Reviewed Sep 9, 2026es war eine große helle Wohnung im 4 Stock, das Haus hat einen Fahrstuhl, da ich alleine war hatte ich viel Platz, hab mit das zimmer mit dem großen Bett gewählt. Gut ist das Toilette und Bad getrennt sind, da das Badezimmer recht klein ist. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Vermieterin hat sogar im Eingangsbereich Hausschuhe deponiert, Regenschirme und Regencaps. Bettwäsche ist reichlich da.
Für mich als Einzelperson war alles fein. Vielleicht sollte die Türe vom Bad zur Küche einmal gerichtet werden da sie nicht schließt. Und ein Obstmesser in der Küche wäre gut.

Könnte etwas sauberer sein. Die Betten mussten wir selbst beziehen und es gab nur Duschhandtücher- da Toilette und Dusche getrennt sind unpraktisch.

In der Küche befanden sich abgelaufene Lebensmittel von Gästen. Ein Durchchecken aller Schränke wäre sinnvoll.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Tosi rauhallinen talo, vaikka keskustassa. Sai hyvin nukuttua. Liikenteen äänet eivät kuuluneet/haitanneet ollenkaan. Erittäin hyvä Sijainti. Astian-ja pyykki kone oli . Hyvä sänky, petivaatteet hyvät ja raikkaat. Samoin pyyhkeet.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Es un piso muy grande, espacioso, luminoso y cerca del centro. Todo ha ido perfecto, y la comunicación con el dueño muy fluida. El salon y televisor son enormes, una pasada de grande y el telvisor tiene varias apps de streaming instaladas, aunque no hay suscripciones y tienes que usar las tuyas propias. Los dormitorios y la cocina también son muy grandes. Le habían robado las sartenes y compró una , que tenía disponible unas pocas horas después. Por lo demás tienes TODO lo que necesitas y justo debajo de la casa hay una tienda y el LIDL, a unos 400m hacia la derecha. Es un apartamento ideal para un pareja con dos niños y un bebe, cuna incluida.
Ya se lo dije, que en los armarios de la cocina hay muchas cosas superfluas, y las va a quitar. De las cosas de comer que deja la gente, mucho está caducado y se podría tirar.

Asunnon viereistä tietä satuttiin juuri remontoimaan. Aloittivat lauantaiaamunakin varhain jo jyrällä ajelun. Mutta ongelma poistunee, kun remontti on valmis.

El apartamento está saturado de mobiliario de distintos estilos con escaso mantenimiento...especialmente en la cocina que necesita una limpieza y puesta en orden ( nos encontramos botes de comida y bebida caducados y empezados por otros huéspedes dentro y fuera de los armarios). La ducha consta de un espacio en el hay un radiador , una lavadora con su tubo de desagüe compartido con la ducha ) y cubo de ropa sucia ...así que poco sitio queda ....además esta situada en un habitáculo con 2 puertas que parece un pasillo que une el hall con la cocina.

Miinus kuumuudesta helteellä. Onneksi oli kuitenkin tuulettimia, niiden avulla selvisimme.

The rule - is to keep the door to the kitchen closed for the time of the evening after 22:00, because the house is inhabited by senior people who are very sensitive to any kind of noise.

The kitchen cupboards were cluttered and a bit dirty, but still had everything we needed so no big deal.

The unit was very dirty. It had been a while since it was thoroughly cleaned. I wore sandals inside to keep my feet clean. The kitchen cupboards had a lot of stale and spilled food in them. One of the bedrooms did not have blackout curtains; there was a broken cord where the curtain had been.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2023It was very nice layover in between of long journeys, the flat is spacious, but cosy and equipped in all necessary utensils (and enormous TV which was a nice option when watching a game). It was quiet, the beds were comfy and the reasonably priced and pretty decent restaurant is located in the very same building.
