Schon bei der Anreise sehr freundliche Kontaktaufnahme. Check-in persönlich mit sehr umsichtiger und freundlicher Vermieterin plus Infos zur Unterkunft. Immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Man ist im Erdgeschoß untergebracht, Vermieterin anwesend im Obergeschoß. Interieur umwerfend - Industrial-Look, Ausstattung total praktisch und sehr durchdacht bis ins kleinste (Ventilator, Hauspantoffel, Schuhlöffel, Schirme etc....) Drei sehr gute vollständige Schlafplätze. Tolle Dusche mit allem, was man braucht, sehr gepflegt. Alles sehr sauber - Kühlschrank mit einigen Getränken zur freien Entnahme Verdunkeln mit Fernbedienung. Charmante Gepflogenheit mit der Toilette allein für diese Wohnung über den Gang unkompliziert praktikabel. Wohnung ist jetzt in der Juli-Hitze aufgrund der dicken Außenmauern angenehm kühl und ruhig. Schräg gegenüber eine kleine Bäckerei (wochentags ab 6.00) und d Der Neue Dom/Platz ist nur den sogen. Steinwurf entfernt - praktisch bei Veranstaltungen. Weitere Hotspots fußläufig, auch Öffis.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll mit tollen Details eingerichtet. Von alten Radeos über alte Splinte. Wunder schön, sie hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Die Lage ist toll, die Ausstattung ebenso. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

The location of the studio was perfectly situated in the heart of the inner city. The studio is immaculate, and supplied with almost anything a traveler may need or possibly forgotten. Doris is the perfect host. She met me at the door on arrival, helped with my luggage (check-in and check-out), responded to my questions by text quickly, and left me supplied with water and sweets.

The toilet in the hall, but it wouldn’t stop me from returning to this studio.

Vstřícné a milé přijetí, rychlá domluva, možnost nechat si v ubytování zavazadla hned po příjezdu, perfektně dostupné místo.

Toaleta na chodbě není nejpříjemnější, ale také nejde o nepřekonatelný problém.

Kaffeekapseln, Milch, Wein, Wasser und Süßigkeiten waren bereit gelegt. Hygieneartikel, sogar Zahnpasta und Naturkosmetikseife. Verdunklungsmöglichkeit per Fernsteuerung. Ausgesprochen netter Kontakt.

War perfekt. Die Toilette ist außerhalb des Zimmers, was uns nicht gestört hat.

Zimmer war ein wenig kalt; Toilette außerhalb des Zimmers;

Lage war Spitze, Kommunikation zur Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Das WC am Gang. Aber das war in der Beschreibung eindeutig ersichtlich und somit nur eine Unbequemlichkeit

Die tolle Lage sowie die Ausstattung war toll.

Die Toilette war ausserhalb des Zimmers aber nur für die gebuchte Unterkunft verfügbar.

Alles war perfekt. Nette Gastgeber*innen und das Studio hatte alles was mensch braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fast direkt im Zentrum, nahe zu Busstationen/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sehr nette Gastgeberin, unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out.

In-person check-in was quick and efficient with in-person meet at apartment. Although there is a variety of paid public parking around the apartment, I opted for the 15 euro per night private parking garage, which was 5 minutes away. Industrial-chic apartment with unique and interesting furnishings located on the edge of the historic district within easy walking distance of sites and restaurants. Room was sufficient in size, easy to lay out luggage for one without tripping over things but would have been tricky for two. Lots of wardrobe space to hang clothes. Modern bathroom was well maintained with good water pressure and temperature control in the shower, some space for toiletries, and amenities provided. Room came with two single beds, which were comfortable, although the room was a little stuffy but rectified using fan which provided a good night’s sleep. Strong and reliable Wi-fi easily handled uploading of pictures and video chat. Breakfast was easy to find locally – there is a bakery right across the street open at 0630 on weekdays. Everything one needed for a stay was provided, including extras such as coffee, tea, beer, wine and snacks. You wanted for nothing! Communication was both proactive and responsive and host was very friendly and helpful providing useful information.

The private toilet is located outside the apartment across the hall. It was no problem for me, but it may have been if I had been traveling with my wife. Parking space is super tight between two pillars. Towels are really scratchy and pillows a bit flat.

Comoda e spaziosa! Una delle strutture più pulite in cui ho soggiornato. A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. La host è super gentile e molto disponibile. Ci è dispiaciuto andare via. ☺️ Zona silenziosa.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man sieht dass sich der Vermieter Mühe gegeben hat. Dieser war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es gab sogar einen Icetee für die Kinder.

Toilette war außerhalb des Apartments.

Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich freundlich, flexibel und hat uns von sich aus sehr freundlich und kompetent zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Gastronomie etc. beraten. Bei der Einrichtung hat er den Industrial Stil sehr konsequent und schön durchgezogen. Die Wohnung war vorbildlich sauber und ausgestattet.

Nothing more to say but that this was my fourth visit to Linz and my first stay at this apartment, and hopefully not the last one. The owner was super friendly and helpful, apartment was super clean and cozy and you are 5 minutes footwalk away from the city center. Just perfect 😁

The studio has everything one needs for a short stay. The location right in the historical centre is very convenient. Both check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. I can't complain, I will consider this accomodation again if re-visiting Linz.

I liked everything about the property it was amazing, the hosts were so lovely and helpful, the room was amazing and spacious. It was very good for value in terms of the extras the hosts provide such as some fruit/snacks wine and coffee, I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and quiet. Nearby pastry shop. Convenient to public transportation. Never saw other occupants or visitors to the building.

interesting artefacts gave a strong retro/industrial feel which was quirky. The proprietor was charming and very helpful and generous.

Cold, unpleasant toilet in the cold hallway. Ground floor apartment without blinds on window. No microwave oven no hob in the kitchenette. No door to shower room. Booking asked to pay 16 euro in cash, but host charged 17.

The host welcomed us, was extremely friendly and eager to present everything. The studio is extremely clean and the position is ideal, in the middle of the city but still in a quiet street.

The toilet is private but it's outside the apartment on the hallway. For me it was absolutely not a problem but the kids were afraid to go unaccompanied. The good this is that is spotless clean.
