Nic, wszystko było ok.

The location is absolutely stunning right on Assalah beach overlooking the reef. Lovely swimming and snorkelling , easy access to Assalah square for food and restaurants

If you want to prepare food the kitchen is not well equipped. One blunt knife , no chopping board. Two old saucepans, a frying pan, no utensils for cooking or even making a salad. However it is near restaurants and cafes so that’s not a big problem. On our first day the lock on the front door stuck. Mohammed the caretaker fixed it promptly and we were grateful for that. However several days later and into Ramadan the water failed and we had no shower or toilet. We couldn’t get a response to our calls. Eventually (6 hours later) we were told that there had been a power cut so the water pump was not working ; we were told that as it was Ramadan we could not expect a response to phone calls in the morning. We are very respectful of the Moslem faith and would have understood and worked with this had anyone bothered to tell us it might be a problem - but when we arrived Ahmed the host gave us a phone number and said ‘Ring me anytime with any problems ‘. So we had an expectation that we would be looked after which was not met. The apartment was not very clean. Work surfaces, cutlery etc were grimy and sticky and the whole apartment very dusty - it’s February and windy in Dahab I know but again it rather felt that guests were not being particularly well cared for.

The kitchen! We didn’t use it, instead went out to experience the dinning and traditional foods. Which worked out!

Кімнати потребують косметичного ремонту. Хоча меблі у нормальному стані. Відпочивати було комфортно.

L'emplacement et la terrasse était incroyable

L'appartement est dans un état lamentable . À notre arrivée il n'y avait pas de draps de lits pas de serviettes dans la salle de bain! Les matelas étaient plein de taches dégoûtantes ! Les couvertures sentaient mauvais . Lorsqu'on utilisait le robinet à la salle de bains on avait toujours l'impression qu'il allait nous rester dans les mains . À la cuisine il n'y avait qu'un petit filet d'eau qui coulait du robinet . Il n'y avait plus de poignée à la porte qui allait sur la terrasse! C'est la première fois avec booking que nous rencontrons un appartement si délabré! Dommage l'endroit est magnifique!

The view is amaaaaaazing, Balakony had a great sea view, another room with a big window with the same amazing sea view, a quiet area, an amazing beach, the area is good and comfortable and equipped with all essentials

There was a problem in the WiFi, it was not working all my stay

The view is just amazing and also location is very quite as it's beach front - most of the time you only hear the waves!

We got different apartment (in the same floor) as booked as the original one was under renovation. Breakfast can be served only at 9am and not before, so unfortunately, we missed it on most of the days :/ Kingsize bed in sea-view bedroom is very comfortable, but beds in the 2nd bedroom not so...

The place is wonderful! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has a nice private terrace and a private beach downstairs. The view from the apartment is amazing. You can go upstairs to the rooftop to enjoy the view from the top as well. There is an amazing coral reef just in front of the house. The staff is professional and friendly. The place is far from the center but for us it was a plus. We will definitely come back!

In fact I can't write a review because they couldn't provide the Apartment because of out of hand reason according to they statement Instead of giving me the Apartment they provided 2 rooms in near by location ( lucky Palace) which was OK to me

you have to keep looking for the place and the staff don’t know who’s checking in and keep send you to different locations to stall, instead of actually waiting for you knowing that the window for checking in is short. additionally, pictures advertised are at least 10 years old.

Close to beach

Awfull location due to being close to mosque we could not sleep during night... so loud singing...

The spot is great as a private space and private beach part.

The location really surprised us, the apartment was clean and comfy, and the staff especially (Ahmed El Desouky) was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dahab with his family and looking for a quiet and comfortable stay. We spent an amazing time and we loved this place! Thanks a lot for the great experience.

assala is my favorite location in dahab anyways. it’s so calm and away from all the local tourists. the apartment is very clean and the view is breathtaking.

One of our favourite accommodations in Dahab! Value for money. Excellent hospitality! Very nice & helpful staff. Good communication. Excellent location right on the beach, fun snorkelling right off the shore, just in front of the property. The view is very beautiful. There’s a nice roof terrace with wonderful views. Everything worked really well in the accommodation. They thought of just about everything. Comfortable spacious apartment. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

There was no washing machine, but this wasn’t too big a deal, just would’ve been nice, but for the price this apartment was 100% value for money, we loved it here & would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location is amazing, and apartment is bigger than most in Dahab. Apartments on ground floor have an amazing cozy area "Arabian style" that is great for relaxing, have tea and chitchat Rooftop is also is ready for gathering with sea & mountain view
