C'était un peu mieux mais ça restait bruyant. Le jacuzzi n'était pas fonctionnel et quand on a demandé s'il marchait on nous a répondu qu'il pouvait être rempli mais avec de l'eau froide...

Par contre nous avons été déçus de devoir payer 20euros une heure supplémentaire pour une chambre (check out à 14h). De plus on nous a demandé de payer 15 euros pour un drap et une taie d'oreiller tâchés.

WiFi ловив стабільно, гаряча вода є, власний дах з чудовим видом є. Поряд Асала Маркет, де можна придбати свіжі фрукти, лепешки, фалафелі і тд.

La hubicacion a 3 min de la preciosa playa de Ásala, a dos pasos del restaurante de mariscos y supermercado. El personal amable y atento a cualquier necesidad de los huespedes.

The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great in the warm weather. The location was ideal, right among the locals, so it didn’t feel too touristy, yet everything we needed was close by. It had such an authentic, peaceful atmosphere and truly stunning surroundings. We’d definitely love to come back! 🌴💛

The staff were incredibly kind, and Ayah was an exceptional host. She made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and went above and beyond with her thoughtful gestures. She surprised us with a cute gift for my baby and even arranged a high chair and balloons — such a sweet and personal touch! We truly appreciated the care and attention.

I was particularly happy that the property is fortunately located a minute walk from an easy entrance part of the beach. Kareem the owner was very nice and warm and offered many amazing suggestions of places to visit in Dahab. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help from Nagham the owner assistant to Ahmed and Khaled. Also our room conveniently had baby cot and high chair for our baby and both were high quality and very comfortable. Thanks a lot Villa Can Kiko, we’ll be back.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2023Excellent location. Friendly host and team. Having been previously to Dahab on numerous occasions, this is easily the best place we have stayed in so far. Villa Can Kiko strikes the perfect balance in providing a clean comfortable and spacious accommodation without loosing the simple essence of Dahab’s nomadic feel, all on the backdrop of lovely touches and seating areas throughout the grounds.
A bit of road noise in one of the bedrooms that can easily be solved with double glazing the window overlooking the street. Small bottles of shampoo and shower gel would be appreciated and a nice touch.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2022The resident cat and dog. Great room, nice suite, beautiful bed, long balcony, clothes rack. The roof was beautiful and you can see the sea. Quiet area Laundry was diy but free. 1 min walk to the sea. Close walk to a small shop or a bit further to the German bakery or 11:11 cafe. They booked pickup and drop-off from sharm airport for $20us I think. The reception lady was very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of restaurants along the waterfront but they are a bit of a walk. Shower stall was too small. The shower hot tap was so hot that my girlfriend burnt her hip quite seriously in the small stall. 1 month later it is still a scar. Jacuzzi is not heated. Quite a few mosquitoes in the downstairs seating area but not a problem in the room.

Reviewed Sep 27, 2022The villa was gorgeous & the apartment I stayed in was beautifully-appointed. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the downtown area but still charming & quiet. Also, just a few paces from the water! My favorite aspect was that the location felt very safe, and the villa complex had gated entry & what seemed to be 24-hr security. Very much enjoyed my stay.
