Reviewed May 31, 2026The apartment was clean, well equipped and welcoming. We had a dishwasher, washing machine with drying rack, a very nice shared pool, cute balcony. Even though we didn't meet the manager, all our questions were answered and our requests were taken care of fast.
If I had to say something constructive, it would be that it would have been nice to have one bottle of milk in the fridge, along with some oil, salt, and pepper. The pool hours should also be longer during the summer.

Reviewed May 31, 2026יחסית קרוב, למרכז. שני חדרי מקלחת כשהראשי מרווח, מהמרפסת ראו קצת את הים, ההגעה חלקה מבחינת כניסה נוחה עם קוד לדלת. הבריכה בקומפלקס מאודה נחמדה לילדים.
מכונת הקפה מקולקלת. הראש מקלחת בחדר מאסטר שבור ואי אפשר היה להשתמש בו דירה צמודה מידי ליד במרפסת והיו המון אנשים שם והרגיש כאילו חיים איתם. בכללי היה רעש מדירות אחרות כנראה של צעירים שיכורים. הדלת מרפסת שבורה ולא ננעלה והרגיש לא נוח לצאת מהדירה בידיעה שניתן לחדור מהמרפסת לדירה ריפוד מערכת ישיבה במרפסת בלוי ומלוכלך והרגיש לא בנוח לשבת עליו. בחדר מאסטר המזגן היה חלש. האווירה הכללית של ריהוט זול כזה מפעם ולא שוררת אווירה של נופש בדירה בניגוד לוואייב של הקומפלקס. עושה רושם שמי שנותן שירות לדירה/בעלים לא ככ מתחשק לו להיות שירותי

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026דירה מרווחת ונוחה, התאימה להרכב המשפחתי שלנו, מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך, כולל מרפסת שנעים לשבת. בה. קיבלנו אותה מצוחצחת ומבריקה. קיבלנו גם חניה מקורה במתחם, שזה מאוד נוח. יש חדר כושר פונקציונלי במתחם. וגם נחמד שיש בריכה סוגרת פינה עם הילדים.
חסר שקע טעינה לרכב חשמלי/היברידי בחנייה חסרים מתלים למגבות בחדר האמבטיה הגדול. השטח מסביב לבריכה היה מלוכלך ומלא אביזרים ומגבות שנזנחו שם.

במקלחת לא יזיק לחדש צבע. חסרה טלוויזיה בחדר ילדים.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent and the underground parking is a huge plus! The service was also very good.
The only real complaint would be that water leaked from one of the showers, but the issue was dealt with as soon as we told them. Bottom line is even the one negative turned into a positive because it showed the type of service they give.

Difficult to locate parking spot and the correct building. Toilet needs repairing- faulty button and the. Flooded overnight all throughout the bathroom. Needs a drain in floor.

Reviewed Feb 6, 2025the main door to the balcony from the living room could not be locked which is definitely a security issue as the apartment is accessible from other balconies. One of the tvs in the bedroom did not work. There were not any supplies in the kitchen at all besides some capsules for coffee and tea bags. Some modest welcoming generosity by the host would have been appreciated.

Some appliances such as the water machine were old. But not so important

Reviewed Sep 10, 2024Beautiful apartment right in the center of the city. Exceptionally clean and well maintained, with everything you need to spend 2 days or 10 in Eilat with your family.
The complex is located opposite the municipality of Eilat. Because of that, street traffic/parking can be annoying and the lack of close street parking can be an issue. If the guest is disabled or can't physically get out of their car in order to request access to get into/leave the parking garage could also be an issue. Kitchen could use salt/pepper and hand towels, or a roll of paper towels. But now I'm just being picky. It is a fabulous apartment in a great, central location, everything is in working order, it is well maintained and the complex has a 24/7 guard/attendant.

In addition - there are a lot of cafes near beach wiht nice view (12 minutes walling distance). Location is great - near center, 10 minutes to the shopping mall. and very quiet location
