online personal. Everything in the apartment is modern and well foreseen .
Very calm most of the time, but suddenly some ventilators of the builing facing the parking entrance made an horrible sound... (for only 1h, but the sound was strong and very unpleasant).

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Het feit dat het dichtbij het centrum. De douche was ruim en comfortabel. In de keuken was alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden (als zou een extra ovenwant wel handig zijn).
De ventilatie die aanwezig is zorgt niet voor voldoende verkoeling en is vreemd in gebruik. We hebben geen enkel moment verkoeling gevoeld of ons verkoeld gevoeld in de ruimte, dat is wel zeer spijtig (zeker als je in andere opmerkingen las dat de ruimte voldoende verkoeld wordt met het ventilatiesysteem).

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Location is good, room is super good, supermarkets are very close. Parking is also very convenient. Room facility is beyond than expectation.
We found it difficult to sort our waste properly, as there was only one large trash bin in the room. We would suggest replacing it with separate bins for different types of waste, or alternatively, providing a few extra garbage bags in the room so that guests can sort their trash more easily. We actually bought our own bags in order to separate our household waste. Also, there is construction work going on right outside the window, which makes it very noisy during the day and impossible to keep the window open. One more suggestion: it would be great if the hotel could provide some small-sized laundry material. There is a paid laundry service available downstairs, but for short-term stays, it's not very convenient to have to go to the supermarket and buy a large sized just for a few days. In general our overall experience actually exceeded our expectations, and we would give it a very good rating. We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Apartment, despite not having Aircon, kept cool enough intbhe 38 Deg heat we had that week. Location is nice, a 10 minutes walk from the lake. It's a large apartment, with a nice balcony and ample space for a family of four.
Nothing really. The oven didn't work, but they provided a replacement the next day. We couldn't unlock the garbage room with our key card

Dieses Mal jedoch einfach nur absurd. Draussen 34 Grad, bei Ankunft im Zimmer 34;Grad, im Zimmer! offene Jalousien, keine Lüftung, nichts. Zudem noch dicke Winter-Bettdecken. Ich verstehe nicht warum dieses ultra moderne Gebäude keine Lüftung hat? Die Sonne stand wohl mindestens den halben Tag auf der Fensterseite, somit war das Parkett heiß, die Temperatur durch keine Durchzugsmöglichkeit nicht zu reduzieren nachts.

We did experience some difficulties with check-in because we arrived late in the evening, but the issue was eventually resolved. Apart from that, everything went very smoothly, and we had a pleasant stay.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Zimmer waren soweit gut und sauber. Da wir mehrere Paare waren, waren wir zudem sehr dankbar über die Lobby im EG, da man dadurch trotzdem zusammen sitzen konnte.
Theoretisch gibt es in der Lobby kostenlos Kaffee und Wasser, allerdings wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht täglich gespült/aufgefüllt wodurch schnell nichts mehr da war. Zudem ist der Online Check-In sehr mühselig.

Nobody said that the outside park is not for the people staying at the apartment, nothing written outside, nothing written in the email. I had a fine for 40 CHF for one night for my car parked out, all the park was empty, unbelievable. It should be the first thing to write: DON'T PARK OUTSIDE, PARK IN THE PAYED PARK UNDERGROUND, 10 CHF/NIGHT. And pay the park online. Easy, but someone should tell it to the guests in advance. We are not pro in swiss laws.

Possibly consider a small dishwashing liquid for the kitchen - to use to wash up a single coffee cup or the oven baking tray which does not fit in the dishwasher.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Πολύ μοντέρνο κατάλυμα με λιτή και όμορφη διακόσμηση. Εξαιρετικά καθαρό και πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο. Καλή τοποθεσία λόγω του walking distance από το κέντρο της πόλης.
Στην γύρω περιοχή γίνονται έργα, οπότε δεν είναι όμορφα και υπάρχει σχετική φασαρία. Επίσης, θα μπορούσαν να υπάρχουν περισσότερα προϊόντα για πρωινό, τουλάχιστον για τις πρώτες ημέρες της διαμονής.
