Reviewed Sep 9, 2026יובל קיבל אותנו היה מאוד אדיב ונחמד, ליווה הראה והסביר הכל , דאג לנו שיהיה לנו מגבות וסדינים וכל מה שאנחנו צריכים. המיקום קטלני , מול מלון אריה סמוך לחוף הים , סמוך למכולת סמוך לקניון מול הים והטיילת . ממש תענוג . הבריכה מצויינת גדולה יש מקום להשתזף ולהצטנן גם קיבלנו חניה מקורה בחניון באמת היה מושלם . החלטנו שמעכשיו זה המקום שלנו

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026תחושה ביתית הרגשת שייכות אין הפרעות לא לחצו אותנו לגבי הצ׳ק האוט נתנו לנו זמן לצאת בכיף שלנו חניה מקורה קרוב לקניון הישן והים והטיילת יש תמי 4 כיריים תנור מקרר ענק מגבות מצעים מכונת כביסה מזגן חזק ועוד... מרפסת גדולה ממש כמו בית בריכה כיפית ולא עמוסה אילן קיבל אותנו בחור משכמו ומעלה דאג למה שצריך ונתן תחושה שיש למי לפנות אנחנו עוד נחזור

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Понравилось Всё👌 очень хорошая локация, всё рядом в пешей доступности весь центр рестораны торговые центры. Номер идеально чистый, постель, полотенца всё новое. В аппартаментах есть всё необходимое, большой холодильник, микро, духовка, плита, вся посуда, всё необходимое. Бассейн большой, и личная парковка крытая этому цены нет, супер машина не на солнце, от души рекомендуем аппартаменты, не пожалеете. Хозяин очень хороший всегда на связи, очень гостеприимный, всё расскажет и покажет. Идеально реально🥰 не пожалеете.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Место (не далеко от центра), наличие большого бассейна, подземной стоянки и защищённой комнаты.. Хозяин отзывчивый..
Квартира страшно запущена, требует обновления всей мебели , ремонта и покраски. Душевая кабинка с трудом закрывается, сами душевые головки болтаются в креплениях, страшно их трогать, боишься, что отвалятся.. Вода в душевой уходит очень плохо и набирается на полу.. Стулья в кухне за обеденным столом ПРОВАЛИВАЮТСЯ!!! Сидеть очень неудобно, когда проваливаешься и оказываешься головой почти на уровне стола.. Занавески грязные, рваные.. Вся гостиница очень запущена, свет тусклый, стёкла на бассейне не мылись уже наверное год, лифт старый и за три дня, два из них не работал.. Три этажа приходилось таскать покупки пешком.. Но самое страшное - это наличие ОГРОМНЫХ КЛОПОВ в кровати!!!!! Не спали нормально всё время пребывания.. Хотели уехать раньше времени, но остались ради детей, пришлось спать в одежде.. Хозяин поменял бельё на новое и матрас на другой, не новый и предложил в качестве компенсации дополнительную ночь бесплатно, но проблему это не решило , нас всё равно кусали клопы!!! Пришлось покупать лекарства от укусов!! Мы уехали с ужасным настроением и страхом, что клопы на наших вещах попадут к нам домой!!!

מטבח מיושן קירות מתקלפים, לא נוקו מזגנים זמן רב, טונה של אבק בריכה לא מתוחזקת בחוץ וללא מציל כנגד נסגרת בשעה ממש מוקדמת אין היגיון , הבניין עצמו עם ריח רע בעית כניסה ויציאה חניון לא תמיד מזהה את הרכב במיידי המעלית הקרובה לבניין שלנו לא עבדה ואילצה עלייה וירידה באמצעות מדרגות

Reviewed May 6, 2026Местоположение отличное, пешком до набережной и магазинов, кафе, фонтанов. Наличие бассейна и частной подземной парковки. Понравился сам хозяин, встретил и проводил, все показал. Есть принадлежности для кофе и чая. Отмечу наличие сушилки для белья на балконе. Спальня- защитное помещение, что, конечно, огромное преимущество.
Капсульная кофеварка не варила кофе до конца, выдавала сантиметр кофе и на этом всё. Аппарат, разгоревающий воду, так же не работал. В душе не получилось переключить воду. Показалось странным, что на трое гостей всего два одеяла. И хотелось бы мыло для рук.

הניקיון, מיושן. יכלו להשקיע ולחדש יותר, בדירות אין כלום, לקחת בחשבון שמגיעים להגיע עם ציוד, אלו שיש שם גם לא הכי חדשים. לא הייתה לנו ברירה כי הגענו עם כלב לשהות, שימו לב שלא ניתן להכניס לבריכה, דבר שלא ידענו וצריך להשאיר בחדר (לקחת בחשבון מי שלא יכול להשאיר כלב בחדר)

Не плохая кухня .Но недостаточно посуды как стаканы для чая . Ложки и вилки древнего происхождения . Диван в салоне в ужасном состоянии грязный Занавес в салоне грязный Ванная комната требует срочного ремонта всё старое с плесенью душ верхний и Нижний работали одновременно . Постели чистые Полотенца чистые Места достаточно но не хватает уюта .не хватает розеток для заправки пелефона . Телевизор уже очень устаревшей марки .. Это можно всё исправить . Невозможно только брать и ни чего не вкладывать. Люди выбирают аппартаменты с уверенностью что их ждёт чистота и уют и хорошая чистая ванная комната! Соотношение цены странно завышено. мы оставили чистый номер с вымытой посудой и чистым полом. Были очень разочарованы

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025מיקום מעולה , קרוב להכל . חניה תת קרקעית . בריכה יחסית גדולה .ציוד מלא במטבח , שזה היה מאוד נוח. רק לקנות מצרכים ולהכין . למרות כל הדברים שלא אהבנו , עדיין הייתי חוזרת למקום הזה ..כי יתרונות יותר מחסרונות. מקום טוב בתמורה למחיר .
מתחם יחסית ישן . נדרש שיפוץ קל לפחות. בכיור במטבח הייתה סתימה . ספה בסלון הייתה שבורה ,למרות זה ,הצלחנו לפתוח אותה וישנו טוב בסופו של דבר. אבל כן , הגיע זמן להחליף אותה .מרפסת הייתה גדולה ונוחה , אבל לא ניקו אותה הרבה זמן , היינו צריכים לעביר סמרטוט בכל הכיסאות . שיפוץ קל , יותר נקיון ויהיה מושלם .

Апартаменты : 1. Ванная комната, отсутствие геля для душа или для рук, поломка душа, отсутствие вытяжки, стоит жуткий запах. 2. Салон, отсутствие кухонных принадлежностей, плохое кондиционирование, в апартаментах не достаточно чисто для проживания!

There was a disgusting smell coming from the shower drain hole, had to use Air Freshener Spray all time.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2023Up marktet luxury accomodation in Eilat. Very nice and spacious apartment in a fancy complex. Well furnished, cosily decorated. It is exactly as on the pictures. There is a 24 hrs reception but upon arrival a dedicated host, Kirill, comes over personally to hand over the keys and show the apartment. Kirill was by far the best and friendliest host ever! Kirill remains available on whatsapp for whatever info you need (restaurants, activities, etc) without being pushy.
Actually no major setback . It is a nice, fancy apartment, definitely one of the prettiest in Eilat, but don't look too much into small details, the pool is also nice albeit in the shade most of the time.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2023The apartment was very well equiped (including things like coffee capsules / dish soap etc - there was no need to buy anything extra during the entire 7-days stay). The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Very good location, not far from the center & promenade, close to shops, ca. 20 min walk to a nice sandy beach (royal beach / northern beach). Security guy at the reception desk 24h.
The apartment needs some deep cleaning. The check in time is fixed starting from 4 PM and if you arrive earlier there is no possibility to store your baggage at the property.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2023The location was nice. The balcony was really great to relax on. It was also nice that they had a lot of appliances for us to use in the apartment if we needed them.
It looks really nice on the outside, but as you get in it's actually not. Multiple door handles were broken with no lock for the bathroom. The fold out bed was falling apart. Some areas really had a lot of crumbs and dirt and were clearly not clean. Certain things just looked unfinished and poor craftsmanship. The pool looked super nice but always had a sign saying no swimming because there wasn't a lifeguard on duty. The shower glass wall wasn't secured and that caused a lot of water to leak out when showering. With just a little bit of maintenance and cleaning it could be great.

Location on booking com are different from real location. It confuses because I chose property by booking com location. Check in are only from 16 to 19 pm. During check out we can't reach the owner.

Reviewed Feb 20, 2023Location, everything you need is very close. Our host, Yakir, was very kind and helpful. Eilat is wonderful! A beautiful reef close to the border with Egypt within a few bus stops, I recommend a place for snorkeling with children 29.4958419, 34.9082808 even in february water is warm enough, you must See the red Canyon, The Timna park, everything is reached by the local buses

Reviewed Jan 20, 2023Our stay was wonderful! Our host, Yakir, was very kind and helpful, he was making sure we have everything we need. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was actually bigger than expected. The location was wonderful, near the main road, but far enough to be pretty quiet. Supermarkets, restaurants and bus stop were very close. The view to the mountains in Jordan was breathtaking! We were VERY happy we stayed there. Eilat is wonderful! People are fantastic, we hope we will return!

The ofert suggested that there is a swimming pool, which can be using for swimming - in fact swimming in that pool is prohibited, because there is no lifeguard in this place.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2021Highly recommend vacations apartment in Eilat- Best complex in Eilat city! 5 minutes walk to the shipping mall and the beach, doorman,supper clean, fast and easy communication with the hosts, and even a small sea view from the apartment balcony. Would definitely stay here again next time im in Eilat!
