Sehr familiär… sauber, erholsam. Eigentümer und sein Tram waren super lieb und haben sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert, wenn man was benötigt hatte.

We had a wonderful stay here in Luxor! The house is beautiful, with a lovely pool and a very nice, quiet atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a great balcony. The owner and his nephew were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The food was also delicious! His nephew kindly picked us up from the airport and drove us to several sights at reasonable prices, which made our stay especially convenient and enjoyable. There are also some very sweet cats around the house, who are clearly very well cared for – a lovely little extra for cat lovers! The accommodation is located in a lovely, peaceful area on the West Bank. The ferry is just a short distance away, making it very easy and quick to get to the other side of the Nile. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt very welcome. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor!

El chico en la recepción fue amable y estuvo a disposición para solucionar los problemas.

Llegamos a la habitación en pleno verano y el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando o no daba a basto, era un sauna. Nos cambiaron de habitación a una con dos camas individuales (habíamos reservado una cama matrimonial), y no había duchador en la ducha. Luego solucionaron lo del duchador pero no había agua en la habitación. En fin, fue solo por una noche y todo eso pasó.

Am avut o ședere minunată. Proprietarul ne-a ajutată să organizăm excursiile, am fost preluați la timp de la aeroport. Pe tot parcursul șederii noastre am fost bine primiți, cu adevărat ne-au ajutat să ne organizăm bine vacanța. Recomand să gustați socul din mango, a fost cu adevărat delicios

En cuanto a calidad-precio el hotel está muy bien. La piscina, la localizacion, la habitación con lo justo y necesario, sin problemas. Gracias a Mustapha por portarse tan bien conmigo, una gran persona

El wifi no funcionaba y hubo algunos cortes de agua, aunque esto no fue culpa suya.

Les hôtes sont très accueillants et mettent à l’aise directement dans ce petit havre de paix sur la rive de Ouest de Louxor !

La piscina, la ubicación, la amplia zona al aire libre que tiene el alojamiento y lo bien cuidado que lo tienen, la habitación es amplia con baño privado y terraza. El desayuno es abundante y preparado al momento.

Fallaba bastante el wifi y el aire acondicionado. El desayuno se hace repetitivo, podrían variar un poco y servir fruta. No ofrecen agua. Se come bien pero es algo más caro que en restaurantes del pueblo a 3min a pie.

De ligging is prachtig. Een mooie, rustige plek om bij te komen na een dag sightseeing. Heerlijk zwembad ook!

Op de eerste avond viel de stroom uit. Dat is met een nachttemp van 38 graden niet heel fijn als de airco het niet doet. Gelukkig met een uurtje alweer opgelost 👍

Nasser and the staff are welcoming, kind and always available to help us. They helped us to organise our journeys for a very reasonable price. the place is around 15 minutes away by car from the temples so it’s quite convenient. the food is excellent (especially the chicken tajine). We loved the pool, we spent a nice time there.

Exceptionally good value for the price, it's lovely and super clean place, very near to many restaurants and ferry to the east bank. Breakfast was amazing and fresh made for us every morning, swimming pool was a great addition which we appreciated for hot days.

Les hôtes étaient très aimable et nous avons aimé la proximité du Nil et le calme qui l’entourait, c’était un lieu très agréable ! Nous sommes restés seulement 3 jours mais nous aurions dû rester plus longtemps.. l’ambiance était superbe sincèrement, nous avons beaucoup parlé avec Nasser et Teefa, l’endroit est occupé par ses 4 petits chats, qu’il aime énormément ☝️ Le lieu est relativement calme, nous avons eu in chien qui a aboyé un matin mais rien de très grave. Les restaurants les moins chers de la West bank sont situés à proximité du lieu, à 5/10min de marche vers le sud ! La supérette Hamada market correspond aux prix locaux et est parfaite pour acheter les aliments/boissons nécessaires.

Absolutely wonderful, probably the best guest house I have stayed in. It is cosy, very well decorated; the location is perfect if you want to go to the valley of the kings and the temples, as well as if you want to stay in Louxor during the (very hot) summer but still benefit from temperate rooms and a nice swimming pool.

En revanche, les lits sont inconfortables… un peu trop dur si vous avez des problèmes de dos, c’est le seul bémol du voyage.

Après les visites sous la chaleur, quel bonheur de revenir se détendre au bord de la piscine ! C’est vraiment un énorme plus et l’endroit est très paisible. Nous avons aussi adoré les repas préparés sur place : cuisine délicieuse, généreuse et faite avec soin. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux chaque matin. Ce que nous retiendrons surtout, c’est la qualité humaine du personnel. Toujours souriants, attentionnés sans être envahissants, ils prennent le temps de discuter et de donner de précieux conseils pour découvrir Louxor autrement. Grâce à eux, nous avons vécu une expérience beaucoup plus authentique que dans un hôtel classique. Nous recommandons cette maison d’hôte les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit chaleureux, calme et accueillant à Louxor. The location is in a quiet part of the West Bank but close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable and the owner was friendly and helpful. The pool was also perfect during hot days.

Our room got very hot because of the extreme heat, even the AC units couldn't cope well. The mosquitoes here are no joke so make sure to bring an insect repellent.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Yasmine Guest House. Le propriétaire a été aux petits soins pour nous : repas délicieux, copieux et variés, petits déjeuners servis à l'heure que nous souhaitions, organisation d'excursions sur mesure, chambre spacieuse (et avec une terrasse!), piscine, transats : bref, idéal pour se reposer. A noter : la guest house se situe sur la west bank de Louxor, de l'autre côté du Temple. Pour aller "en ville", il vous faudra prendre le bateau

Pensez à prendre votre anti-moustiques : il y en a beaucoup dans l'hôtel et dans le jardin de l'hôtel

The location was practical and the facilities were comfortable. The host and the staff are all very nice and welcoming, here to make your journey a perfect stay. I gladly recommend !

Je recommande à 100% cet établissement havre de paix idéalement situé pour les activités touristiques à Louxor ! Le personnel est très sympa et à votre service. La piscine véritable plus! Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.

À Yasmine guest house on se sent comme à la maison. Yasser est vraiment adorable et aux petits soins. Il s’est occupé de tout pour nous. Il a réservé nos activités, notre guide (génial). Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur place et ils étaient vraiment délicieux !!! Le personnel est adorable. Mention spéciale à Mustapha ! On a adoré. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

the ferry dock on the eastern bank was alot further from the train station than what was written on google maps. Nothing wrong with the guest house but inconvenient for me as i took the train alot.

Tesisin sahibi çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Bize gittiğimiz ilk gün kendisi yemek pişirdi ve ikram etti. Bahçesi çok keyifli idi. Tertemiz bir oteldi.

Konumu biraz ara sokaklarda kalıyor, asfalt yok. Giderken biraz korkabilirsiniz. Bizim odamız küçük ve havasızdı. Camı duvara baktığından hep karanlıktı.

My only problem was the mosquitoes, room was infested with mosquitoes i spent all night killing them , I wish the staff would spray the rooms prior to guests coming in to prevent mosquitoes infestation.

Ons verblijf in dit gastenverblijf was werkelijk onvergetelijk. Vanaf het eerste moment werden we bijzonder hartelijk en warm ontvangen, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. De sfeer is heel huiselijk en ongedwongen – niets is te veel gevraagd en je voelt je als gast echt welkom. Tijdens het ontspannen aan het zwembad werden we regelmatig verrast met een heerlijk vers sapje, waarvan het geheime ingrediënt ongetwijfeld liefde is. De accommodatie zelf is zeer proper en het appartement is echt prachtig ingericht, met oog voor detail en comfort. Een extra charmant element is Stella, de huiskat, die duidelijk verknocht is aan haar baasje, de gastheer Nasser. Ze volgt hem overal en is ontzettend schattig – een leuke en warme toevoeging aan het geheel. Voor wie Luxor wil ontdekken, kunnen we Karim als gids van harte aanbevelen. Hij beschikt over een ongelooflijke kennis en stelde voor ons een perfect uitgestippelde driedaagse tour samen. Het voelde alsof we terug in de tijd werden gekatapulteerd. Naast de verrijking qua kennis is hij ook gewoon een zeer aangename persoon om mee op pad te gaan. Kortom, een absolute aanrader op alle vlakken! Groetjes, Sara & Lena ❤️

Sıcak suyu kullanmak için şohbeni erken açın su geç ısınıyor. Ama onun dışında herşey çok güzel çalışanlar on numara muhammet çok tatlı bi çocuk. Müdürleri de çok anlayışlı ve iyi bir adam erkenden biz odaya aldı ve 1 gün tutmamıza rağmen bize 2 gün kavaltı verdi. 2 günlük berbat kahire gezimizden sonra bu otel bize şifa gibi geldi

We had a lovely stay at the guest house. We really felt at home and were taking very good care of. The food is truly amazing, and I will miss the little kitten Stilla :) it really felt like a home and will definitely come back!

We stayed there for 3 nights, the place was beautiful with a very chill atmosphere. The room was very big, more like a small apartment. The host gave us useful tips and contacts to organise our visits and our trip to Hurghada airport. The hotel is well located, not far from the nile, on the calmer and less touristic side of Luxor.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hat mir am Anfang nicht gefallen, weil es zu dunkel war. Nasser ging auf meine Bitte ein und ich konnte am zweiten Tag in ein anderes helleres Zimmer ziehen. Am letzten Tag sollte ich den Zug am Abend nehmen. Ich durfte mein Gepäck im Hotel liegen lassen und konnte mich sogar nach einem langen Tourtag in einem vakanten Zimmer duschen. Das war echt sehr hilfreich. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel auf der etwas ruhigen Westbank, die Fähre zur Ostbank liegt 10 Minuten entfernt davon. Man konnte also schnell auf die andere Nilseite kommen. Es gibt ein kleines Schwimmbad, ist ja praktisch, wenn es zu warm ist, da kann ma sich ein bisschen abkühlen. In der Küche kann man sich jederzeit Wasser holen, Tee machen (lassen). Das Personal macht auch gerne Minzzitronen- oder Guavasaft. Alles aufs Haus! Einfach sehr gastfreundlich.

Es fehlte mir lediglich eine Nachttischlampe 😅

We had a great stay with the hospitable Nasser and Mustafa. Comfortable, clean room and surroundings. Fresh breakfast provided each day and they will ensure you are well fed. They are more than happy to share local knowledge and assist with your holiday. The guest house represents excellent value for money and I would happily return and recommend to others.

Very easy to hear local surroundings, other guests, etc. Light sleepers will be woken early by the local wildlife on the west bank. Possible to arrange trips, good if you want to avoid haggling on the street, but a bit hit and miss on value/pricing.

The stay here was Exceptional! Nasser was an extremely helpful, polite and relaxed host. The included breakfast was very good, dinner can also be provided for a small additional cost. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is in an excellent, safe location just a few minutes walk from the Nike river. Nasser organised all my excursions- the guide and driver provided were both excellent. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience in Luxor, absolutely incredible!

The whole vibe is fantastic. Although, what really makes this guesthouse special is the hosts; they are wonderful, it’s the real meaning of a guesthouse, you feel at home, you feel loved respected and treated like a family member. I already miss them. Mostafa, Nasser and Sisi thank you so much for making this stay unforgettable. Besides that, the neighborhood is calm and safe. You just need to walk to the public ferry (so cheap) to go to the east bank of Luxor. I really recommend it.

La guest house est très belle et impeccablement propre. Le personnel est adorable, très accueillant et arrangeant. L’emplacement est idéal, avec un accès très facile pour rejoindre la rive ouest. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et copieux.

It was a great place. The owner was friendly. Mustafa, his nephew, was great. He helped me to get settled, explained few things about Luxor and Egypt. He also drove to the airport when I left. The breakfast was nice and I had lunch on the last day which was tasting, nice and well served for one person. I had a big and spacious room with a huge balcony. There is a nice swinging pool. I highly recommend this place.

There was a rooster at the neighbour waking me up very early in the morning at 3 am. I didn't have a tv in my room but I managed reading a book.

Une belle baignoire où il n'est pas possible de prendre un bain et peu pratique de se doucher. Demander à Nasser qu'il présente les prix pour les extras en livres Égyptienne et non en Euro Le calcul de la conversion est ensuite défavorable au client (Je lui ai payé 60 livres pour 1 Euro alors que le distributeur ne m'en donne que 50.)

Sehr nettes, sauberes Quartier auf der Westseite des Nils. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Luxor sehr gut geeignet. Das Preis-/Lesitungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung.

The Yasmine Studios were amazing for us. The owner Nasr was super nice and helpful, just a great guy all around! He cooked delicious Food for us for a very good price when we arrived late and the breakfast was great too. I’d always recommend coming here when you’re in Luxor.

Aardige eigenaar die er alles aan doet om het je naar de zin te maken. Voor het bezoeken van de vele bezienswaardigheden regelde hij ook een uitstekende gids met chauffeur.

Kamer was wel wat gehorig, maar verder prima.

exceptionnel, le lieux est magnifique, très bien entretenu, cosy, on s’y sent comme chez soi, un coin paisible loin du brouhaha du Caire. Les chambres sont magnifiques, décorées avec beaucoup de goûts. Nasser est un hôte dévoué, chaleureux et très présent pour ses clients, (n’hésitez pas à lui demander ses recommandations pour guider et organiser votre séjour).

Lieu charmant, bien situé, les repas sont délicieux et fait maison. Merci à Nasser et Mustafa pour l’organisation des sorties.

Barátságos, segítőkész a személyzet (és Stilla, a kismacska :). Szép kis kert, nyugodt, csendes környezetben, jó atmoszférája van a szállásnak. Egyszerű reggeli és vacsora-lehetőség helyben (kényelmes), és pár perc sétával számos étterem a Nílus-parton. Közel a hajókikötő - könnyű és olcsó átjutni a keleti partra.

A hálószobánk két ajtaján csak faablak volt, így este elkélt a vastag takaró... (hajnalra nagyon kihűlt a szoba). Az első éjszaka meglepetése után viszont már duplán takarózva nem volt gond. A világítás kicsit gyenge (fürdő, szobák), de ezek apróságok.

Wir hatten eine super Unterkunft mit 2 großen Zimmern und Bad. Der Pool war schön! Das beste jedoch das Personal. Alles war super authentisch, ehrlich, sympathisch und sehr unkompliziert. Das war unsere beste Unterkunft während unsere gesamten Reise in Ägypten

A beautiful place in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The host is very friendly and cooks delicious food! The room upstairs was lovely, the shower water was warm, and the breakfasts were delicious! I highly recommend it! You will feel like home :)

Sehr freundlich und netter Besitzer und Abgestellte

Nasser e tutto lo staff ti fanno sentire come a casa, ci hanno consigliato su dove andare e consiglio la cena da loro, buonissima! La struttura si trova sulla west bank in una zona dove consiglio di alloggiare lontano dalla confusione della east bank. Basta fare pochi passi e si attraversa con un battello a soli 50 EGP a testa

La struttura è nuova ed in una posizione comoda per accedere al Nilo per poter prendere i traghetti e le barche per raggiungere la sponda est dove si trova effettivamente Luxor e comodo ai siti archeologici della sponda ovest. La colazione è abbondante e buona. Nasser e Mustafà cercheranno di soddisfare le vostre esigenze. Basta chiedere ogni volta che lo vogliate.

Il letto non è comodissimo e la notte faceva freddo. Sarebbe comodo avere a disposizione dei clienti una stufetta elettrica all'occorrenza durante l'inverno. Per quanto riguarda le escursioni proposte ai vari siti contrattate sempre e chiarite bene il prezzo fin da subito per evitare incomprensioni o discussioni.

Une chambre en rez-de-chaussée, avec moustiquaire, spacieuse. L'établissement est au calme. Mustapha et son oncle, ainsi que les autres personnes pouvant être présentes, sont au petit soin pour les clients. Le petit déjeuner se prend sous un abri très agréable, à côté du petit jardin planté de différentes plantes et arbustes en voie de croissance (il faut que ça pousse :-) Pour ceux qui aiment, il y a une piscine. On est à proximité de restaurants (Africa !! super bon) et d'une petite épicerie, si besoin. Merci pour votre accueil très sympathique et pour les zabadis ;-)

La literie est un peu ferme, mais ça a l'air d'être le cas partout en Egypte.

Le personnel est super agréable, attentif tout en vous laissant votre espace. Le lieu est charmant, propre est bien situé. Je vous recommande de manger sur place c’est un délice !

Большие комнаты, высокие потолки, хорошая ванная комната. Вкусные завтраки, комфортная территория. Хозяин сделал все для нашего комфортного проживания: без проблем заселили раньше положенного времени, накормили завтраком хотя время завтрака уже прошло. Составили для нас программу посещения достопримечательностей с учетом наших пожеланий. Общение было приятным и уважительным.
