Reviewed Sep 9, 2026We loved the apartment. Modern and well designed, using the space well. Virginia and Emeline were wonderful hosts. They welcomed us, provided excellent info on the area and restaurants. Short walk to town.
The lack of seating. There is a small, uncomfortable loveseat/chair that was tough for one person to sit on, no less 2. Would be better to have 2 nice, comfy chairs for relaxing and watching tv.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Excellent location, a few minutes walk from town center; beautiful, clean, spacious, modern apartment; wonderful owner offered to book dinner reservations for us at a great local restaurant we wouldn’t have found on our own; very easy check-in and out. There is even a music school next door so we got some wonderful free music in the evening.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026No procede el desayuno, la ubicación muy buena. fácil acceso para todos los sitios. Aparcamiento fácil. Todo nuevo y muy bien cuidado. El bar de la vuelta del apartamento para desayunos y cenas riquísimo.
No es un apartamento cómodo para 4 personas por el sofá cama, es una apartamento maravilooso para dos personas, cuatro es incómodo por varios motivos.

Estuvimos en el standard, es una bajo pero la habitación es una monada, para una estancia corta se está muy bien, el baño es impresionante. El trato con las dueñas es inmejorable... detalles de todo tipo, las recomendaciones que te dan de la zona, restaurantes, playas...aparcar que ha sido fácil teniendo en cuenta que es agosto.
Nada,quizás faltaría algún metro para poder poner algún tipo de separación entre la zona de dormir y la de estar. En ese caso, disponen de otros dos alojamientos un poco más grandes.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Prácticamente todo: la amplitud de un duplex nuevo con 2 baños con duchas grandes y 2 terrazas, la limpieza, el confort de camas, la decoración, el acceso mediante código, la ubicación casi en el centro pero en plaza tranquila, fácil aparcamiento, y sobre todo la amabilidad y disposición en todo momento de sus dueñas Virginia y Emeline.
Por poner algún pero, el menaje se queda algo justito en platos, tazas y vasos. Tiene lavavajillas pero lo tienes que poner casi vacío o te toca fregar a mano.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The property is very well located, equipped and managed. One of the most clean places we stayed in Portugal :) also it’s new and well maintained. the host Virginia is very helpful and friendly, we enjoyed our short trip to Aveiro so much, thank you🙏
The only thing that can be improved is the small sofa in our apartment - it was not soft and it was a bit unusual to sit on it in the evening (it is small and very hard, for our taste), but actually it’s nothing, comparing with the rest of apartment.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Our hosts Virginia and Emelie where super attentive and responded quickly to all our communications. Virginia met us on arrival to ensure everything was ready for our stay. Our apartment on the first floor was 5 stars. A perfect 3 night stay in a home away from home. We had all we needed, very comfy bed, great shower & balcony to enjoy an evening glass of wine and felt very comfy & relaxed. The area is lovely because it is residential so away from the centre but super easy to walk to everything. The pastelaria ia behind is glorious as is the bar and the pizza place. And a small supermarket too. This is now the place we will return to many times and can not recommend the apartments highly enough and our lovely hosts. They totally understand what travellers need and how to deliver 5 star customer service. Thank you both so much.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Super appartement, encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. Très spacieux, lumineux et parfaitement aménagé. Nous avons eu l’appartement du dernier étage, sur deux niveaux, ce qui le rendait vraiment unique et très agréable à vivre. L’emplacement est idéal : à la fois très calme, tout en étant à quelques minutes seulement du centre-ville et des principaux endroits à voir à Aveiro. Un grand merci également à Virginia pour sa disponibilité, ses conseils et ses excellentes recommandations tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjour dans la région.
Le canapé-lit et le grand lit sont peu confortables. Pour ce dernier, c’est peut-être simplement une question de matelas neuf, encore un peu dur.

We received a very warm welcome from Virginia, who was very informative and helpful. The apartment is ideally situated being a short stroll from the historic centre. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
If you have a car trying to park in the square can be a bit difficult at times. However there is plenty of other parking spots nearby. This is not only applicable to the Triade apartments it would be the same at any accommodation in the area.

The hosts, Emeline and Virginia were very friendly and helpful and are clearly committed to providing a high quality stay. They met us at the apartment and gave us a map and explanation of the area. Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Absolutamente todo, es que hablamos de un alojamiento excepcional, nos alojamos en un dúplex increíble, con una decoración de estilo moderno con mucho gusto, la limpieza de 10, los baños impolutos y con todo lujo de detalles, la ubicación ha sido perfecta, y ver unos atardeceres en la terraza verdaderamente mágicos, les ponemos un 10 en mayúsculas. Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos gracias a Triade y Aveiro, que es un lugar encantador, y a Emeline y Virginia que han sido muy serviciales con nosotros, gracias por todo, Juana, Grego y Loreto.❤️

Emplazamiento excelente, barrio tranquilo. Nos tocó un bajo y estabamos a nivel de calle, sólo se oían los ruidos provinientes de la calle. Aparcamiento de pago en la calle. Ciudad muy bonita.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025The centrally located, modern apartment was clean, fresh and comfortable. Cleverly designed, everything is at hand yet feels very spacious. Apartment is located in a lovely square which has parking and is only minutes to the town and all that Aveiro has to offer. Virginia, the host is lovely. Met me and gave useful local knowledge. If staying in Aveiro then definitely consider this hidden gem. I will be back. Ps great shower as well.

O conforto da cama e dos lençois é excelente, unico ponto de melhoria seria o tamanho dela, atualmente é uma cama de casal, poderia ser uma queen para maior conforto

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025Die Wohnung ist modern, gut eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, und ist gut gelegen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns viele nützliche Tips geben können, und war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns ausserordentlöich wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Eine Bäckerei befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Stadtzentrum ist problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar.
Das Auto kann man selten direkt vor der Wohnung parken, ist aber kein Problem, es hat Parkplätze in der Nähe, wo man für 3Euro 24h bleiben kann.

When I arrived, it was quite busy in the city, and host Virginia actually saw me driving by, jumped in the car with me, and helped me find a parking spot, what a wonderful gesture and such warm hospitality! The apartment itself was very spacious and in a beautiful location overlooking a little green park, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. Everything was spotless, sleek, and functional, and you can tell that Virginia pays attention to every little detail to make sure guests have a perfect stay. I loved enjoying my morning coffee on the terrace, soaking in the peace and quiet, hard to believe you’re still in the city! There’s a great bakery and supermarket just around the corner, so you can easily explore and enjoy local life on foot. Aveiro itself is a charming city: lively, but with a calm and relaxing vibe. I recommend staying at least 3 nights, as 2 nights felt a bit too short. I will definitely come back!

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025정말 깨끗하고 편안했던 숙소입니다. 주방에 비치된 키친타월, 전신거울, 금고, 옷장, 커피머신 캡슐, 욕실세제, 어메니티까지 지내는데 부족함이 없었고, 질도 좋았어요. 하나하나 세심함이 느껴졌어요. 주차는 주변에 주차할 공간이 많아서 불편하진 않았고요. 조용한 주택가라 쉬기 좋으면서 중심가와 가까워요. Emeline도 정말 친절했고요. 여기에 묵고 싶어서 아베이루를 다시 방문하고 싶어요~
화장실 휴지통 페달을 밟으면 휴지통이 자꾸 앞으로 넘어져서 사용하기 불편했어요.

NO TIENE NADA MAL NI NADA QUE NO NOS GUSTASE. POR DECIR ALGO, LO ÚNICO QUE NO TENÍA ERA LAVADORA, QUIZÁ PORQUE ERA EL BAJO

El gasto extra de lavadora, que no tenía el apartamento y el parking, que aunque no era caro, tenías que pagar y buscar sitio.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Highly recommend Triade apartments! Modern building, clean apartment and only a short stroll to the main area of Aveiro. Virginia welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. She recommended a few restaurants in town as well. We managed to get a park out front all three days and parking is only 3€ from the machine on a weekday.

Los apartamentos están en una placita tranquila y con encanto, muy próxima al Aveiro turístico. El edificio es nuevo y está planteado con mucho mimo y gusto. Ha sido un placer.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025l’appartamento è fantastico non gli manca davvero nulla, in una piazzetta silenziosa e centrale, luminoso, davvero ineccepibile. L intera struttura offre più tipologie per ogni esigenza o preferenza, e sono una più bella dell’altra. ma a rendere speciale tutto questo è Virginia con il suo gusto e la sua intraprendenza. Disponibile, solare ed accogliente, la struttura rispecchia la sua personalità, è stato veramente un piacere, il nostro soggiorno migliore in tutto il Portogallo.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Das Apartment ist die ideale Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Aveiro: super gelegen, groß, äußerst gut und gediegen ausgestattet. Virginia hat uns zur vereinbarten Zeit persönlich empfangen, uns die Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt, wertvolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Sie hat für uns auch die Restaurantreservierung erledigt. Man kann sich jederzeit an sie wenden und alle Fragen werden prompt beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären noch gerne länger geblieben.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025Nowy, piękny apartament wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. Nawet mieliśmy parasol plażowy. Łazienki czyste, kosmetyki i ręczniki w cenie. 2 balkony. Blisko centrum. Do Costa Nova 15 minut, piękna plaża.
Trzeba szukać codziennie parkingu, ale nie było z tym aż tak dużego problemu. 3 euro na dzień.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025The location was perfect for Aveiro, situated in a quiet area just a short walk from the centre. Our host met us upon arrival and provided an in depth overview of the apartment along with local attractions and suggestions for where to obtain the best quality food.
Nothing - the accommodation is of extremely high standard and location perfect.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025Lo mejor, la amabilidad de la anfitriona Virginia! Un dúplex con mucho gusto, super limpio, con todo detalle desde las barritas de olor, hasta un escurridor de lechuga... Esos detalles cuentan;) Lavavajillas, aire acondicionado, ducha espectacular, muchísima luz natural, un parque enfrente.... Fácil aparcamiento en la zona. Situado a 5 minutos del centro andando, un barrio muy tranquilo. De 10! Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025La anfitriona atenta y amable. Nos explicó el funcionamiento de los elementos del piso. El piso es tal cual se ve en las fotos, aunque es una única sala con cocina, sala de estar y dormitorio, todas las zonas están bien diferenciadas y te mueves con comodidad. La terraza es estupenda para cenar o desayunar tranquilamente. No tiene aparcamiento propio, pero en las inmediaciones se aparca con facilidad. Está absolutamente impecable, todo nuevo, se podría comer en el suelo. Tiene lo indispensable para pasar un día ( café, bayetas, lavavajillas, jabón….). La terraza da a una plaza ajardinada muy tranquila, lo que hace que estar en ella sea muy agradable. Tiene un pequeño supermercado y una pastelaria a menos de 50 metros. Se llega a los canales, mercado…. andando en tres o cuatro minutos. Es para repetir.
