Pool area is amazing

No coffee, no basic stuff like shampoo, rinse, body wash. Room has a lot of mold in the ceiling, no windows in the rooms. Electricity went out on my second night so no air conditioning and I sleep with an apnea machine that I can’t use because of the electrical problem.

The apartment was much bigger than we expected, with more rooms and beds than we needed — which made our stay extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, spacious, and very well organized. The mini kitchen was a great bonus and very convenient for reheating food and preparing simple meals. The location is excellent: close to everything we wanted to visit, only about 10–20 minutes by car. Having two TVs was also a nice touch and made the apartment even more comfortable for relaxing after a long day. Our host, Joel, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the very beginning. He made us feel right at home and was always available if we needed anything. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, space, and a great host.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant, but there is just one small thing we think could be improved. We did notice a few cockroaches in the room (mostly dead, and only one alive). We understand that this is quite common in Puerto Rico, especially because of the climate, so it wasn’t something that seriously affected our stay. However, it might be helpful for the property to do a quick check of the room before guests arrive, and perhaps apply some additional pest control measures if needed.

J’ai réservé 6 nuits, on a dû partir à nos frais dans un autre logement au bout de 3nuits. Le propriétaire était désolé et c’est tout. Je n’avais pas fait gaffe au moment de réserver mais l’emplacement est vraiment le gros point noir, juste à côté d’une route très passante donc un bruit constant toute la journée et toute la nuit ! Ensuite, l’immeuble est encore en travaux et il y a beaucoup de trace d’humidité dans le logement, la porte d’entrée a beaucoup de jeu, les placards sont inutilisables, la cuisine est minimaliste avec des ustensiles assiettes et verres en plastiques ! Pas de savon pas de shampooing pas de torchon vaisselle, une machine à laver et sèche linge présente mais payante avec tous ses manquements. Une piscine accessible jusqu’à 18h donc infaisable avec des visites en journée. Établissement qui peut dépanner 1 ou 2 nuits max mais je vous déconseille d’y séjourner plus longtemps.

It had a nice pool area with lush plants at the entrance to the pool. It was nice to have a gas fire pit available, but unfortunately, the water was not working to the sink next to the barbecue pit. The owner was very kind in lieu to all of the issues.

During our stay, Complete power outage and No running water. fortunately the owner was on site of the apartments and was getting a generator running for lights and fans, but No working A/C. When we showed up at the apartment rental, the owner tried to put us in An apartment with absolutely zero windows, which felt very scary and confined. That apartment should have been used as a storage area for the owners as no one should have to stay in apartment with no windows. Thus the owner agreed to move us to the next apartment, which was conveniently located next to the pool outside area. (POOL sign was posted to close at 6pm), but alot of people continued to use the pool area and they were very noisy and kept us up till 2 AM in the morning as you could hear everything from our windows. The stove was very rusted and needs to be replaced. The Internet was not working thus we could not watch TV or connect to Wi-Fi. Also, when we tried to shower or use the sinks there was no running water and no power to run the A/C. The owner got the generator running, which only allowed us to use lights and fans. Fortunately, the owner to the apartments was working diligently on all the issues and assured us that the power would be on in a few hours, unfortunately the power never came back on during our stay. Fortunately, the owner was very nice every time we called with problems.

I really loved everything, it was a very nice place and very close to a lot of places. I felt very comfortable from start to finish.

Apartment is ok. But you need a car to gat about the island - no public transport, taxis sparse & expensive. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Kitchen ok, but could do with more utensils, and no dish/cleaning cloth to wipe down, nor tea towels, but I managed. Host lovely, but not always readily available for issues arising. Room sizes good. Beds comfy. Nice to have a full working cooker.

He repainted the front, didn’t look like picture. I didn’t realize there was a 50.00 cleaning fee. Rooster woke us up in morning. Pool area was not nice Have to have a car to get around.

Big and comfortable appartment, ideal for a family. Friendly and approachable staff.

Shower was ok, not the best (couldn’t get hot water during the second night).

Love the private swim area very cozy and chill. The apartment had AC units, full small kitchen, and roku tv. It had a very homey feel to it. The owner was very pleasant and accessible at all times.

Nothing to complain about except their isn't a very scenic view. But your close to so many things that that's the least your worries.

There was only a/c in the bedrooms. There were very little supplies in the kitchen. The pool was not available at arrival.

Only one electrical outlet in the bedroom, so take a multi plug if you have.a few electrical devices.

The owners were very friendly and gave us a lot of ideas of things to do around. The backyard with the pools had tables. Perfect for coffee.

Place was clean and had everything to have a really pleasent time with the family. Staff was so reachable and nice! We will visit again!

The property served its purpose as a place to stay. The rooms were clean and had AC. It's not pretty to look at, but it worked. The kitchenette had utensils and appliances if you chose to cook. I appreciated the additional locks on the doors. My children and I felt safer knowing there was more than a key lock on the door.

The hosts' house isn't marked, and there were no check-in instructions provided (I ended up calling the number of the property, but it was late due to flight issues). A nightstand in the bedrooms would have been nice. Somewhere to set your phone down and the remote to the AC. Beach towels would also be nice.

The backyard was nice and the pool was great. The area was Convenience to the airport The owner is very nice and always available when we needed him.

The apt was nice but needed more work. The water when taking a shower was getting into the room. However, the owner of the place was Attentive and responded quickly with anything we needed

I’m sorry for this review but I have to tell the truth. It is a modified space from a principal house. Only one little window in the bathroom and another near de kitchenette. It was like a box. You can hear the water running through the pipes after someone else flush their toilets. No smoke alarms or monoxide detectors, very much needed because it is a very small space and has no other windows. It has an old electric shower heater. Very disappointing.
