Ibrahim a été très gentil et prévenant avec nous. Il est venu nous chercher à la gare, nous a organisé une excursion sur la rive ouest et nous a préparé de bons petits déjeuners. La maison d'hôtes était au calme et la piscine un vrai bonus !

The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were really helpful. It is located in a quiet area and amenities take a 7 minute walk to get to....the area is still being developed but it is a nice walk to the more developed area.

Ibrahim e baha sono veramente delle persone squisite gentili e accoglienti. Ci hanno offerto diverse opzioni per visitare Luxor. L hotel è veramente bello. Tenuto bene e soprattutto pulito. La colazione abbondante fresca e squisita. La camera ha un salotto con cucina nel caso non si voglia andare nei vari ristoranti, la camera ampia e spaziosa. Il bagno grande e funzionante. Ha un supermarket accanto fornito di tutto il necessario. La piscina fuori bellissima e pulita.

スタッフの対応。朝食の要不要を、勝手に判断される。日中、施設内に誰もいなくなる時間帯（もしくはどこかで寝ているのか）が多い。お腹を下してトイレットペーパーがすぐに必要だったにも関わらず、なかなか持ってきてくれない。緊急だったので戸棚にしまってあるのを見つけて拝借したが、20分後に持ってきて「スーパーに買いに行っていた」などと平気で嘘をつく。信頼度が低い。

とても静かで快適でした。 洗濯機も使用でき良かったです。滞在最終日は夜行バスの時間まで居させてくれたり、西岸の王家の谷一帯やデンデラへのツアーも迅速に手配してくれて、行きたいところを効率よく周ることができました。 近くの濱田商店もローカルプライスで色々買うことができ、とても良かったです！

Ibrahim, il proprietario ,è stato gentilissimo con noi. È venuto a prenderci all' aeroporto e ci ha fatto trovare delle bottiglie di acqua fresca in camera. Ha organizzato per noi il tour pomeridiano, tour di il giorno successivo e anche i' autista fino a hurghada. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e silenzio. In fondo alla via un market locale con tutto quello che serve e anche un buon ristorante egiziano. Le camere erano pulite e i nostri figli sono stati molto contenti di avere la piscina. Colazione abbondante. Ibrahim è gentile, educato e professionale, parla molto bene l' inglese e studia anche spagnolo. Da consigliare!

Penzión bol blízko rieky Nil odkiaľ sa ľahko dostaneš falukou na druhú stranu do Luxoru alebo kdekoľvek inde po Nile. Penzión má na poschodí terasu s krásnym výhľadom na údolie kráľov ktoré je počas noci vysvietené a pekne ho vidieť z terasy. Všade naokolo sú reštaurácie. Apartmán bol čistý a bolo tam všetko potrebné aj pre dlhší pobyt. Majiteľ a jeho dvaja synovia vám ochotne poradia ohľadom všetkého čo potrebujete. Okolie tiché nebehaju tam autá lebo penzión je mimo hlavnej cesty.

We had a really great time at this guesthouse. From apartment to hosts to food, everything was perfect. Location is super nice. Would definitely reccomend to everyone!

Personnels très gentil mais intantiné envahissant a venir se poser avec nous sur notre Terrasse a peu près 10 fois par jour et même au réveil Quand au patron Demande de le recommander et de revenir mais n'a pas oublié de nous faire payer un supplément car nous sommes arrivés une demi-heure en avance...aimes bien les touristes mais surtout leurs monnaie vraiment dommage

Grand appartement, Ibrahim est très sympathique et bienveillant. Bon petit déjeuner. Bonne literie.

L'eau de la piscine était trop froide et on voyait une couche verte au fond . Pas trop envie de s'y baigner Le pommeau de douche fuyait beaucoup. L'appartement n'est pas isolé réveillé tôt . Parfait pour une nuit ou deux mais pas plus.

Many thanks to Mohamed and his son for their hospitality and treatment. They provided us with everything we need, tours, boat and transportation to Hurgada. They help you with whatever you need. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area with a great terrace and pool. The room is very comfortable, breakfast and food are also very good. I hope we can come back! Thank you

Ibrahim and his whole family have been very kind, caring and helpful. He managed all our activities and made sure we had a nice time. The apartment was very spacious. It is clean and the pool it’s very nice as well as the food there. The apartment is located in a nice peaceful village and nearby there are stores and restaurants to go to. Additionally we were 3 girls and we felt safe.

The guest house is good value for money and I would stay here again if I returned to Luxor. The pool area is lovely, the breakfasts are filling and it is located in a quiet area of the West Bank. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby and the public ferry which takes you to the East Bank is only a short walk from the hotel. The staff, particularly Ibrahim, are very welcoming and accommodating. I would recommend.

Прекрасный гостевой дом. Рядом с набережной Нила, но при этом там очень тихо. Вечером, сидя на просторном балконе, с одной стороны видишь горы, с другой реку и слышишь звуки природы. У нас были прекрасные просторные апартаменты с кухней на первом этаже с выходом во внутренний дворик с бассейном. Кроме нас там практически никогда не было людей, поэтому наслаждались тишиной и комфортом. В стоимость проживания включён завтрак. Так же хозяин помог нам с покупкой обратных билетов, всегда был на связи и выполнял все наши пожелания. По нашей просьбе он отвез нас на достопримечательности к самому их открытию в 6 утра, так как найти такси в это время очень сложно, местные поздно встают. Благодаря этому мы посмотрели все без толп людей и без жары. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества. Здесь нам понравилось гораздо больше, чем на другом берегу. При желании на другой берег легко можно попасть на пароме или частных лодках. Благодарю хозяев за теплый прием. С удовольствием вернемся туда снова.

Our stay here was wonderful. Ibrahim was an exceptional host: very kind, attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. He made us feel very welcome and made our days in Luxor very comfortable. The accommodation was great and everything was well organized. We truly appreciated his hospitality and the care he put into making our stay special. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

لا أنصح بهذا المكان نهائياً. تعرضت أنا وزوجتي لمضايقات شديدة وتجاوزات غير مهنية من القائمين على المكان، مما جعلنا نشعر بعدم الأمان لدرجة أننا لم نتمكن من المغادرة إلا بعد استدعاء الشرطة. تم تحرير محضر رسمي بالواقعة برقم 1737 لعام 2026 - مركز شرطة القرنة بالأقصر. المكان يفتقر للحد الأدنى من المهنية والأخلاق، واحذر الجميع من التعامل معهم.

La ubicación es excelente,el lugar precioso y acogedor, tranquilo y perfecto para huir del caos diario de la otra orilla del río. Lo mejor y más destacable, nuestro amigo Hima, hizo que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos y a estar lo más cómodos posible. También su padre,Mohamed, una excelente persona. En resumen, a sido genial!

La terrasse du petit déjeuner était sympa et ensoleillé. Le T3 était spacieux. Au calme. L'emplacement côté rive ouest pour faciliter les excursions. Variétés des prestations proposées ( montgolfière, Karnak...)

La propreté n'est pas le point fort de la guest house car nous avons loué 2 chambres est franchement c'était pas propre ( poils ou cheveux des précédents locataires), quant à la partie extérieure de la piscine nous n'osions pas nous asseoir car les transats n'étaient pas nettoyés. Mauvaise filtration de la piscine cela ne nous a pas donné envie de nous baigner surtout que l'eau est froide à cette période de l'année. Literie pas confortable et taies déchirés et tâches sur le matelas. Nous avons constaté des fourmis en quantité importante dans les toilettes du T2, nous l'avons signalé au propriétaire mais rien n'a été fait. Pas suffisamment d'équipements de cuisine pour déjeuner ou dîner dans l'appartement. Lors de notre arrivée aucune bouteille n'était mise à notre disposition malgré la chaleur et l'absence d'eau potable au robinet. Tarifs excessif du propriétaire pour certaines prestations.

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom apartment that featured a comfortable living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and two separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils such as pans, pots, and dishes, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. The hotel is conveniently located about a three-minute walk from the Nile River. Breakfast is served on the second-floor terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise and watch hot air balloons drifting across the sky — a truly memorable way to start the day. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is the availability of a washing machine and a drying rack in the sun. Since Luxor is extremely hot, dusty, and sandy, we found ourselves using the washing machine every day, which made our stay much more comfortable. From the hotel, you can easily walk to the river to rent a private boat to Luxor Temple or Karnak Temple, or take the public ferry. We chose private boats, which were very affordable — about 15–20 minutes to Karnak Temple and only 10 minutes to Luxor Temple. This has been our favorite hotel so far during our trip to Egypt. The owner, Mohamed, and his son Ibrahim were incredibly attentive and took excellent care of us. They even picked us up from the bus station at 4 a.m. Every morning, we requested breakfast earlier than the standard serving time, and they kindly woke up to prepare it for us. Although the breakfast menu was the same each day, it was generous and satisfying.

A equipe é muito simpática e está sempre disponível para prestar assistência no que for preciso. O apartamento é espaçoso e a cama é confortável. Ficamos no apartamento do Rooftop e tivemos uma bela vista parcial do rio Nilo e da montanha do Vale dos Reis.

Passamos muito frio na primeira noite. Apesar de nos fornecerem cobertores extras. Perguntamos se havia um aquecedor e nos disseram que não. No dia seguinte, conseguimos o controle remoto do ar condicionado para aquecer o quarto e um aquecedor. Felizmente. Por aqui faz frio no inverno durante a noite e no início da manhã. Foi um problema que foi resolvido, mas não precisávamos passar tanto frio no primeiro dia se tivessem disponibilizado o controle do aparelho. O problema é que disseram que o aparelho só esfriava e não aquecia, por isso não adiantava nos dar o controle do aparelho. A pessoa deve ter se equivocado.

Super acceuil d'Ibrahim, il fait tout pour vous aider et vous renseigner. Petite guesthouse familiale avec tout le comfort qu'il faut, une terrasse où l'on prend le petit déj et un roof top. Situe côté ouest non loin du ferry et dans une zone calme ce que nous avons apprecié. Petit plus machine a laver à disposition et gratuite. Juste a côté un super restaurant (Nile freedom) et une petite superette avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons booké un tour en montgolfiere avec Ibrahim a un prix interessant et ce fut très facile a organiser. Je recommende a 100% Merci a Ibrahim et Omar pour leur acceuil et leur gentillesse ❤️

Ottima qualità prezzo, posizionato strategicamente per visitare la valle dei re e tutti i templi intorno. Ibrahim è stato fantastico, super disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Ottima colazione tipica preparato al momento, non vi fate spaventare dall’apparenza è un ottima zona sicura da girare anche con i bambini di sera. Ad un prezzo super onesto ti accompagna tutto il giorno nei vari siti da visitare. Consigliatissimo!!!

Non c’è bagnoschiuma o shampoo cosa piacevole da trovare, ma vicino casa c’è un minimarket dove lo potete acquistare a pochi centesimi. Non abbiamo trovato neanche gli asciugamani, ma appena l’ho fatto presente ad Ibrahim ce li ha subito portati puliti e profumati.

A decent, comfortable place to stay with the best host you can expect - Mohamed and Ibrahim was very helpful, always reachable and organized us trips in Luxor also from and to airport, with fair price while they were reliable. We recommend to stay in Nefertarie Guest House.

The guest house is amazing, but what stands out is Ibrahim’s hospitality. He helped us with the last moment balloon booking, and advised us on our itinerary. Would highly recommend asking him about some hidden gems in Luxor area. I know I’ll do that next time I visit!

Very nice house, Ibraheem and his father are excellent hosts. They were available all the time in case we needed anything or arrange transportation. Breakfast is good and there are good restaurants on the corniche 2min away by foot. By car it feels a bit far from the city center, but by boat it's 5min, so in the end the location is really good.

Good condition of the swimming pool

The apartment looked like it wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. Pillows were dirty and had some hair on them. Towels were really old and the doors in the toilet wasn’t closing. You can smell all of the smoke from the street since many people burn waste in the neighborhood. It was impossible to sleep because of some many mosquitoes flying in the room. All of the walls were covered by death mosquitoes … I don’t know how did hotel get so more good reviews…

The buildings around it keeps building higher, and the pool area didn't receive a single ray of sunshine. In the hot Egyptian summer you might like this, but during winter months it isn't a place where you'd like to relax after visiting the temples. Also the housekeeping person kept asking for a huge tip during our short stay. It was rather unprofessional, and we felt uncomfortable and pressured. Did not expect that from a guesthouse.

I love the location, I love the hospitality, I love the home. It feels like a home. Which makes it a better experience. Having a kitchen and a sofa, makes it a wholer experience. Good space inside. And over all much appreciated stay. Lovely people. Washing machine, and pool is also very nice. Thanks to the host, and the family for caring and making it a good stay.

Me and my friend had a great stay at nefertarie guest house. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ibrahim took us to the valley of the kings area which was amazing experience. They also prepared a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

The place is super cute with two beautiful terraces. The room offered a lot of space and the bed was big and very comfortable. The pool is refreshing, exactly what you need. The location us close to the Nile and restaurants. The host Ibrahim is exceptionally kind and always ready to help. He picked us up from the airport and made sure we find the location where our cruise ship departs. Great service from start to finish.

I am blown away by the care, consideration, flexibility, and even the friendship that started to bloom with the staff. The room was great and the location was perfect, away from the busy-ness of the East Bank of the Nile. For me, it was the perfect little spot to be able to wind down after the intense days. Upon arrival, I was allocated a somewhat older room, which proved perfectly satisfactory for my needs; however, it did appear to be due for some updating. For my final night, I stayed in a different room within an adjacent building. This one was brand new, and consequently, was immaculate and entirely up to date. The only drawback was that Wi-Fi was not yet available there.

Despite having made a mistake with my booking dates, I immediately informed them that I would be arriving a day later than originally booked. I received a message confirming this posed no issue and that the reservation could be amended at no additional cost. However, upon settling the bill on location, I was nevertheless charged for the extra day. I naturally pointed out our prior agreement, which was documented in our messages, but this immediately created a fuss. Although I was entirely in the right, I stated that I did not wish to lower myself by arguing over a mere "18 euros," as I hold decency in higher regard. Apparently, they hold money in higher esteem.

The room was surprisingly spacious, which made the stay quite comfortable. The location is quiet, perfect if you're looking to get some rest. There's a local, budget-friendly food shop just nearby, which was really convenient. The host also offers help with booking tours—prices are about the same as what you’d find online, so if you’re not in the mood to haggle around town, it’s a nice and easy option.

Le guest house est très bien situé pour visiter car du côté de la vallée des rois , d'hapchesout, etc.... Pour se rendre de l'autre côté, on peut prendre le bateau pour traverser, c'est très facile . De l'autre côté, temple de Louxor et Karnak. Brahim est super pour vous conduire et organiser votre journée de visites et très raisonnable en terme de prix. Cela vous offre une liberté. La piscine est un plus très agréable.l'appartement est très propre et confortable.. Vous pouvez manger sur place à la demande et cela est très bon . Très bon séjour pour nous 4 avec enfants .

En la actualidad están abriendo nuevos apartamentos. Literalmente nos tocó estrenar uno, están fabulosos, super limpios, cómodos y bien terminados. La amabilidad de los chicos fue genial. Además pudimos lavar toda nuestra ropa sin costo adicional.

This is an incredible value for the price as you’ll stay in a modern, clean APARTMENT with living room, full fridge, kitchen and bathroom apart from the bedroom. Bedroom has AC and other areas have a fan, which was fine. Top notch service from Ibrahim, Mustafa and others. We felt they are the most honest people we’ve met in Egypt and didn’t try to scam us even once. Ibrahim even told us how much things ought to cost in town and what scams to avoid. They offer fair prices for tours, food, transportation and other services and were always willing to help up run errands or even take care of our baby a few minutes so we could eat breakfast peacefully. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and plentiful every day, unlike in other budget hotels we’ve been at in Egypt. Take their transportation from the airport as you’ll be ripped off or unable to find a taxi like us! Uber doesn’t work like in Cairo and taxi prices are much higher in Luxor. Definitely choose West Bank for a rural feel and daily Nile crossings which we loved!

We had the best stay here. Hima was great host so helpful with everything we need. Hima help with all our bookings for activitys and also took myself and my son to there local Soccer game.

The location is very close to the Nile, but there were other stays closer to it. We were upgraded to the top most room, with a private terrace. The terrace was excellent and peaceful to hangout throughout the day. You can see the Nile river from the terrace, though the view is a little obstructed with other buildings. There will always be someone who can take you to the other side of the Nile in a ferry for a very reasonable price. Overall, they stay was worth the price.

Breakfast are good especially the homemade goats cheese. I ordered most nights a homemade evening meal at very good price. Ibrahim, Mr Mohamed son, is a very engaging young man who would do anything for you with a smile. Mamoud, who is a general help, is a pleasant young lad. Stayed here for a relaxing break and this is what I got. I would come back with no hesitation. Thank you all.

Friendly staff and convenient location. The hotel has a car that can give you rides to tourist spots and other places (not the cheapest option but convenient). There is a washing machine onsite for the guests to use.

Of the property not much

I was not given the room that I paid for on arrival, the following day when I queried it, I was told why do i want a tv it is egyptian, then they wanted me to change rooms as I pointed out that I also didn't have a terrace. The owner said he doesn't know what rooms guests have booked, more like he doesn't care. I was also told this was a new room which it was not, just another lie. Very noisy with the kitchen on the same landing, plates crashing around from 7.30am so no chance of a rest. The washing machine is also not in the room it is in the stairwell so this is another noise one night still going at 00.30hrs. The bed sheets and towels are dried on the breakfast terrace, no washing line! This was not my first time to stay on the West bank of luxor.

The place was peaceful and convenient in West Bank, less people and tranquil. We also have a chance to cook our own food, stores and restaurants accessible and the Host Mr. Mohammed and his son Ibrahim was soooo nice to us.. Their helper Mahoud also always available for help.. The view from the balcony is amazing, Nile and mountain views. Given a chance we would like to comeback! Shukran Getdan!
