Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Locația este situată la câțiva metri de plajă, clădirea este frumoasă, paturile au fost confortabile, apartamentul arata ca in poze, bucătărie utilitară corespunzător, se face curatenie în fiecare zi și se schimbă prosoapele, balcon cu vedere spre mare. Personalul foarte amabil și administratorul de asemenea a fost la dispoziție pentru rezolvarea oricărei situații. În apropiere sunt multe taverne și magazine, intrarea în mare este lină, plajă cu nisip.
Apartamentul mai necesită unele îmbunătățiri, ușile interioare se închid foarte greu, lipsesc spațiile de depozitare din camere atat de necesare și faptul ca nu exista nicio oglinda in tot apartamentul (doar oglinda mica din baie). În dormitoare este doar patul și noptierele si doar în hol câteva sertare greu de accesat. Am ținut hainele mai mult în valize, pe jos.totusi aceste aspecte pot fi trecute cu vederea și să te bucuri de o vacanță frumoasă.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Любезен домакин, ежедневно почистване, удобни легла и възглавници, смяна на спално бельо/ кристално чисто/ през два дни, оборудвана кухня, силен wi-fi, просторни тераси, близо до морето и заведенията/ и достатъчно далеч от тяхния шум и миризми/, паркинг съвсем наблизо.
Апартъментът не е достатъчно обзаведен-в спалните липсват мебели и дори елементарни закачалки за дрехи. Дневната е много просторна, но недообзаведена-освен кухненския бокс няма друг шкаф или скрин. Няма огледала / освен малкото в банята/. Не бяхма обърнали внимание, че е с една WC / в банята/, което е неудобно за две семейства при седмичен перстой

There were a few hick-ups - power outage, no dishwasher, shower drains needed to be unclogged. However, Kostas was there for us through all of these (except the dishwasher 😆). And power outages she not uncommon in Greece so...

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Parcare privată la 50 metri , spațios, curățenie zilnică, lenjeria de pat schimbată la 3 zile. Aproape de plajă cu nisip ( la 20 metri) și de faleză unde se găsesc peste 200 de taverne. Sectorul de mare excelent, intrare lină în apă. La 300 de metri de mal apa mării are adâncimea de 1.70 metri. Locuința este extrem de bine întreținută, dotată cu tot ceea ce este nevoie .
Neplăcerile nu sunt cauzate de proprietate sau de proprietar. Zona din jur nu este prea bine întreținută, dar este un neajuns nesemnificativ.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Locatia a fost conform asteptarilor. Apartamentul foarte spatios, cu vedere la mare, la 1 minut de plaja. Curatenie zilnic, utilat cu tot ce este necesar, inclusiv cafea si apa pentru prima zi. Comunicare usoara si promtitudine in rezolvarea micilor probleme aparute. Personal zambitor si amabil. Statiunea este plina de viata seara, se mananca ok la terasele de pe faleza, la malul marii.
Un neajuns care NU are legatura cu cazarea a fost marea. Fiind deschidere la Golful Thermaic, apa nu este cea cu care suntem obisnuiti in Grecia. Nu este culoarea specifica si a avut destul de multe alge. Cu toate acestea, am mers la alte plaje, pe bratul Kassandra, care au completat acest neajuns: Afytos, Sani, Possidi...

The host is incredibly kind and always available to help with anything you need. They even helped us with our luggage. It was a wonderful place that made our vacation even more enjoyable. Zona este foarte liniștită, iar cu mașina este foarte aproape de Thessaloniki. Comunicarea cu domnul Kostas a fost foarte ușoară și ne-a așteptat la proprietate pentru a ne preda cheile. Camera foarte curată, și deși era la parter, nu exista mirosul specific. Camera era dotată cu tot ce ar fi necesar unui sejur mai îndelungat, deși noi am stat o singură noapte: o bucătărie mică, cu plită, aragaz, cafetieră, etc.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Мястото е близо до няколко плажа с чадъри и до центъра. Собственикът е любезен и винаги на разположение. Всеки ден изхвърлят боклука и сменят кърпите за баня.
Не ми хареса, че до огледалото нямаше място за поставяне на гребен и козметика за коса и лице. Не ми хареса, че в едната спалня вместо легло имаше разпънат диван, който е твърд и неудобен за спане. Комарникът в едната спалня е съдран целият отгоре и съответно не предпазва добре. Вечер е шумно до късно от съседните апартаменти и спането на отворен прозорец е трудно. В момента има строеж срещу апартамента и работата там започва от 7 часа сутринта,при което се вдига много шум от рано сутрин.

Ужасный рвотный запах (именно блевотный как только заходишь в комнату ), когда мы заселялись ее вымыли и намыли и все пахло средствами, заглушили запах блевотины. Мы заселились в 13,40 где-то, оставили вещи и пошли покушать, а потом поехали в Салоники. Вернулась в 23.20 и этот запах пока я не съехала утром из номера преследовал нас , даже открытая балконная дверь не помогла 😩🤦🏻♀️ Неопрятная по санитарным нормам душевая и туалет - можно чище, а не находить в душевой волосы предыдущих постояльцев 😔😏

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Buena comunicación con el anfitrion, nos esperaba para darnos las llaves y enseñarnos el apartamento. Era amplio, para 4, habitaciones grandes y un gran salón cocina. Viajamos en enero y lo elegimos por su proximidad al aeropuerto. Ya llegamos de noche por los que no podemos comentar sobre como era el paseo marítimo.
El aire acondicionado del salón hacia mucho ruido. Una vez caldeada la sala, lo apagamos porque incluso era molesto. Faltaba menage en la cocina.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Everything was at top. The room, the balcony, cleaning and washing services, position both for dinner, beach and working. Very calm and silence in the surroundings even if very close to the beach and restaurants. Free parking area is also a must in this season.
