Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Priveliște foarte frumoasa. Foarte aproape de plaja și multe restaurante și magazine in zona. Aer condiționat f. eficient și ultra necesar pt 34 gr. ziua și 26-27 gr. noaptea
Cam zgomotos in timpul nopții. Petrecăreți care stăteau în piațeta din fata locației până spre dimineață, chiar daca majoritatea restaurantelor, tavernelor și magazinele închideau la 11-12 noaptea.

Die Klimaanlage hat das Bett direkt angepustet, es hat streng gerochen und nach dem Duschen war das ganze Bad inkl. Toilette nass, da kein Vorhang bzw. Trennung von der Dusche zum Rest des Badezimmers vorhanden ist.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Everything was wonderful. The place was beautiful, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. The only downside was that the air conditioner wasn't working. However, the nights were cool, so sleeping with the balcony door open was very comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our time there.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Excellent location on the waterfront, close to great restaurants and the beach. Nicely renovated finishes and very clean. Staff were responsive even though there was no one actually on site. Great for a short stay.
We have seen small bathrooms in Greece, but this was the smallest ever - the bathroom is really just a shower stall. No elevator - had to climb 3 sets of stairs to get to the second floor with all associated luggage.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Schöne Aussicht Zimmer sehr schöne gut gemacht alles neu und die Leute und personal nett und Freundlich sehr sehr lieb sehr sauber piko belo sogar den Koffer getragen nach oben weil meine Frau krank und nicht könnte und die frau Katerini hilfsbereit für alle fehle der Eingang sehr schön gemacht sauber überall und eine außergewöhnliche Balkon schöne Sicht am Tag auch abends mit super sone Untergang unbezahlbar und würde gerne noch mal kommen alles alles Liebe und alles gut tschüss viele liebe danke Dimitris und Ruth 🙋🏼👩❤️👨🫶💐🌞

Reviewed May 16, 2026Goed hotel, heel netjes. Het verwarmde zwembad is ook echt warm wat een groot pluspunt was aangezien het helaas net een paar dagen minder weer was toen wij er waren. Eten bij het a la carte restaurant is van hoge kwaliteit. Buffet restaurant is ook prima.
De gym heeft wel wat verouderde apparatuur al is deze wel ruim opgezet.

Little bit noisy from the bars, restaurants and people walking the promenade, but the window insulation is really good, so not an issue. A/C is central with individual settings possible and really doing good job. Bathroom on the small side with shower area not protected so water splashes all around. Difficult to keep the rest of the area dry.

Δεν είχε ηχομόνωση , ακούγονταν τα πάντα ,από πάνω ,από δίπλα ,από τα σκαλοπάτια!!! Επίσης ,δεν είχε ασανσέρ. Στη ντουζιέρα δεν υπήρχε διαχωριστικό τζάμι και τα νερά πήγαιναν παντού !

Unfortunately, the sound insulation is very poor. Intimate activities from the neighboring room could clearly be heard, which was quite uncomfortable and does not leave a good impression of the place.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025The stays (we had two in a week) were fine and the host was kind and very helpful. The location is great, close to all the Perea restaurants, bars, etc. As a small piece of advise, if you wanna get a better price or a better room for same price, contact the host directly.
The only things which need serious improvement are the bathroom (regardless which room, we stayed in two different rooms for our two stays here) - the space where you take a shower is extremely small and the water splashes everywhere in the bathroom (if you're a big man/woman, it's gonna be a problem to take a shower there) and the wifi connection is most of the times poor, even if there is fiber - the host had to reboot the wifi several times. Other than that, if you look for a cozy and clean place to stay in Perea, this is the place you should book.

Kitchenette mocht niet gebruikt worden, dus je boekt wel een appartement om eventueel te kunnen koken/bakken maar er hing een bordje dat het was verboden om er te koken of te bakken. Heel vreemd.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025The location was outstanding, with a balcony overlooking a small plaza right on the Mediterranean Sea. There were lots of eating places as well as places to buy groceries right there. You could walk the beach.
A microwave in the room would be a great addition. There was a stove top but you couldn't use it.

The "garden view" room was very small. There was a mini frig, but no kitchen set up. The bathroom was the shower, or maybe the shower was the bathroom. Too small for more than one person.

Leider war es sehr hellhörig, was einem das schlafen teilweise erschwert hat. Außerdem gab es als Decken nur Überwurf-Decken, was für Deckenschläfer echt schwierig ist. Schade auch, dass die Küche angepriesen war, aber man sie eigentlich nicht so nutzen konnte, wofür sie ausgestattet ist.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025The room was super clean. The location is perfect!! Beachfront, lots of bars, restaurants and shops. They even left some breakfast snacks for us. Nobody bothered us the entire stay.
Everything was great, zero complaints. The only thing that some people might be bothered with is that the shower gets water on the bathroom floor but it's not too much and the cleaning ladies come by all the time as well.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025Camera a fost cu balcon cu vedere la mare. A fost frumoasă și curată și foarte spațioasă. Mi-a plăcut că e chiar lângă plajă și foarte aproape de restaurante și au și un minimarket la parter de unde îți poți cumpăra orice. Sper să revin cât mai curând posibil. Recomand!

The room with garden view is no any garden view and it is a very small room. Only space to pass near to bed. Bathroom is very small. We was lucky because they had a free room with sea view and we changed our initial room with garden view for the last five days for an additional fee.

Camera cam mica pt 3 persoane, iar canapeaua extensibila dura, greu de dormit. Nu i-ar strica un topper
